Hotel 4 stelle a Urumqi

We had high hopes for our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel in Urumqi, having booked our room four months in advance. Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of the four-star standard we were expecting. Upon check-in, we were informed that our confirmed king-size room was unavailable and were reassigned to a twin room without prior notice or apology. For a hotel of this calibre, failing to honour a reservation made months ahead is simply unacceptable. The rooms themselves are remarkably small at just 18 square metres, which feels cramped and uncomfortable for any extended stay. This is well below what one would expect from a property marketing itself as a four-star hotel. There are no bedside tables whatsoever, meaning guests are left placing phones, water bottles, and personal items directly on the floor overnight. That is a basic furnishing oversight that no four-star hotel should be making. Adding to the neglected feel of the room, there were visible holes in the wall where bedside lamps had clearly once been fitted and never properly repaired. The room gave the impression of being mid-renovation rather than a finished, guest-ready space. Perhaps the most frustrating design flaw was the electrical socket positioned directly behind your head on the headboard, with an exposed switch. On multiple occasions during the night, simply shifting position in bed accidentally triggered the switch, flooding the entire room with light. This made for a genuinely disruptive and poor night's sleep. It is baffling that this hazard has not been addressed, as it is both an inconvenience and a safety concern. On a more positive note, the hotel staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserves particular praise for keeping the room immaculately clean and well-stocked each day. The mattresses were also surprisingly comfortable and of good quality, which is worth acknowledging. However, no amount of friendly service can fully compensate for such significant shortcomings in the room itself. We would urge the management to invest in basic refurbishments before continuing to market this as a four-star hotel.

Had comfortable stay in this hotel. We booked the deluxe room which turns out to be very spacious. It has a living area and even a 'walkin' wardrobe. A downside though is the aircon is insufficiently sized to cool the bed area during summer. 200m away is ccmall a very popular mall. Nearby has all amenities that you would expect.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. However, housekeeping was really poor. They crumpled our pajamas and i found mine on the floor. We pressed “DND” for housekeeping yet they still came in anyways. There was no fridge in the room. Front desk staff on some days tried to be helpful but unfriendly and I felt judged by them — like they have the “why are you asking stupid questions” look. The hotel is also surrounded by construction yet near the high speed rail station. Will I stay here again? It’s valid for money for the comfort but I hope they will improve their service standards.

Questo hotel è di alta qualità. Valore di 5 stelle standard. È stato costruito nel 2024, tutto era nuovo. I ricevitori del front desk erano tutti così professionali e ospiti. Ci sentivamo così a casa e confortevole che ci fermavamo per 6 notti. Abbiamo ricevuto un abbondante colazione, tè di sera e cena tardi. Avevamo una TV di 70 pollici con canali cinematografici. Ci è una lavanderia complementare. Il bagno di stile giapponese è un bonus. La fermata di autobus è lungo la strada. A piedi di Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum e Saybad Shopping District. Molto consiglia a tutti i visitatori di Urumqi di questo meraviglioso hotel.

La seconda volta che resta qui. La stanza è ancora eccellente. Ci hanno anche dato colazione gratuita anche io prenotato le camere senza colazione. Buona ospitità! Alto consiglio!

Una proprietà leggermente datata (vecchia) che inizia a mostrare il vestito nelle stanze. Alcuni stanze possono affrontare l'alta strada accanto a essa, ma le finestre offrono una buona protezione sonora. Ciò ha detto che abbiamo ricevuto un servizio coerente, personale amichevole, e nessuna sorpresa. Hanno soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. Circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione piazzale di Nanhu. Non preoccupatevi di raccomandarlo alle famiglie e ai viaggiatori soli, come pure.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Amber & Mr. Ma is great asset to the hotel as they are friendly & helpful who offer assistance in our needs. Thank you to both of them. They made our stay in your hotel very pleasantly. There is a nearby eatery at the hotel Hotan Rosa .. highly recommended... Hand Grab Rice.. The room is clean and comfortable to stay in. The location is very near to those people who wants to take the train at the Urumqi Railway Station. We unable to have the breakfast as we have early tour to catch. So the hotel assist us to arrange prepack breakfast for us to bring out in the morning.

L'esperienza generale è molto sorpresa.L'hotel è unico, vicino al consolato e molto conveniente per il grande Buzza.Lo spazio è ampio e la decorazione è uno stile semplice e leggero, la luce è eccellente e l'effetto di isolamento sono molto buono. L'intera struttura della casa è mantenuta in posizione e la salita è stabile.Il personale della reception è professionale ed efficiente e gestisce il soggiorno veloce.La zona pubblica è pulita e pulita e provvede a lavanderia privata.Il parcheggio degli ospiti è anche molto prudente.Si calmi nella serratura dell'hotel e si può ottenere un buon riposo dopo aver finito il gioco un giorno. Che si tratti di vacanze turistiche o di viaggio a breve termine, sono tutti hotel molto valenti per Urumqi, e ci saranno prenotazioni in seguito.

We stayed there for 3 nights. If we knew the hotel is so old and lacking maintenance, we would have chosen somewhere else. 1. The room is old, dark and dull. The window got cracks. The air-con is not cold. The toilet design not very private, even if you close the toilet door, it still can see through. The room feels dusty, perhaps because of dusty windows. 2. We asked the hotel to recommend a tour to Tianshan Tianchi. The recommended tour agent on Weixin/wechat was bad. He falsely sold Tianshan Tianchi tour to us, the tour was not according to what we agreed, and no responsibility whatsoever. We left hotel at 7.30am, the tour wasted a lot of our time before reaching the lake at 13.00pm, leaving us not enough time at the lake. We understand this is not directly hotel’s fault, but we request the hotel to stop doing business with this tour agent. 3. After we checked out, our next hotel in Kashgar couldn’t check us in because the staff at this hotel didn’t check us out from the government system, causing hassles. Good things were the laundry room, which is convenient, and the location which is near to a lot of food, small shopping mall, and walking to Metro station. The hotel breakfast was delicious. The staff at the breakfast was good.
