Hotel 4 stelle a Guiyang

L'esperienza di soggiorno generale è fantastica!Il servizio dell'hotel risponde rapidamente e la camera dell'ospite ha bisogno di un trattamento tempestivo.L'apparecchiatura di lavanderia auto-assistente è pulita e utile per lavare i vestiti.La colazione è ricco di qualità, buon sapore e molto confortevole. L'atteggiamento del personale è entusiasta e attento. Si prendono cura di tutti gli aspetti, si vive in pace e comodo. La prossima volta, scegliere questa famiglia, fortemente raccomandato!

Located just opposite Guiyang West Yan'an Bus station, which is convenient for tourist to take coach to propular attractions like Huangguoshu Waterfall, Zhenyuan Ancient Town, XiJiangQianHu Miao Village.. etc. 2. Surrounded with many local food stalls 3. Metro line #2 and 3 just short distance away 4. Hotel staff looks busy at all time, even though there is no guest there 5. Free coffee and tea served at the reception area, many times either the coffee machine is out of water or out of milk which make things frustrated especially when you are in the hurry and the hotel staff are busy 6. Free laundry service : 4 washers & 4 dryers 7. Hotel also provide supper from 2130 to 2300 8. Room size is slightly below my expectation. The advertisement photo shows 1 can of free soft drink and 2 bottles tea drinks in the mini fridge for my room type, somehow it's not the case. When I asked the hotel staff, the respond was soft drink/bottle tea drinks will not be provided for my room type, but they can provide to me if I insist of having it. I told the guy NO if my booking does not have it, instead I asked the staff to feedback to the Management to remove the photo away as not to mislead the Customer 9. Did not purchase their breakfast and so unable to comment much 10. The gym area looks ok This is my 1st time staying in ATour will a little disappointment in their service. However, I will not rude them out!

La stanza che mi è stata assegnata al livello ottavo mi permette di vedere chiaramente il terminale aeroportuale, i ponti di osservazione, la stazione ferroviaria aeroportuale e i voli che parteno dall'aeroporto. In generale, sono molto felice di stare in questo hotel, ma il ristorante dell'hotel è chiuso a notte e il ricevitore non è intorno a prendere gli ordini di camera. Mangio pane durian al caffè dell'hotel vicino al concierge per pranzo. Rimarrò qui, certamente, di nuovo nell'ottobre 2025.

Our stay in Qingyan felt like stepping into a quiet, hidden world where time slows down and everything is designed to soothe the senses. The setting is simply stunning. Surrounded by greenery and a peaceful lake, the property blends perfectly with nature. Sitting by the water under the shade of a large umbrella, with the soft sound of leaves and reflections dancing on the surface, was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip. It feels intimate, almost like having your own private garden. The rooms are equally impressive — modern, warm, and beautifully designed, with large windows that open directly onto the landscape. Waking up to that serene view made every morning feel special. The balance between minimal design and comfort is perfectly executed. We also loved the common areas: elegant indoor spaces with curated details, tea served in a refined and cozy atmosphere, and outdoor areas that invite you to slow down and enjoy the surroundings. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged, never excessive, always harmonious. Breakfast was enjoyable and nicely presented, and the BBQ experience was fun and well-organized, creating a relaxed and social moment. If we had to mention a few small points for improvement: a scale in the room would be a useful addition, the chopsticks provided at breakfast could be of better quality, and while the BBQ experience was great overall, the selection of meat did not fully match our personal taste. That said, these are only minor details in what was otherwise an exceptional stay. This place is truly special — a perfect combination of nature, design, and tranquility. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and refined escape.

Prima del check-in l'hotel vi contatterà in anticipo per conoscere la situazione del check-in e comunicarvi l'ubicazione del parcheggio (non è davvero facile parcheggiare. La camera è pulita e igienica, così come la tipologia della camera). è stata rinnovata. La camera è ampia, spaziosa e luminosa. La signora alla reception ha preso l'iniziativa di fare il check-in nella stanza per suo conto ed è stata molto entusiasta. Il mix della colazione è buono.

Un hotel dallo stile repubblicano molto caratteristico. Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione temporanea, ma c'è stata una vera sorpresa. Ci sono cheongsam gratuiti da provare nella hall e la sera è disponibile anche il porridge a tarda notte. La stanza è pulita e inodore, nella camera familiare c'è anche un cavallo a dondolo, ci sono anche souvenir e i giocattoli per bambini possono essere portati via! Anche i bicchierini per bambini, gli spazzolini da denti, lo shampoo e i prodotti da bagno sono molto premurosi. La colazione ha molte varietà e ha un buon sapore?

Recentemente ero venuto in vacanza in città e sono rimasto qui per 4 notti. Le prime 2 notti erano buone e senza problemi. L'ultima sera, mi sono sentito abbastanza sfortunato da incontrare un ratto nella mia stanza. Egli aveva potuto scappare attraverso un buco sotto il bacino e mi è stato detto che tutte le camere avevano questa caratteristica quando mi chiedevo di avere una stanza di sostituzione. Anche il sostituzione aveva problemi, perché il wifi non aveva connessione che ha causato le loro funzioni in camera intelligente non funzionano tutto il cammino fino al checkout. Inoltre, le camere non hanno una linea al divano frontale e la comunicazione con loro è solo attraverso il wechat. In quanto tale, sarà difficile per i viaggiatori che non conoscono mandarino avere una risposta rapida alle domande facilmente. Ho incontrato la chiave della mia stanza per non poter aprire la mia stanza quasi ogni pomeriggio e ho dovuto affrontare l’inconveniente di andare al divano o aspettare che il personale venga a fornire una chiave di sostituzione, La giornata di lavoro è stata molto lunga, e la sala non era in buona condizione e il colazione era semplice e ripetibile. Devo congratularmi con il personale dell'hotel per la sua atteggiamento e la sua disponibilità a fornire assistenza ogni volta che sorge la questione, ma mi sono sentito incapace di essere rimossi dall'infrastruttura e dall'installazione e di essere dispiaciuti per molto tempo. È un nuovo hotel, quindi spero che possano risolvere questi problemi dentali e fornire agli ospiti futuri un'esperienza più positiva.

The place is very close to the airport, if it weren't for the typhoon. My family and I wouldn't stay there. It is very new, some parts are still under construction. The staff are okay, but not so friendly, felt a bit cold. But overall, the place was a great place to stay for a night before the early morning flight.

Extended my stay for another night after two nights earlier. Impeccable and convenient place to stay. Keep it up! Highly recommended

La posizione è eccellente, vicino alla metropolitana e non lontano dal centro di Guiyang. La colazione non è male, il personale dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile, ma non parla inglese (è possibile utilizzare un traduttore per comunicare).
