Hotel 4 stelle a Urumqi

Hotel was very clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to China. The location was close to CC mall, however as described in the description we thought it would be closer. It was also far from other things to see in Urumqi, and needed to get didi everywhere. The room was not cleaned each day, and seemed to be difficult to get our room cleaned daily. Other than that, it was a good stay and comfortable hotel.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. However, housekeeping was really poor. They crumpled our pajamas and i found mine on the floor. We pressed “DND” for housekeeping yet they still came in anyways. There was no fridge in the room. Front desk staff on some days tried to be helpful but unfriendly and I felt judged by them — like they have the “why are you asking stupid questions” look. The hotel is also surrounded by construction yet near the high speed rail station. Will I stay here again? It’s valid for money for the comfort but I hope they will improve their service standards.

Slightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

Ciò che mi ha colpito di più è stata la pulizia e il servizio dell'hotel! Non c'era un granello di polvere in nessun angolo della stanza, le lenzuola e le coperte erano immacolate e inodore, lo specchio del bagno era impermeabile, il WC era pulitissimo e persino gli asciugamani erano soffici e morbidi. Nevicava al mio arrivo e la reception mi ha offerto proattivamente fazzoletti e un ombrello, e mi ha persino gentilmente assegnato una camera ai piani alti con una vista fantastica. Le prese elettriche in camera erano progettate con cura: c'erano porte USB vicino al letto e sulla scrivania, il che rendeva la ricarica estremamente comoda. La colazione era ricca e variegata, con porridge fresco, noodles e frutta, superando di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Lo consiglio a chiunque apprezzi la cura dei dettagli.

Alex, la signora della ricezione era così utile e cortese, sorrideva e ci faceva sentire molto benvenuti. Quando scoprì che ero membro dell'IGG, mi offriva un bicchiere di benvenuto, Dalle 6 alle 2 del mattino, l'hotel ha offerto noodles di carne di bovino e zuppa di quercia (non si è mai accorto se si trattasse di un tipo di camera), cibo buono, ma il server/cuoco della notte del 15 ottobre era un incubo. Era infelice quando gli disturbavamo di chiedere una tazza di noodles, e tutto quello che gli interessava era giocare sul telefono, e gridò ad un ospite che cercava di aiutare, tornando a casa le tazze e gli utensili usati. Francamente, non dovrebbe lavorare nell'industria dell'ospitalità. L'hotel è situato in una zona residenziale con nessun ristorante o negozi vicino, ma è pulito e moderno. Il centro commerciale Wanda è a circa 2 km. Ci siamo camminati.

The room was extremely comfortable and I slept very well throughout my stay there. Excellent breakfast selection at the restaurant, with a nice coffee bar downstairs as well. The staff were also very good at helping me with a ticket booking enquiry, which was difficult as a foreign guest. Highly recommended!
