"The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could.
The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful."

UUtente ospiteI booked this Hotel for 6 older ladies to experience Pidgeon Forge. The Location couldn't be better. The rooms are very nice size and the bathrooms are great. All six of the ladies loved the hotel. Now with six older ladies we had some very picky ladies and they loved it. Great places to sit and talk in the lobby, two fire pits to sit and talk if it is chilly out side. Lots of pools and to use. The keep the buffet clean and refilled. One of our ladies is going to bring her whole family there for a family get together because she loved this place so much. I really and honestly don't feel you will be disappointed if you stay here. The staff is great there is always someone at the front desk which I lliked because I had questions. I can't say enough good things about this place but thank you for doing such a great job.

The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

Prima hanno preso tutto il denaro dalla carta che non volevo usare , poi quando siamo arrivati all' hotel hanno ricevuto un' altra carta di credito e lo usano per depositi , ma comunque dalla mia altra carta hanno preso 10 dollari ! Che gestione fa il loro lavoro come questo ????? E circa il colazione! Horribile! È possibile prendere i cuponi per colazione e non si può prendere caffè e acqua! una bevanda per il colazione:caffè o acqua o succo! Tutti i giorni hanno confuso i nostri ordini! Servizio all'hotel una stella!!! Non l'ho mai visto negli hotel Marriott! Non hanno nemmeno dato acqua per lo stato come di solito! Perche' abbiamo prenotato via trip .com . Ma è ok! Altre cose sono solo deludenti! Era il mio viaggio di compleanno!

Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

Sono stati d'aiuto a organizzare tutte le camere per 50+ persone, attrezzature, cibo, ecc. Non abbiamo avuto problemi o denunce quando ci siamo lasciati.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio era buono, la camera era pulita, ben ‑stopata, e il letto del Re era molto comodo. Tuttavia, la stanza stessa si sentiva un po’ impazzita, e il bagno era molto più piccolo di quello che abbiamo usato.
La nostra più grande questione è arrivata la seconda notte, quando il rumore del parcheggio era estremamente alto e rendeva difficile riposare.

DDannyWe had a couple problems when we got there talked to the front desk was taken care of immediately. All the people there was extremely nice and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the place was extremely clean will definitely go back.
