Vienna International Hotel (Dongguan Zhangmutou) I am very satisfyied staying at the Vienna International Hotel in Zhangmutou (also known as Vienna Hotel Dongguan Zhangmutou or Vienna International Hotel Dongguan Zhangmutou Government Square), a mid-range chain hotel in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Key Highlights: • Lobby: Described as excellent — spacious with a high ceiling and bright lighting, creating an impressive first impression. • Staff and Check-in: Very professional service, with a smooth process and unsolicited early check-in. • Rooms: Large, clean, and comfortably elegant despite not being brand-new. Features a simple, warm design with a practical office setup and necessary equipment. • Location and Surroundings: Conveniently surrounded by abundant food options, from proper restaurants to lively night street food, in a vibrant small town atmosphere. • Overall Value: An excellent hotel with reasonable pricing, strong recommendation for return visits. It is a reliable choice in a prime location near attractions like Guanyin Mountain and Zhangmutou Pedestrian Street.

This hotel has some very good features that I was very happy with and some less important issues that are not deal breakers. First, the very good: USB charge ports (USB-A, USB-C) on both sides of the bed; absolute black-out curtains keep the room totally dark; both firm and soft pillows supplied; controllable air-conditioning/heating; a window that can be opened; stable temperature hot water; friendly staff; fantastic location (quiet, clean neighborhood, lots of restaurants, close to metro); large shower area with choice of shower head; firm (but not rock-hard) mattress; four bottles of drinking water supplied each day; and, most importantly, all rooms are non-smoking. This last point is more common in the major cities but not expected in Dongguan. (Beware of other hotels with ”some non-smoking rooms” - this means that both smoking AND not smoking in these rooms is permitted.) I did not sample the breakfast menu. The not-so-good in the room is the limited control of internal room lighting. The minimal setting is bright enough for most use and there is no way to set the internal lighting very low. There is no pen/paper supplied, and no phone in the room. You are expected to use WeChat to communicate with front-desk. The good thing about this is WeChat's builtin translation facility. The staff don't speak English (and neither do I expect them to as this isn't really a hotel for foreign travelers). There is a self-service laundry with four washing machine and drier sets on level 3A. These are free to use and (apparently) have self-dosing detergent. I never had to wait to use this facility. Level 3A (the forth floor, in reality) is shared by the hotel with a billiards club so the hotel lifts are often occupied with non-hotel customers who do smoke, so this level can smell stale at times. (I stayed on another floor and experienced no issues with air quality. In summary, I would certainly stay here again the next time I visit Dongguan.

everthing is general. the room is little bit small, to be honest, i think there is no much hotel to choose in this place. hope there is more international brand hotel soon.

L'unica cosa che potrei migliorare è la varietà e la qualità del colazione, oltre a questo, il personale era molto amichevole e la camera era comoda.

La posizione dell'hotel è piuttosto buona, tra il distretto Rainbow e la strada Humen Walking, l'edificio dell'hotel fa parte di un condominio al di sopra di un centro di spedizione, quindi il lobby non è il pavimento, ma il terzo piano. Chiedi al conducente di cercare il centro commerciale di leshop scenderà molto più facilmente. Le camere sono moderne e spaziali, l'aria condizionata e l'acqua per la doccia è buona, la custodia è top notch, le camere sono pulite e le letti sono comodi, le mutande sono sul lato più morbido, può chiedere le mutande dure o extra quando necessario. L'hotel permette il check-out tardivo fino alle 4:00, che è abbastanza buono per coloro che hanno il volo tardivo.Coloro che volano fuori dall'aeroporto di Guangzhou Baiyun, c'è un autobus che può essere preso dalla stazione di bus 门vändåb, che è in un altro hotel.
