Hotel 4 stelle a Chennai

La prenotazione è stata effettuata per un Kings Bed and Breakfast per due persone. Mi è stata assegnata una camera con letto matrimoniale e mi è stata negata la colazione finché non ho mostrato la conferma di prenotazione di Trip. La camera era comunicante, non c'era un tavolo da studio e si sentiva persino un sussurro. La notte del 17, qualcuno russava a crepapelle, tanto che non riuscivamo a dormire bene, il che mi ha spinto a cambiare camera. Mi hanno assegnato la camera numero 314, che era anch'essa con letto matrimoniale. Dopo aver chiesto informazioni, il personale dell'hotel Benison mi ha detto che tutte le loro camere hanno solo letto matrimoniale. Ritengo che Trip.com mi abbia ingannato con informazioni false. Ho intenzione di presentare un reclamo al tribunale dei consumatori per ottenere un risarcimento. Ma non lo farò.

Service was great all the staff were very attentive. Facilities like the pool were used to swimming lessons which was weird for a hotel. Rooms were clean and location was alright had a nice view of the lake but no had no gym. Overall was satisfied with the service but not the facilities.

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

I’m satisfied with my stay at this hotel, the location is good and service and staff Miss Ankit from house keeping was helpful and cheerful, I would definitely choose to stay there again 👌

We stayed here for 2Nights and 3Days. The Ambience was very pleasant to stay . As we expected it was very clean and then the service were very good , The food they provided was very Tasty and good . Here nylon dress is mandatory for swimming, so we coludn't experience that. vessels are avaliable for cooking , if we take grocery items we can cook and eat. Swiggy & zomato orders also allowed. Overall we loved this Hotel.

We were a day late, due to being bumped from a flight. It was a struggle to get the hotel to keep our reservation for just the second night despite having paid in advance. (Trip.com were complicit in the confusion this simple request caused.) The room was pleasant enough. Staff did a good job on check-in. We had to leave early and were promised a packed breakfast at check-in without asking for it, which was thoughtful, but in the morning there wasn't a packed breakfast. Overall it might have been fine if we hadn't had issues beyond anyone's control. But there was a marked lack of ability to adapt to to changing circumstances.

Bella assistenza , Ospitalità eccellente , È stato aggiornato gratuitamente in tipo di camera. Desk Front ( dimenticato il nome) è stato molto efficiente e professionale mentre si accede. Tutto in Tutto il soggiorno meraviglioso! Cheers to Four Points OMR Chennai!

Servizio del personale Grande. vicinanza dell'aeroporto moderatamente buona. A la carte menu GOOD rispetto al ristorante colazione generalmente raccomandato come un alloggio di viaggio d'affari

I think the room design, size, the shower cubicles, particularly the towels, bed sheets, pillows need improvement, the water was easily flowing out from the shower to the hallway, there was no extraction fan working in the toilet, looks like the builders have done a bad job in modifying the rooms to a hotel requirement, the paints on the walls were bad. The plus point is the food was fantastic and the hotel lobby design was descent. Sorry holiday in express it's not upto your brand quality compared across the world.
