This was not an ordinary hotel stay. It became something I will remember for the rest of my life. I arrived at the airport after unexpectedly injuring my ankle earlier that day and had no idea how serious it was or what to do next. I booked this hotel last minute, and from the moment I contacted them, everything changed. The team immediately arranged a car to pick me up from the airport, and I was met with such kindness, care, and professionalism that I felt safe right away. When I arrived, they provided a wheelchair for me and allowed me to keep it overnight. They thoughtfully placed me in a more accessible room, helped with my luggage, and continuously checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. This all happened late at night, yet the level of attention and warmth never wavered. What truly stood out was how every single staff member treated me. Each time I spoke with someone, they sincerely said to call if I needed anything, and they meant it. It felt like the entire team knew about my situation and was looking out for me. As a first-time traveler in China and an English speaker, I was honestly quite scared, but they went out of their way to make sure I never felt alone or overwhelmed. At one point, multiple staff members even came up to my room to check on me in person and ask if I needed anything. They made sure I ate and brought me a warm meal, and I can genuinely say those were the most comforting, soul-filling noodles I had during my trip. In the morning, they kindly offered me a late checkout until 2 p.m., again reminding me to reach out for anything at all. When it was time to leave, they made the process completely seamless. A member of the reception team personally escorted me by golf cart to the airport, helped communicate with airport staff, and ensured I received a wheelchair for my onward journey. I did not have to think or worry about a single step. This level of care goes far beyond standard hospitality. It reflects a truly exceptional team. Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in my wellbeing. I want to extend my deepest thanks to everyone working that day for taking such incredible care of me. You turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening experience into something warm, safe, and deeply human. This is a world-class team and a shining example of what hospitality should be. I am so grateful and will absolutely stay with this hotel again. Thank you for everything.

Un hotel dallo stile repubblicano molto caratteristico. Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione temporanea, ma c'è stata una vera sorpresa. Ci sono cheongsam gratuiti da provare nella hall e la sera è disponibile anche il porridge a tarda notte. La stanza è pulita e inodore, nella camera familiare c'è anche un cavallo a dondolo, ci sono anche souvenir e i giocattoli per bambini possono essere portati via! Anche i bicchierini per bambini, gli spazzolini da denti, lo shampoo e i prodotti da bagno sono molto premurosi. La colazione ha molte varietà e ha un buon sapore?

這家酒店是在貴州北站附近，走路略遠，拿行李箱的話上上下下會很麻煩，要穿過一個地道衹有樓梯沒有扶梯，拎箱子的話太重了。我們返回的時候就直接打車了。酒店在一個商務樓裏，電梯稍顯舊貼滿了各種廣告，但是進了房間還挺安靜的，面積也寬敞，住的比較舒服。衞生間略舊，但也不影響使用。酒店處於鬧市區吃飯很方便，樓下就是便利店和各種美食店。前台服務人員態度也不錯，早餐一般般沒有什麼特別的。

I thank the receptionist for reserving an aircraft-flying-view room at the third tower. Focal length of an aircraft taking off from Guiyang is 200mm to 400mm above. I choose to stay at Greentree Eastern Hotel because the hotel does not charge room key deposit and it is the newest airport hotel opposite the Guiyang airport Terminal 3. I also want to test plane-spotting at this hotel. Besides, the nearest place to enjoy lunch and dinner is of less than one minute walk from the hotel, also at AC Park, and I get to enjoy extremely cheap Guizhou cuisine. I am very happy that I have selected the right airport hotel. During my vacation at Greentree Eastern Hotel, two incidents happened. Firstly, the receptionist told me that to print my boarding passes, I need to forward the online boarding passes via WeChat for the hotel to print the boarding pass. However, I explained to the receptionists that I have difficulties in using WeChat after registering an account. One of the receptionists helped me forward one boarding pass to his email address and from his email address to the hotel printer on Friday. I got the first online boarding pass in black and white. On Saturday morning, I attempted the same but the other receptionst-on-duty refused to help me. The other incident is at the hotel restaurant Bellagio (鹿港小镇). There is no restaurant staff to take the breakfast vouchers. Therefore, many guests have taken advantage of eating breakfast at the restaurant for free and before 7.30 am, many breakfast items were snapped up. I hope that Greentree Eastern Hotel can provide better printing service and enforce the rule that a restaurant staff should be at the reception desk of the restaurant to collect the breakfast vouchers. Other than the above, I will stay here again for plane-spotting purpose if necessary.

Questo Pullman è davvero fantastico, dal servizio, alla colazione, alla pulizia, ai sorrisi, all'entusiasmo e alla cordialità di tutto il personale del negozio, non posso assolutamente criticarlo, sono sempre stato un fedele fan di Accor Most soprattutto, sono felice che anche la signora delle relazioni con gli ospiti abbia aggiornato la mia stanza gratuitamente. Location undeniable convenient. Main entrance from hotel turn right less than 5 minutes to jiaxu pavilion. Turn right walk down straight for around 5 to 8minutes to reach Qingyun market .lots of food areas/shops around but mainly their local specialties.Sour fish soup,noodles ,stir fries etc. The hotel has been around for around 20 years or so.Tge decor looks similar to offerings from the late 80s to 90s. Service is very good as evident of the Sheraton lineage.However the dated feel and horrendous central air conditioning puts it a notch down. With offerings nearby that has upped tge game these past years.The management should look seriously in some areas such as decor and added lighting features specially in the rooms .(lights at lower section of bed to light up pathway at night). Breakfast was well stocked and timing was especially good.up till 10.30am. The best feature this Hotel has is the staff.Improve a bit more especially on the air conditioning and I believe market share loss will improve. Overall it's a relatively good stay.
