La nostra più grande questione è arrivata la seconda notte, quando il rumore del parcheggio era estremamente alto e rendeva difficile riposare."

I booked this Hotel for 6 older ladies to experience Pidgeon Forge. The Location couldn't be better. The rooms are very nice size and the bathrooms are great. All six of the ladies loved the hotel. Now with six older ladies we had some very picky ladies and they loved it. Great places to sit and talk in the lobby, two fire pits to sit and talk if it is chilly out side. Lots of pools and to use. The keep the buffet clean and refilled. One of our ladies is going to bring her whole family there for a family get together because she loved this place so much. I really and honestly don't feel you will be disappointed if you stay here. The staff is great there is always someone at the front desk which I lliked because I had questions. I can't say enough good things about this place but thank you for doing such a great job.

The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

Very comfortable! After several days traveling and moving hotel to hotel, this felt like home! Loved the balcony view, fireplace, Internet, separate bathroom areas and breakfast buffet. Location was perfect! Manager was very professional and welcoming.

Utente ospiteHotel room was nicely remodeled, clean, and neat. Good mattresses. Chair in room was worthless, back slanted way to far back to actually sit in it (who makes a chair like that anyway). Had blood stains on one of my pillowcases. Overall pretty good stay.
However, the elevator was very dirty in the details. Floor was clean, but edges were dirty and dingy. Glass was absolutely filthy. Whole hotel needed to be painted and spruced up outside. Little gardens were nice. The ”free” breakfast should have more clear that in only included pancakes. You have to pay $6 more per person to get full breakfast choices.
Would probably book a different place next time.

Il personale era amichevole e utile, le aree di seggio vicino al creco erano tranquille e bellissime, la piscina interna/aperto e il tubo caldo erano super rilassanti, il colazione era fantastico, e la posizione era proprio giusta! Stiamo pianificando il nostro viaggio per la caduta e rimarremo lì.

I was charged twice for the stay. I was charged upon checking in, even though the booking was prepaid. Front desk staff was not appropriately trained with normal procedures and resulted in the duplicate charged. I had to make several phone calls to different people to resolve this. This resulted in precious vacation time loss and unnecessary stress.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could.
The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

Mia moglie e i miei figli hanno goduto del nostro soggiorno presso il Holiday Inn e Suites Pigeon Forge. Le strutture erano molto pulite e moderne. Ho notato le mutande e il letto si sentiva comodo e tutti abbiamo dormito bene. È in una grande posizione se si hanno bambini intorno a molte cose da fare. L'hotel stesso sembrava anche molto bambino amico. Ci rimarremmo!

Il servizio è stato fantastico e molto piacevole. Puoi andare a qualsiasi ristorante, tutto è vicino. I servizi di pulizia AMAZINGGG. L'unica cosa è che la zona del colazione è piccola, quindi è difficile trovare un posto, e anche la maggior parte delle camere sono ancora vecchie come la foto, ma ci piace questo hotel.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Within walking distance to almost everything. Really nice pool. Rooms are basic but cheap. Great if you're traveling for work or on a budget. They do not rent to locals within a 200 mile radius so double check before booking. We'll see you next time
