Hotel con colazione a Chennai

Il soggiorno al Trident Chennai è stato davvero molto piacevole. È un ottimo hotel, ideale soprattutto per chi ha bisogno di essere vicino all’aeroporto: la posizione è comodissima e rende gli spostamenti semplici e veloci. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare la grande attenzione alla pulizia, sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni, sempre curati e ordinati. La colazione a buffet è molto buona, varia e ben organizzata, con tante proposte sia locali che internazionali, perfetta per iniziare al meglio la giornata. Un’ottima scelta per comfort, qualità del servizio e praticità. Consigliato!

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

It's not that great. They need lots of improvement in service and the rooms need some renovation as the wardrobes n carpets look old. it will also be better if they use some room freshener or candles with fragrance as the room doesn't have a pleasant smell. Overrall, it's not that great for a premium hotel.

La prenotazione è stata effettuata per un Kings Bed and Breakfast per due persone. Mi è stata assegnata una camera con letto matrimoniale e mi è stata negata la colazione finché non ho mostrato la conferma di prenotazione di Trip. La camera era comunicante, non c'era un tavolo da studio e si sentiva persino un sussurro. La notte del 17, qualcuno russava a crepapelle, tanto che non riuscivamo a dormire bene, il che mi ha spinto a cambiare camera. Mi hanno assegnato la camera numero 314, che era anch'essa con letto matrimoniale. Dopo aver chiesto informazioni, il personale dell'hotel Benison mi ha detto che tutte le loro camere hanno solo letto matrimoniale. Ritengo che Trip.com mi abbia ingannato con informazioni false. Ho intenzione di presentare un reclamo al tribunale dei consumatori per ottenere un risarcimento. Ma non lo farò.

Returning to this location after eight years, I was hoping for the same 5star experience I once enjoyed. Unfortunately, it’s not quite what it used to be, and the property is beginning to show its age. On a positive note, the staff were warm and courteous throughout—from the reception to the restaurant team. Their professionalism and friendliness was a highlight of the stay. The restaurant manager Nazim was helpful. However, the room was disappointing. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told all the rooms have this smell and that it would dissipate in about 10 minutes—but unfortunately, it lingered. It seems guests may simply become accustomed to it over time. Not me.. lol. The Colony restaurant offered a decent breakfast, though dinner not that much. It felt overcrowded and cramped, and the buffet menu was not the greatest, with food quality was just average. The key strengths of this location remain its convenient setting, friendly staff, and ample parking. With some updates and improvements, it could once again live up to its former reputation.

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

Ottimo albergo con personale super efficiente. Il ristorante è ottimo, la colazione superlativa. La piscina sul tetto un plus, l'atmosfera alla sera è bellissima, nonostante i clacson dalla strada. Super consigluato.

My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day. A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

Buon servizio e posizione. atmosfera silenziosa buon cibo e varietà di colazione. l'unico problema è che nella prenotazione online è mostrato fumare è consentito dove è una proprietà non fumante. se cambia diventa difficile per i fumatori.

È stato un piacevole soggiorno I. Chennai , buona posizione , il personale è supportivo e amichevole , molti negozi e intrattenimento vicino , In generale , un hotel molto buono a un prezzo ragionevole .
