"E' il mio secondo soggiorno a Shanghai-la Nanshan. È davvero divertente il mio ultimo soggiorno, quindi questa volta ho portato mia madre con me. E' sorpresa di quanto sia bello l'interno dell'hotel, è certamente lo stile che ama. Qui, grazie speciali a Allen e Alice, al primo ufficio, sono completamente curati e aiutanti. Ci siamo divertiti ogni minuto del nostro soggiorno, la stanza è perfetta, e la vista notturna è sorprendente. Penso che avrei scelto di nuovo qui per la mia prossima visita familiare. "Best hotel experience ever!!!! Was upgraded to the deluxe suite and it was a remarkable room design to perfection, the room was not only spacious, very luxuriously designed, with motion-sensor-ed lights and curtains during the day And the view !! Was so beautiful both night and day , the night city lights , the beautiful harbour bridges , we were so impressed Hotel service was also top notch, was greeted and taken good care of by Elmma, she was so diligent and welcoming, kept tabs of how we were enjoying the stay. The executive lounge was very lovely great minicakes and food The breakfast buffet top notch, pastries won overall The hotel facilities were also perfect, everything sparking clean, every single staff was very helpful, we ordered takeaway and couldnt find our food at 4am the bellboy were also so helpful. The pool was big good enough for a good swim work out , not jst for photos and fun , they do require u to wear a swim cap, can sell u for 90rmb if you dont have one, the changing room with jacuzzi and steam room is spectacular, they were also very clean very diligent with lotions hair brush clean slippers for use The gym was amazing, with brand new and a vast diversity of machines , all sparking clean with a beautiful view Overall very memorable experience , wish we stayed another night"

"I had a fantastic stay at Raffles Shenzhen with my family for my birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable, brought out my birthday cake at just the right moment and even surprised me with a complimentary Singapore Sling. Special thanks to Naomi at the receiving counter, who greeted us as soon as we arrived and took care of our luggage before we even checked in, and to Minnie at check-in, who recommended and booked a fantastic restaurant for our first lunch. The team at the Long Bar on level 71 were outstanding, handling the cake and making the celebration memorable. The pool and sauna were immaculate, everything was well organized, and our room offered an incredible view of Shenzhen Bay and Talent Park. Every detail, from the attentive service to the luxurious facilities, made this a truly unforgettable experience."

"This is a very nice hotel for a vacation. If you're a dog lover or a sports enthusiast, you won't be disappointed. The Southeast Asian vibe of the hotel adds to the experience, making us feel relaxed as soon as we arrived. Our butler, Chloe, was lovely and attentive, providing us with a comprehensive overview of the hotel services. We had a great time at the following: 1. The happy hour, which offered a good selection of white and red wines along with delicious pairing food. 2. The swimming pool, which is 1.4-1.5 meters deep and a good size. We enjoyed several laps there and were pleasantly surprised to find a swimming coach available—this is fantastic for anyone looking to improve their swimming skills. 3. A great variety of gym equipment is available on-site, and the hotel also has gym and Pilates trainers. I definitely plan to try a session with each of them the next time we stay at this hotel. A highlight of our stay was Max, the furry hotel greeter, who welcomed guests from 4:00 to 4:45 PM. Max is a 3-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with an incredibly chill demeanor. Everyone loved him, and we're already planning our next visit because of Max. Breakfast was impeccable, featuring both dim sum and Western cuisine. The rich flavors of the dim sum, prepared by a Cantonese-speaking chef, provided us with a delightful Cantonese breakfast experience to start the day. The hotel is also conveniently located near MIXC, a high-end shopping mall, and Talent Park, a large park with beautiful scenic views. It was lovely to take a stroll there after breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a nice weekend getaway!"

"A very efficient and friendly team at MGM.  Nice deco and great views from our room. There was a wide selection at the breakfast buffet too. The only drawback was the construction sites opposite the hotel entrance.  90% of the drivers who picked us up were grumbling, advising us that this is the area they would avoid.  Roads are wet and bumpy.  A lot of coaches queuing up, possibly for groups commuting to and from the aquarium, thus blocking the road.  Single file traffic resulted.   Traffic was really bad. My advice is - If one decided to stay at MGM, better stay at the resort to enjoy the facilities and only visit the aquarium next door. Yet when we were there during the weekend, temperature was 24C , gloomy and raining.  It has been too cold to stay in the pool."

"The hotel is still undergoing some constructions everywhere. Spa is not even open yet. The newly built woods around the pool smell a lot. Pool is full of kids all the time. The location is quite dead as it’s in middle of nowhere. The beach has no amenities / bench to sit / lay down. Everywhere looks dark / gloomy at night. The ventilation at the main restaurant is so bad that I smell of food every-time after dining. Poor internet connection at room. A dining reception staff Lukas is very kind to show how to connect to wifi and access the coupon for dining."
