Hotel 4 stelle a Urumqi

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questo hotel. Dalla nostra arrivo, siamo stati benvenuti dalla squadra di ricezione. Ci era un te' sano disponibile per gli ospiti nel lobby, che era un bel toccamento. Anche i guardiani di sicurezza erano utili e felici di fornire informazioni – Sono anche precipitati per aiutare a portare il nostro bagaglio a terra. La colazione è servita nella biblioteca, che ha una bella decorazione e una vasta selezione di cibo. La parte migliore del nostro soggiorno, tuttavia, è stato il servizio pensiero dell'hotel. Hanno aiutato mia figlia – che è attualmente a Londra – ordinare un bouquet di fiori da consegnarmi nella stanza per il giorno della mamma. Non avevo idea di questo accordo. Poco dopo l'entrata, la ricezione mi ha colpito con i fiori. Che piacevole sorpresa! È davvero impressionante che un servizio così grande per i clienti possa essere fornito anche online. Hotel was very clean and nice. The amenities were wonderful, we enjoyed the gym and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we had on our trip to China. The location was close to CC mall, however as described in the description we thought it would be closer. It was also far from other things to see in Urumqi, and needed to get didi everywhere. The room was not cleaned each day, and seemed to be difficult to get our room cleaned daily. Other than that, it was a good stay and comfortable hotel.

Slightly dated (old) property that is starting to show wear in the rooms. Some rooms can face the elevated highway next to it, but the windows provide good sound protection. That said, we received consistent service, friendly staff, and no surprises. They accommodated our needs. About a 10 minute walk to the Nanhu square station. Don't mind recommending it to families and solo travelers, alike.

Hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. However, housekeeping was really poor. They crumpled our pajamas and i found mine on the floor. We pressed “DND” for housekeeping yet they still came in anyways. There was no fridge in the room. Front desk staff on some days tried to be helpful but unfriendly and I felt judged by them — like they have the “why are you asking stupid questions” look. The hotel is also surrounded by construction yet near the high speed rail station. Will I stay here again? It’s valid for money for the comfort but I hope they will improve their service standards.

L'ambiente del negozio è leggero e elegante, la zona pubblica è pulita e colorata, la camera è grande e luminosa, i letti sono morbidi, i bagni sono completi e le strutture intelligenti sono molto pulite.Dall'ingresso al negozio, il personale è attento a tutto il viaggio, aiutare attivamente a prendere i bagagli, introdurre il quartiere e riempire i dettagli del servizio. La colazione è ricco di fresche, piatti caldi, punti di foraggio, frutta e bevande sono tutti completi e super soddisfatti.Sia il viaggio di affari che il viaggio sono molto appropriati. L'esperienza è fantastica, è davvero consigliabile!

This is an excellent hotel located in the coty centre close to many nice restaurants of various types of food to cater for the travellers of different nationalities. Very courteous, friendly and helpful staff especially those young and friendly ladies at the Front desk. Free pick up service was provided and need to be pre arranged prior to arrival. The hotel is also equipped with laundry room and gym for its hotel guests to use at no cost. The rooms are very clean come with big TV, full toiletries, kettle. Air dryer. Breakfast is good and healthy with plenty grains. |Really enjoy my stay here.

The hotel has a great location: a brisk 5-7-minute walk from the metro (exit A). The route itself is interesting: on the left and right are entrances to the Grand Bazaar and plenty of street vendors selling fruit, food, clothing, and souvenirs. The hotel was unusual for us as tourists. When you open your room, the curtains automatically open, and you hear a voice message in Chinese. We didn't understand what it meant, though. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable, with good beds, a huge TV, and panoramic windows. The courtyard view means the windows overlook other hotel windows through a narrow pedestrian walkway with a transparent roof, allowing you to see other guests—and they can see you. Although our silhouettes weren't very clear, we still felt uneasy, so we asked to change rooms. We were upgraded to a room with smaller windows. The sink was separate in the room, and the bathroom had only a toilet and shower. The toilet didn't have a flush button; it flushed automatically and had a small blue light, which was convenient if you want to use it at night in the dark. At first, we were very disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator (minibar), as stated in the room description, as we had strictly chosen a hotel with a minibar. At reception, we were told we could put food in their refrigerator. As compensation, they allowed us to check out a little later for free. Also cheese yoghurts «Tea Ballet» were offered every day. They were very tasty and of good quality. There are several robots roaming inside the hotel, but we didn't understand their function either. You can pick up some essentials for your stay on the ground floor (tea, sleeping masks, hair elastics, and other suitable stuff). We really enjoyed the breakfasts. The selection wasn't huge compared to other hotels, but they were all well-prepared and delicious. The food wasn't too spicy, with pleasant seasonings, good milk tea, corn, etc., which gave the impression of a healthy meal. We had a few small suggestions regarding the room: it would have been very helpful to have more towel racks in the bathroom and a bit more storage space for clothes. Also, we noticed there were no forks available during breakfast, which was a little inconvenient. We believe addressing these small details would make the guest experience even better. Questo hotel è di alta qualità. Valore di 5 stelle standard. È stato costruito nel 2024, tutto era nuovo. I ricevitori del front desk erano tutti così professionali e ospiti. Ci sentivamo così a casa e confortevole che ci fermavamo per 6 notti. Abbiamo ricevuto un abbondante colazione, tè di sera e cena tardi. Avevamo una TV di 70 pollici con canali cinematografici. Ci è una lavanderia complementare. Il bagno di stile giapponese è un bonus. La fermata di autobus è lungo la strada. A piedi di Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum e Saybad Shopping District. Molto consiglia a tutti i visitatori di Urumqi di questo meraviglioso hotel.

Alex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink, From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.

Godetevi il mio soggiorno così tanto che prolungo il mio soggiorno per un'altra notte. Pulizia, spaziosa, confortevole.La stanza è moderna e sembra un po' futurista.Anche i dettagli piccoli sono progettati per conforto come specchio con luce extra su di essa, mat anti-slip, etichetta chiara sulle luci switch on/off in modo che l'ospite sappia quale pulsante per quali luci, la luce automatica di notte si sveglia di notte per andare in bagno per assicurarsi che l'ospite possa vedere il cammino (è stato in viaggio per 6.5months e questi sono oggetti che sono quasi mai visto nemmeno in Big Hotel Chain). La squadra di accoglienza è anche calda e accogliente. Grazie speciali a Xiao Xia e Noor che aiutano con il mio check-in e il mio soggiorno. Prezzo ragionevole, anche offerta scontata alla 2a notte (diversi persona offrono scontata diversa, quindi ho scelto la miglior offerta.lol) Questo posto è anche vicino a molti ristoranti e 4 minuti a piedi per fermare l'autobus dove si fermano più autobus (cioè c'è un autobus dall'aeroporto fino qui, cioè prendere il metro e cambiare l'autobus. l'autobus si fermerà qui). Conveniente per i viaggiatori soli che si basano sul trasporto pubblico per esplorare l'ambiente (scarica Baidu o applicazioni AMAP per vedere il percorso e l'orario di autobus in tempo reale. Baidu è comunque meglio). Sono inoltre disponibili un guardia di sicurezza per qualsiasi domanda o raccomandazione che si desidera conoscere. Delizioso colazione!!Ancora pensando a questo.gusto come stile di cucina a casa. Dopo aver viaggiato 6.5months, il mio gusto manca questo tipo di cibo.lol In generale, molto consigliato luogo!! Se ho ancora tempo (dopo aver esplorato la parte meridionale), sarò certamente tornato qui per una notte finale prima di lasciare Xinjiang. Tutti i migliori 😎😄😀😁😃
