UUtente ospiteI booked this Hotel for 6 older ladies to experience Pidgeon Forge. The Location couldn't be better. The rooms are very nice size and the bathrooms are great. All six of the ladies loved the hotel. Now with six older ladies we had some very picky ladies and they loved it. Great places to sit and talk in the lobby, two fire pits to sit and talk if it is chilly out side. Lots of pools and to use. The keep the buffet clean and refilled. One of our ladies is going to bring her whole family there for a family get together because she loved this place so much. I really and honestly don't feel you will be disappointed if you stay here. The staff is great there is always someone at the front desk which I lliked because I had questions. I can't say enough good things about this place but thank you for doing such a great job.

UUtente ospiteThe facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

UUtente ospiteI was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo viaggiato da NKY per un weekend di calcio. L' Inn By The River era così accogliente e utile che ci fermeremo la prossima volta. Sono stati d'aiuto a organizzare tutte le camere per 50+ persone, attrezzature, cibo, ecc. Non abbiamo avuto problemi o denunce quando ci siamo lasciati.

UUtente ospiteThe housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could.
The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio era buono, la camera era pulita, ben ‑stopata, e il letto del Re era molto comodo. Tuttavia, la stanza stessa si sentiva un po’ impazzita, e il bagno era molto più piccolo di quello che abbiamo usato.
La nostra più grande questione è arrivata la seconda notte, quando il rumore del parcheggio era estremamente alto e rendeva difficile riposare.

AAlexMia moglie e i miei figli hanno goduto del nostro soggiorno presso il Holiday Inn e Suites Pigeon Forge. Le strutture erano molto pulite e moderne. Ho notato le mutande e il letto si sentiva comodo e tutti abbiamo dormito bene. È in una grande posizione se si hanno bambini intorno a molte cose da fare. L'hotel stesso sembrava anche molto bambino amico. Ci rimarremmo!

Gg._gabyyyIl servizio è stato fantastico e molto piacevole. Puoi andare a qualsiasi ristorante, tutto è vicino. I servizi di pulizia AMAZINGGG. L'unica cosa è che la zona del colazione è piccola, quindi è difficile trovare un posto, e anche la maggior parte delle camere sono ancora vecchie come la foto, ma ci piace questo hotel.

Cchillin at homeCouldn't ask for a better location. Within walking distance to almost everything. Really nice pool. Rooms are basic but cheap. Great if you're traveling for work or on a budget. They do not rent to locals within a 200 mile radius so double check before booking. We'll see you next time

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era più vecchio ma pulito. Conveniente a Gatlinburg, e il parcheggio della montagna Smoky. La stanza aveva tutto quello che voleva mini frigo, piccolo caffè, asciugacapelli. Ascensore al secondo e terzo piano. Ma non era conveniente per entrambi i lati delle grandi entrate all’aperto. I letti erano confortevoli. La stanza aveva una TV a schermo piatto, ma i controlli remoti non funzionavano. Cercavamo di chiamare il desk, ma il telefono non funzionava neanche. Quando siamo andati al divano front, hanno detto che non sapevano che le camere avevano telefoni, ci hanno dato una nuova remota che non funzionava neanche. Ci erano solo un lavastoviglie e un asciugamani nella stanza, ma ci hanno dato di più quando siamo andati al divano front. Il condizionamento dell'aria funzionava bene, ma la piscina era aperta, ma non era riscaldata come annunciato.
