I really loved staying here. The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and cozy, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Everything I needed was already there, which made the stay so easy and relaxing. You can really feel the warmth and care that went into making this place. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

Aurora Hotel è un hotel relativamente nuovo a Ulaanbaatar, situato lungo la Avenida Peace, nella parte occidentale della città di UB. È a circa 15 minuti a piedi da un Emart e è anche abbastanza facile prenotare un taxi/cabina utilizzando l'app mobile UBcab per arrivare intorno come visitatori. Aurora Hotel è stato molto consigliato per visite brevi a Ulaanbaatar, nonostante la sua posizione non centrale. Le camere sono grandi, confortevoli e pulite. Il colazione ha una decente varietà e qualità. Il ristorante Khulan sul secondo piano serve anche buona cucina mongolana. We stayed here with our family and relatives, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The room was clean and cozy. There wasn’t Wi-Fi, but it honestly helped us disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings even more. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the beef khuushuur. The mushroom boortsog served at breakfast was absolutely amazing. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the quiet, beautiful nature. My 3-year-old sibling and my 5-year-old sibling loved it so much that when we returned to the city, they kept saying they wanted to go back. Our whole family will definitely be visiting again.

We had a pleasant stay overall, the most positive thing is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. However, I have to note a few negatives: I was quite shocked that a 5-star hotel did not have a working AC, it was very hot in the room and very noisy and smelly outside to open the window. The rooms are a bit dated. While breakfast was varied enough, the quality wasn't up to standard compared to other Kempinski hotels I stayed in.

I stayed at Grand Hill Hotel Ulaanbaatar for five nights in November 2025. During my stay, I experienced a serious issue that was handled in a highly unprofessional manner, which significantly affected my trust in the hotel. I had placed a sentimental hoodie in the wardrobe of my room. On the third day, due to very cold weather, I wore other coats when going out. I can confirm, based on all photos taken that day, that the hoodie was not taken out of the room. However, upon returning that evening, the hoodie was missing. At the same time, one of the two hotel bathrobes originally in the wardrobe was also gone. I immediately reported this to the reception. The male staff member on duty initially stated that it was “impossible” for the hotel or housekeeping to have taken any items. Only after repeated requests did he contact the housekeeping staff, who denied taking anything. He promised to review CCTV footage the following day. When I followed up the next day, other reception staff said they had no record or handover of the incident and asked me to wait until the same staff member returned in the evening. Only then was the CCTV reviewed. I was informed that the camera angle did not cover the room entrance, and no further investigation or follow-up was offered. Throughout the process, there was no clear investigation procedure, written response, or proactive assistance. Instead, the communication repeatedly implied that the issue might have been the guest’s responsibility. This approach lacked transparency, accountability, and basic respect for a paying guest. Based on this experience, I strongly advise future guests to take extra care in securing their personal belongings. In the event of missing items, the hotel’s response may be limited to denial and minimal follow-up, which is concerning for any traveler.

L'hotel è molto pulito, ho sentito che è uno dei migliori della città. Ci sono molte scelte di colazione, il personale è stato molto in grado di soddisfare le esigenze e le domande che avevo, la posizione è molto vicino alle negozi di comodità e negozi Gobi e altri. Prendere un taxi non è facile in Mongolia, ma il personale può chiamarla. Anche hanno un buon ristorante chiamato Grill nell'edificio con musica in diretta a notte forse intorno 9/10pm, è stata una grande esperienza in generale.

Искать его не надо, он стоит на центральной улице города, но при этом не на дороге, поэтому шумно от дороги не было. До центра: музеев, центральной площади и прочего далековато, но на центральной улице вечная пробка из машин, поэтому не факт, что быстрее было бы на такси или автобусе, поэтому мы ходили пешком в районе 40 минут. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, уборка, смена полотенец, шампуни в ванной - каждый день. Интернет быстрый, персонал приветливый, одна девушка говорила по-русски. Останавливались на два дня. В первый день очень хотела написать плохой отзыв на завтрак, потому что уже через полчаса после его начала еды не осталось совсем (хотела взять добавки, остались пустые подносы) и новой еды не принесли, ни еды, ни напитков. На следующий день работала другая смена и все оперативно подносили, и еду, и соки, и кофе.

Questo hotel si trova in un edificio di ufficio, occupando diversi piani. Il check-in era brillante! Il primo alla reception parlava un po' di inglese e mi ha controllato al 7.30 in mattinata senza problemi. La mia stanza era spaziale, il letto era grande, anche se sul lato duro. A questo punto le buone cose sull'hotel sono finite. Purtroppo, tutto il resto è piuttosto cattivo.Il sistema di illuminazione è rotto e non si può spegnere la luce sopra il letto a meno che non si tolga la carta chiave, ma poi le uscite di potenza si spostano, quindi non si può dormire e caricare il telefono allo stesso tempo. I nodi di mobili stanno cadendo indietro, così fa il nodo sul doccia. Il WiFi è stato abbassato 2 volte durante il mio soggiorno, tra cui una molto frustrante 12+ ore di uscita. La custodia casa non sembra sapere cosa significa un No Non Disturbo segnale, entrando nella stanza indipendentemente. I bagni sono i più economici possibili, non corrispondenti al nome dell'hotel (ad esempio Premium), lol. In generale, il rapporto prezzo/qualità è stato sottovalutato, e non rimarrò qui.
