1. SERVICE IS EVERYTHING 😭
+ So we arrived a little bit late and when we arrived they told us to look at the other rooms for us to choose our favourite,and despite I love the pink room,I still went to and choose the green one,cause it's soooooo aesthetic! Like look at da pic!!!
+ The receptionist a young woman were sooooo helpfull! They told us that we can just grab any snacks,yogurt drinks,coffee and tea for free!
+ She also help us to wash our cloth😭😭😭 despite I'm trying to be independent about it,she still entertain us and keep on asking us if we need help huaaaa sooo sweet and niceee😭😭😭!!!
2. ROOM (SHOULD I EVEN SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT? LIKE LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!)
+ Oh god I was soooooo shoketh to see the place is even nicer than the pictures hahahaha,they have a tea area with the views of the buildings, a huge bath tubs, a place for us to chill and tons of power socket to charge everything! And don't forget their huge projector to watch movies which can connect to your phones or ipad ! How amazing!!!!
+ The place smells amazingggg( forget to ask the owner what type of fragrance did they use cause it's sooooooo soothing!)
+ No wonder they call this place an intelligent hotel cause everything is calling out technology in it's superiority 😭😭😭
3. Location!
+ Please look for the buildings number 5 (there are numbers on the buildings) cause we literally confuse at first and didn't saw the numbers on the building hahahaha and keep going back and forth searching for it lol
+ Oh god just go down the hotel,there's food market everywhere and tons of convenience store like literally open 24 hours?!!! And its sooo easy for us Muslims to find food cause theres a western halal food name cowboy got busy ( I guess so but there's cowboy in the name hahaha run by a son and his mother)
+ The place is soooo amazing! I love that there's subway nearby and if you are lazy just get on the Didi and it's cheap tho,so yeah I love the place and the people is soooooo kind😭😭😭

SSoh Kien PengThis is the only hotel at Guiyang where I stayed for a night without rushing to visit any attraction. I felt so comfortable watching TV movie films inside the hotel room. This is also the intermittent stop before I proceed to Kaili after touring Xingyi.
The location of the hotel is convenient as it is located directly opposite the Guiyang North Railway Station. I took the high speed train from Xingyi South at about 10.45 am and reached Guiyang North railway station in the afternoon. I booked via trip.com and it costs S$27.78 per night.
The hotel has just opened last year and everything is so new, modern and clean. No breakfast is included but there are many eateries and restaurants nearby. The access from Guiyangbei Railway Station is via a tunnel and the hotel is located at the end of that tunnel at the West Plaza.
My wife is fascinated with the automatic washing machine and dryer and found them very easy to operate when washing her clothes. She also like the sleep inducing flower tea which was provided free at the reception counter. The staff are also courteous and helpful. There is a Luckin cafe below the hotel and my wife bought a cup for her breakfast. She also likes the nearby hawker stalls selling those glutinous rice and tofu, a typical Guizhou delights.
Will book this hotel again if I visit Guiyangbei.

PPNMAThe hotel is brand new with location is just 15mins walk from the shopping malls. Room is very small cannot open 2 large suitcases inside the room. Hotel gave 2 card keys to both of us but I lost mine in a rush back to Guangzhou. Was fined RMB50 (wasn't issued a receipt). I found my card key upon reaching Guangzhou 4 hours later and wanted to courier hotel card back but hotel refused to refund me, claiming that their accounts are closed and no refund policies.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato vicino alla metropolitana con circa 15-20 min a piedi dalla stazione Bailuhu. Le ragazze alla reception hanno dato un ottimo servizio. Quando sono uscito dalla stazione di cui alla uscita C, non ero sicura della mia portata. La ricezione ha avuto difficoltà a venire alla stazione per prenderci! Questo è il servizio migliore! Non ero felice con la prima stanza, perché era di fronte a un sito di costruzione con il rumore che si spostava in un altro posto per me senza alcuna stronzata. La stanza è grande e pulita, come la loro pubblicità, dalla ragazza della ricezione alla cuoca e alla pulizia, sono sempre pronti a assistere e hanno un sorriso e saluti ogni volta che li vedo. C'è una macchina per il caffè al conteggio, dove si può fare la tazza ogni volta che la voglia prende. Inoltre, non si stanno mai sgualdrando l'acqua in bottiglia ogni volta che lo vuoi. È anche un distributore d'acqua alla ricezione. La colazione è riempita e non è consentito il secondo aiuto. La mia unica denuncia è la loro tovagliola non sono molto assorbinte. Inoltre, il servizio impecabile tutto il tempo! Ci sono molte opzioni alimentari fuori. Raccomanderò agli amici e ripresero' definitivamente se mai vengo a Guiyang.

