Hotel 4 stelle a Ulan Bator

I stayed at Grand Hill Hotel Ulaanbaatar for five nights in November 2025. During my stay, I experienced a serious issue that was handled in a highly unprofessional manner, which significantly affected my trust in the hotel. I had placed a sentimental hoodie in the wardrobe of my room. On the third day, due to very cold weather, I wore other coats when going out. I can confirm, based on all photos taken that day, that the hoodie was not taken out of the room. However, upon returning that evening, the hoodie was missing. At the same time, one of the two hotel bathrobes originally in the wardrobe was also gone. I immediately reported this to the reception. The male staff member on duty initially stated that it was “impossible” for the hotel or housekeeping to have taken any items. Only after repeated requests did he contact the housekeeping staff, who denied taking anything. He promised to review CCTV footage the following day. When I followed up the next day, other reception staff said they had no record or handover of the incident and asked me to wait until the same staff member returned in the evening. Only then was the CCTV reviewed. I was informed that the camera angle did not cover the room entrance, and no further investigation or follow-up was offered. Throughout the process, there was no clear investigation procedure, written response, or proactive assistance. Instead, the communication repeatedly implied that the issue might have been the guest’s responsibility. This approach lacked transparency, accountability, and basic respect for a paying guest. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future guests to take extra care in securing their personal belongings. In the event of missing items, the hotel’s response may be limited to denial and minimal follow-up, which is concerning for any traveler.

The hotel looks a bit old-fashioned on the outside, but is rather modern inside. There are lots of facilities (restaurants, massage sauna) available. A supermarket is also located nearby. The room is pretty small but comfortable and well-equipped. The basic amenities are provided: kettle, cup, glass, tea and coffee, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap and shampoo. It's really warm inside even when it's cold outside. The breakfast is varied and very decent: fruit, eggs, meat, dessert, vegetables, coffee and tea. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at the Ramada Hotel overall. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is a major highlight for me, as it’s very convenient. I had to pick up my husband early in the morning from the airport, and it only took about 45 minutes, which worked out perfectly. There is also a lounge on the top floor, which is a nice feature, although it felt a bit old-fashioned. In fact, the hotel overall has an older style and could benefit from some modernization. The room itself was on the smaller side but still comfortable enough for a short stay. One issue I noticed was with the bathroom ventilation. Even though I was on a non-smoking floor, when I turned on the ventilator, cigarette smoke seemed to come through. Once I turned it off, the smell disappeared. Additionally, we stayed two nights, and housekeeping did not come to make up the room, which was a bit disappointing. This is an area the hotel could improve. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and excellent location.

Fantastic. Got in late and met a guy from New Zealand who helped me out. Met connections from Australia completely by accident which hope will lead to job interviews. Close to city centre. Staff were very friendly. Rooms are not 5 star but suited needs and the staff do everything to make you comfortable. I took advantage of the gym and the sauna and also used the breakfast restaurant. Very good. Beer was also on tap and service was appreciated. Will definatly stay here again and highly recommended.

Prima di venire, la valutazione è ancora un po'sciocca, preoccupato per i problemi, ma ora si può fare il giro e dire che questa è un hotel tranquillo. Il prezzo non è alto a Ulanbato, la posizione è relativamente eccellente. L'altra parte della strada è il centro commerciale costruito, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro città. L'hotel ha un caffè privato a livello. È possibile riposare confortevolmente. A distanza è molto visibile, ma è un po'scura quando andiamo. Non è così buono da trovare. Uno strato è il marchio del ristorante coreano, e è molto confuso.C'è un altro edificio alto vicino all'hotel, ma non c'è un paesaggio di guaio molto grave. A 4 km dalla stazione ferroviaria, camminando circa 40 minuti, siamo arrivati circa 1030. L'hotel è molto intimido e ha organizzato il soggiorno in anticipo.La stanza è molto grande, rende la gente dolce, il letto morbido, 24h di acqua calda (non necessariamente l'hotel mongolo), lavanda, la tovagliola comoda, la rivestimento dato e così via sono anche di buona qualità. Il problema è che il sedile è troppo piccolo, l'intera stanza è troppo poca, e l'una è ancora in bagno.Non è molto conveniente.Uno è senza servizio in camera, perché non sono a casa due notti, non sono a posto per comunicare, non ho chiesto pulizia. Ma in generale, non è facile, e la buona scelta di Ulanbatho è lanciata.

L'hotel ha aperto intorno a maggio 2025. Siamo molto contenti di aver trovato questo nuovissimo hotel a Ulaanbaatar. È ancora nuovo, quindi molti aspetti sono ancora in fase di adattamento. Gestite le vostre aspettative e assicuratevi di prenotare la camera correttamente. L'hotel si trova all'interno di un centro commerciale ”collegato” a un altro centro commerciale. L'area ristorazione vende cibo che per noi è più che accettabile. La camera è spaziosa. Circa 41 mq. Se, come me, amate i letti rigidi, adorerete questo hotel. Vi consiglio di fare colazione altrove. Nel complesso, adoro questo hotel. Se dovessimo tornare, questa sarebbe la nostra prima scelta. Avevo sentito recensioni di amici che dicevano che un hotel a 5 stelle avrebbe dovuto essere un resort, ma non è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Questo hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative in termini di pulizia, dimensioni e comfort.

Ci sono negozi di comodità e ristoranti coreani e cinesi all'interno dell'edificio dell'hotel, quindi è stato molto conveniente risolvere i pasti e le esigenze. La posizione e il colazione sono medie, ma in generale è stata una buona scelta di soggiorno.

Ok- meno costoso di molti per la stanza, ha un distributore d'acqua fredda potabile in ogni piano, apre la finestra (ma senza schermo, ma senza problemi di insetti), nessun ascensore, nessuna unità A/C (doveva lasciare la porta aperta per ottenere qualsiasi brisa, ma non è mai stato attaccato; e il personale ha portato un fan alla stanza quando hanno notato che ho tenuto la porta aperta durante il mio 4 night stay), posto è direttamente intorno alla strada da un CU24, e un bel ristorante coreano, vicino club notturno potrebbe essere sentito bene fino a 3AM (telefono bianco rumore macchina sono stati aiutati), il personale è duro ma giusto- rispondere abbastanza velocemente a qualsiasi messaggio inviato attraverso il Trip.com messaggio ( necessita di più TP, e rumore nella sala), apparentemente correndo con la famiglia, ero gentile con loro e erano gentile con me, Nessun ascensore. Tutto e tutta la stanza hanno bisogno di un fan, e sappi che le feste del nightclub adiacenti durano nelle ore di delicatezza - abbastanza decente 2000s a 2020s.. Il Wi-Fi era difficile da catturare, ma poi chiuso, una volta in memoria, cercare una posizione diversa nella sala di cattura, e provare un piano diverso se necessario. Prezzo più economico, ma alcuni svantaggi - un fan sarebbe trasformativo.
