This place was recommended by a friend who stays at Boat Club and I read reviews in Google, Tripadvisor and Aggregator sites.   We booked 2 rooms for 2N/3D stay at Crowne Plaza, Adyar, Chennai through an aggregator site. I called up the hotel to check on our reservation confirmation, but we were told that only one room is booked and they do not have second room confirmation. I called up the support team of aggregator and they confirmed it is 2 rooms and they called up the hotel and shared us an email confirmation. Later I called up the reservation desk and understood that 2 rooms are booked and it’s a confirmed reservation.   Our Check-in experience was good and the staff were courteous and quick.   We were allotted two rooms in old block at Floor number 14 (Room No 1403 and 1405). For a moment I recollected the online reviews I read and the pictures I saw about this hotel weren’t in the same. I thought I will revisit the reviews online and double check If I had made any mistakes in booking wrong hotel. I also called up my friend and told my experience isn’t great and the rooms are looking OLD and the plumbing systems inside the wash room and room telephony isn’t working well. I invited the hotel Duty ***ager (Mr.Josua) and showed him the plumbing system inside the wash room and asked him just because the I happened to book from an aggregator site and got attractive deals, we were given a poor looking rooms? Or is this a standard rooms that they offer for all type of bookings. (we discussed this after experiencing our stay in poor and old looking rooms for 1 night).  Mr.Josua said the rooms in this floors are due for renovation and they would allot us rooms from new block. I told I would like to see the room before we move in. Mr.Murali took us to the new rooms and I could match the room pictures as posted in review sites. I told Murali and Josua, it is outrageous that they allotted old rooms to gullible guests. We moved into new rooms in Floor 25 (in new block)   The breakfast was awesome and service host (I think his name is Jibin).

Abbiamo usato la Banquet Hall a Raintree Hotel St Marys Road Grazie per aver offerto una fantastica ospitalità mentre abbiamo avuto il nostro workshop di giorno presso le vostre stanze. - Hall era grande per 40 di noi - Sistemi AV e Proiettore erano grandi (che di solito sono facili da affrontare) - Supporto che erano disponibili in Hall (Prakash, e altri membri del personale cucina) erano tutte superate le nostre aspettative - Tutti apprezzavano la - Diffondere cibo! Nessuna piscina, anche se annunciata. nessuna aria condizionata nei corridoi teh. Il tetto nel lobby principale ha un odore. Le camere sono belle e spaziose e il personale di servizio è eccellente. Le bagni sono anche belle e grandi e l'acqua è calda su de***d. in Il mio bagno specifico, il mixer era rotto, così l'acqua usciva dal show te e il fascino di mano insieme. I guanti sono puliti ma solo il 99% asciutto. I bagni sono freschi e confortevoli. così sono letti te e le mutandine. Il divertimento interno era molto povero. (la pioggia sulla strada di St Mary ha migliorato la selezione di intrattenimento), le opinioni sono di strade urbane, quindi non è molto da dire. Il colore è orribile, ma è solo la mia opinione personale. La caffetteria ”cucina” 24/7 ha un bel colazione e buffet da pranzo con una vasta gamma di cibo, tutti ben cucinati.Tutto in tutto il più recente hotel Raintree sulla strada di St Mary è molto meglio, Ma le camere e le bagni sono molto più piccole. Spero che una volta finiti la rigenerazione di questo hotel si riunirà.

Il mio soggiorno era buono. La stanza era comoda. Tuttavia, il colazione non era così bello come i giorni precoci, il personale F&B deve essere più responsabile e essere fiero del loro lavoro. Il personale di custodia deve essere consapevole nell'esercizio dei loro compiti. La loro conversazione altissima perturba l'atmosfera accogliente dell'hotel. Il personale del Front Desk è gentile. Il personale del Concierge è sorprendente. In particolare, Sridhar & Leo sono dipendenti esemplare. GRT ha bisogno di più dipendenti come loro. Questi dipendenti’ atteggiamento lavorativo non ha mai cambiato da giorni pre covid. Spero che l’hotel ***agement riconoscerà Sridhar & Leo Johnson.

Il servizio è stato eccellente Le strutture erano buone. La cena era meravigliosa, soprattutto il colazione. Purtroppo la prenotazione che ho fatto attraverso Trip ,com non è stata rilasciata all'hotel. Quando sono entrato all'hotel non c'era alcuna prenotazione del mio record lì. Ho dovuto contattare un amico che conosceva il ***agger lì per risolvere il problema. Di conseguenza, devo aspettare 1.5 ore al lobby. E' una cattiva esperienza. In futuro, contatterò direttamente l'hotel piuttosto che passare attraverso un terzo.

Salve a tutti i lettori e a tutti i dipendenti @ Trip. Ho soggiornato qui per 3 notti ***** con mio fratello più giovane e mio padre. La prenotazione della stanza dell'hotel è stata fatta al telefono. Parola di bocca. Una promessa di questo tipo. Grazie al signor Kumaran Jee. Mi è stata promessa, certo. Questo è un buon gesto che apprezzo ancora. Nessun prepago o garanzia di carta di credito . Camera 105 per me, Camera 102 per mio fratello, un'altra camera per mio padre al primo piano. Check-in è stato facile e facile per tutti noi. Il fatto che siamo arrivati in diverse ore di mattina, la mia stanza aveva la maggior parte delle strutture: mini frigo per immagazzinare l'acqua, il serbatoio di sicurezza, la caldaia per caffè, lavanderia, ecc. Se vuoi / vuoi rimanere qui, si prega di affrontare un sacco di rumore all'interno della tua stanza. Traffico, mercoledì PM DJ al bar e più traffico. Le finestre sono sigillate ma non sono prove sonore. Il bruciore si riverbera dal bar e il traffico. Il colazione al ristorante è bene. Devo dire per me. Non delizioso, ma buono per le 6 ore fino al pranzo. Non ho mangiato qui, né cena, eccetto il giorno in cui sono entrato. La cena era fragile e l'AC nel restro era un clima artico. Ho avuto riso curdo con un panino di lente speziato. Mio padre aveva una crepa di cipolle salata con samba e chutney. Dopo il check-in, pioveva quasi ogni sera.L'hotel ha un bar sottoterra che funziona ogni giorno dalle 11 alle 12 di mezzanotte.Per le prenotazioni, chiamate il signor Kumaran Jee.Il resto sarà fatto.
