The upper unit is the more spacious of the two and has an updated kitchen, a laundry closet, single-car garage with direct entry to the upstairs, and a covered deck overlooking the backyard to complete your home away from home.  The lower unit has that cozy cottage feel with a homey living space, small kitchen, and is directly accessible to the patio and backyard.