AAnna❤️LoveIl posto è molto bello, e ottenere un taxi è molto conveniente. È vicino alla Piazza Fontana, Little Cross, Jiaxiu Tower e Qianling Mountain Parkin tutto nel centro della città. Il personale del desk front era davvero dolce e utile. Le camere erano senza spot, e il tempo era grande durante il nostro soggiorno. La custodia ha fatto un lavoro straordinario per mantenere tutto pulito e tempestivo. Il servizio era anche di prima qualità, davvero pensativo. Certamente restare qui la prossima volta!

惠惠youngFinding the hotel might be a bit tricky for foreigners, but the owner sent detailed directions with photos, so it wasn't a problem. The room was comfortable, like home. There was no reception, so I couldn't meet the owner, but She contacted me directly via WeChat, so it wasn't inconvenient at all. I booked a two-night stay, and on the second night, She hung all the necessary items on the doorknob. There was even a washing machine and an umbrella. I was impressed by the thoughtful consideration. Thanks to her.The location was great, within walking distance, and there were plenty of delicious restaurants just outside the hotel building. I had a comfortable two-night stay.

BBees506This is a budget hotel, renovated on the 24th floor of Building 3 at the Central Business District of Huaguoyuan. It is nice, neat and clean with necessary amenities, for a short stay in Guiyang. It's located near 松花路站 Songhua Road Metro station (Exit B).
However, it's a little tricky to find the hotel since the lobby of the hotel is located on the 24th floor and there are so many hotels in Building 3. Besides, there are only staircases down with no working escalator from the exit of the metro station or Didi drop-off at the road side, in order to access the lift lobby of Building 3. This becomes challenging with a 24” luggage during check-out as one needs to lift the luggage up the staircases. I managed to find out (from the hotel receptionist) the only cargo lift with access to Level 2, avoiding climbing up the staircase upon check-out.
The room was extremely cold during the 1st night of the stay as Guiyang temperature was about 3-5 deg C. Despite switching to the temperature control to the maximum (30 deg C), the hot air supplid was insufficient to warm up the room.

It’s an older hotel which was once very luxurious: nice wall paper, generous room layout, well appointed furniture, good comfy mattress, but sadly, it has seen better days.
The entire hotel needs a facelift and deep cleaning. Carpet stained and grime and dirt where all corners of all walls meet, accumulated from years of neglect. Shower smells bad and water does not drain. We were shown several rooms; all smell of cigarette smoke as none are smoke free (ashtrays in all rooms).
Plus points:
1. Excellent service from lady front desk manager
2. house keeping staff work very hard to keep up with the degrading rooms.
3. Linen very clean, changed daily and nice high thread count sheets
4. Housekeeping brings a tray of fresh fruits delivered to hotel room daily
5. Free self service laundry (no dryer)
6. Location is great
7. plenty of free easy parking
8. Many places to dine within walking distance of hotel.
9. Cheap
It’s a pity hotel management do not work on maintenance.
It has potential to relive its good years again with some TLC. Thank you again to all the staff who are so friendly and helpful. We had a room with huge windows facing the mountains. A little road noise but not bad when windows shut.

My stay at Shangjing Hotel (Guiyang Railway Station Hongtongcheng Shopping Center Branch) was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The service was outstanding – always helpful, smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed.
The location is excellent. Situated near Guiyang Railway Station and Hongtongcheng Shopping Center, the hotel is in a vibrant and convenient area with plenty of shopping, food, and transportation options nearby. It made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable.
The hygiene standards were top-notch. The room was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean and comfortable.
And the beds… amazing! The mattresses were incredibly soft and comfortable, giving me some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. After a long day, it was pure luxury to relax in such a cozy bed.
Overall, an outstanding experience with excellent service, great staff, perfect cleanliness, and a fantastic location. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
