"對設施、環境沒有任何意見。對服務態度極其不滿，首先，辦理入住沒有人幫忙提行李（兩個箱子和兩個手提袋），其次坐擺渡車在2號樓轉彎處因為過快，把我的箱子甩出到地上，司機連句道歉都沒有，怪我沒放好，説著急去接其他客人就走了。再次，樓下的自助售賣機，幾乎啥都沒有，問了前台，就一句，衹有這些，冷漠到可怕。因為離市區太遠，點外賣幾乎沒有接單的，就在酒店點了餐，味道很不錯，送餐時間還是較快，但可能廚師長也想不明白，為啥送到了房間，菜還是涼了，好吃的菜一定下飯，但3塊錢的米飯，也少的可憐。最後，我想説一説我的看法吧，這類型的酒店從建設到營業，為什麼建，到如今怎麼經營，大家都懂怎麼回事，其實最初訂的時候沒有考慮敦煌國際，後來想想還是抱着同樣都是xx企業的初衷，信得過你們才改的，結果讓我看到的、體驗到的還是回頭20年的做派，一個小小的建議：專業的人幹專業的事，服務外包出去不丟人，別光掙團體和會議的錢，遊客的也可以，環境這麼好的園區搞一搞豐富的吃喝玩樂項目，提升體驗度，留住人，留住心才長久。"

"非常棒的酒店，發自內心的強推！敦煌旺季酒店價格都很高，選擇的時候很糾結！這家酒店價格很良心，儘管離夜市有點兒距離，但是敦煌不大，十塊左右打車即可到達，還安靜，非常大氣！酒店主動提前電話聯繫接站，免費哦，竟然安排了林肯！到達非常絲滑，第一印象非常好！小孩説了一句想要有窗的房間，抱着試試的心態聯繫酒店，到達後也如願升級，還送了小孩早餐，簡直不要太完美！然後，還能安排專車免費送到夜市，來了部奔馳，還有什麼可挑剔的呢？值得一提的是酒店的自營小賣部，7點至半夜12店營業，價格非常良心，冰箱貼6元，書簽8元，還送了小禮物！酒店整體體驗感非常好，服務員笑臉迎人，強烈推薦給朋友！"
