Hotel con palestra a Chennai

Il mio soggiorno recente in questo hotel non è stato molto strano. Dalla mia arrivo, sono stato accolto con ospitalità calda e senza saldatura, impostando il tono per una veramente relaxante esperienza. La camera era spaziosa, bellamente progettata e dotata di ogni comfort moderno. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un riposo di notte, e le viste dalla finestra erano semplicemente stupende. Il personale era sempre coraggioso, attento e pronto a fare un giro di melone per ricordare il mio soggiorno. Sia che si tratti di un'abitazione, di un concierge o di un ristorante, tutti hanno fornito un servizio eccezionale. Il pranzo all'hotel era un altro punto di vista. Il cibo era delizioso, con una vasta gamma di opzioni, e la presentazione era di prima vista. Il colazione era particolarmente impressionante. Le strutture sono state ben mantenute e aggiunte all’esperienza di lusso, e si sentiva come una combinazione perfetta di comfort e di indulgenza. In generale, questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno premium, senza problemi e veramente memorabile. Sono gia' in attesa della mia prossima visita!

It was a nice experience and quality service provided by hotel staff. We stayed for 2 nights. The food in Hyatt regency was nice. That was the best Indian food we ever tried. Special thanks go to front desk officer Ms Saraswathi, and concierge Mr Daniel, Mr Vijay , Mr Rajini. Also food the spic restaurant are amazing, special thanks to restaurant staff Mr Arindam, Mr Rajesh & Mr Kartik. Overall Hyatt Regency staff make extra miles to make our stay an amazing and memorable holiday. Planning to travel again with kids.

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

La prenotazione è stata effettuata per un Kings Bed and Breakfast per due persone. Mi è stata assegnata una camera con letto matrimoniale e mi è stata negata la colazione finché non ho mostrato la conferma di prenotazione di Trip. La camera era comunicante, non c'era un tavolo da studio e si sentiva persino un sussurro. La notte del 17, qualcuno russava a crepapelle, tanto che non riuscivamo a dormire bene, il che mi ha spinto a cambiare camera. Mi hanno assegnato la camera numero 314, che era anch'essa con letto matrimoniale. Dopo aver chiesto informazioni, il personale dell'hotel Benison mi ha detto che tutte le loro camere hanno solo letto matrimoniale. Ritengo che Trip.com mi abbia ingannato con informazioni false. Ho intenzione di presentare un reclamo al tribunale dei consumatori per ottenere un risarcimento. Ma non lo farò.

Returning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age. On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay. The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful. However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol. The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average. The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

Ottimo albergo con personale super efficiente. Il ristorante è ottimo, la colazione superlativa. La piscina sul tetto un plus, l'atmosfera alla sera è bellissima, nonostante i clacson dalla strada. Super consigluato.

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day. A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

Location, good, amenities, average, rooms, cleanliness, bath etc, good, coffee shop only for breakfast, average, the quality, spread, and taste need improvement, no lunch or dinner possible or available. However for the price you get value.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno I. Chennai , buona posizione , il personale è supportivo e amichevole , molti negozi e intrattenimento vicino , In generale , un hotel molto buono a un prezzo ragionevole .
