"Posizione perfetta, vicino al bazar e ai ristoranti locali. Personale scortese, sempre infastidito, mai cordiale. Non abbiamo potuto usare il Wi-Fi perché non abbiamo un numero di cellulare cinese e non sono stati in grado di aiutarci in alcun modo con la connessione internet."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share our experience with the complimentary photo session so that future guests know what to expect. If you book through Trip.com, please check carefully what is included. We were informed by the photo studio that our complimentary photo session did not include the traditional costume, while if th guests who booked through some other travel agencies were able to use the costume free of charge. We found this difference quite surprising. Another disappointing experience was the complimentary photos. The hotel receptionist told us that we would receive 3 free photos per person, so as two guests we expected 6 photos. However, when we arrived at the photo studio, we were told that the offer was actually 3 photos per room. The inconsistent information between the hotel and the photo studio caused unnecessary confusion and disappointment. I hope the hotel and the photo studio can provide consistent information in the future, so guests know exactly what is included before they arrive."

"I stayed for five nights and enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, quiet and spacious. There was some construction going on nearby that sometimes caused strange noises, but nothing too disturbing. I asked for a non-smoking room and even though there was an ashtray in my room, I did not smell smoke in my room or on the floor, except for one evening, when someone nearby was smoking. The bed was medium firm, and although I prefer softer beds, I had no trouble sleeping in it. It was comfortable. The cleaning lady was friendly. For downsides, there were some technical issues. The air conditioning console was malfunctioning; I was able to do basic regulation, but turning it off sometimes required pulling the keycard from its slot. I also think I might have gotten a small electric shock from the railing where the lights over the bed were."

"Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale! Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso di trovare una camera così pulita per circa 100 yuan. Le lenzuola erano morbide e ho dormito benissimo, e il bagno era completo di tutti i comfort. Il servizio alla reception è stato cordiale ed efficiente; check-in e check-out sono stati rapidi. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte, il che rende comodo raggiungere negozi e ristoranti. La pulizia e il servizio sono paragonabili a quelli di hotel più costosi. Sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel per il mio prossimo viaggio di lavoro!"

"Enjoy my stay so much that I extend my stay for 1 more night. Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain). the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay. Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol) This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here). Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though). They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know. Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style. After travelling 6.5months , my tastebud miss this type of food.lol Overall, highly recommended place!! If I still have time (after exploring the southern part), I will definitely come back again to stay here for one final night before leaving Xinjiang. All the best 😎😄😀😁😃"
