Hotel 3 stelle a Nashville

Prima ci fermiamo appena ci trascina un valet per parcheggiare la nostra auto per noi, così lo lasciamo. Allora ci accorgiamo per scoprire che è più di 60 dollari per far parcheggiare la macchina per voi. Questo è ridicolomente costoso per voi e non è nemmeno detto o annunciato. Poi le strade profumano come la lana e l’acqua sporca. La stanza profumava ancora peggio, profumava come la lana e la lana molto forte. Il a:c sembrava un jet che si spostava, nessun sacchetto nel cestino, mezzo carta igienica usata, le tavole sul letto avevano cose sticky su di loro dove qualcuno prima di lasciare delle bevande o qualcosa, il frigorifero non era freddo, molte luci non funzionavano, E abbiamo pagato per una stanza del Re e la stanza aveva un letto regina. I pannolini e le lamelle erano puliti, posso dire che non era una questione che era un plus. La mattina era certamente indossata.

A Nashville per un concerto, questo hotel era a pochi passi dalla Bridgestone Arena. Check-in era molto veloce e facile, la camera era spaziosa e pulita, e il personale era molto benvenuto durante il nostro viaggio. L'hotel stesso era bellissimo. Resterà sicuramente ancora la prossima volta a Nashville!

This location was recommended by a friend. Room was nice, staff were nice, and shuttle (a primary factor) was prompt however did stop at a second Sonesta before heading to the airport. We asked for a quiet room and it was indeed quiet. Pretty spacious room with generous desk space, and comfy couch with pullout bed. I also really loved that the key card booklet included a colorful quick reference guide for amenities and things like wifi password. Minor gripes - desk chair pretty squeaky; a necklace left on the tub rim from a past guest had rusted; and the duvet looked like it could use a wash (but I also know it’s industry standard that these don’t get washed between guests, which is still a general disappointment). Overall I would recommend, good for the price (around $110 total for a very last minute booking).

TBH I was shocked. I have not stayed at a best western in many years because I put it so far down the list. Check-in/ out took less than 2 mins. Room was a mini suite and had a couch, coffee table, desk, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, more. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic for my needs.Only glitch was the literal fire drill at midnight on fri. No fire. Faulty sensor set off the fire alarm. Fire truck, people in gear searching the hotel, lobby full of people, screaming buzzer n flashing lights. Just an accident and a bit of drama. Finally got the buzzer turned off and back to bed. I will stay there again. Oh and breakfast was decent. Again I was surprised. Very good stay.

Good location, just a short walk from Broadway. Clean and good breakfast. Only downside was by the pool area (3rd floor). The furniture looks new, we were sitting there and a gust of wind blew over 2 umbrellas, one snapped iff completely and the umbrella hit me on the head. I reported it to reception and told them that the umbrellas were not strong enough, he wasn't interested and said that they were decorative (why have an umbrella that cannot be used) he also said that I should have reported it to management not him!! On checkout I mentioned it again and the receptionist said that she would get someone to contact me about it but I have heard nothing.

Had a great experience. We stayed to go to a concert in Nashville and it was perfect. The evening snack time was a wonderful treat, showers were awesome and the beds were super comfortable! Would absolutely recommend it!

This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind. I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours. 

Abbiamo soggiornato qui diverse volte negli ultimi 5-10 anni, quindi *pensavamo* di sapere cosa aspettarci. È estate a Nashville, quindi posso anche chiudere un occhio sull'umidità dell'edificio e della camera. La camera nel complesso era buona: letto comodo, frigorifero, microonde, poltrona e poggiapiedi abbastanza comodi. Sono i piccoli dettagli a essere sconcertanti e a farci preoccupare per il declino di questo hotel, un tempo fantastico. 🚪 La tessera magnetica sulla porta era rotta! Inserirla era un'impresa ardua, causandoci non pochi problemi. Una volta la tessera è entrata completamente, inghiottendo la tessera stessa. È intervenuta la manutenzione per recuperarla, ma non è stata riparata, ci hanno solo detto di fare attenzione. 🪟 Le tende parasole dietro la tenda della finestra erano in pessime condizioni: quella di sinistra era abbassata ma non si muoveva (il cordino era stato rimosso e nascosto in alto), mentre quella di destra era alzata senza possibilità di abbassarla, se non tirandola. Ma quando l'ho fatto, ho capito perché l'avevano alzato e il motore elettrico spento... Non era sceso completamente ed era a brandelli. 💧Il lavandino è montato al contrario, acqua calda a destra e fredda a sinistra. 🌡️ Il termostato era rotto. Sebbene la stanza fosse fresca, era fastidiosamente fredda e umida. L'umidità era tale che i mobili sembravano appiccicosi al tatto. La stanza andava bene per noi? Sì. Tutti questi piccoli inconvenienti ci hanno fatto pensare che il prossimo viaggio lo faremo prenotando altrove? Anche in questo caso, sì.

Il nostro soggiorno era perfetto. Clean, quiet & la piscina era sorprendente!! Sicuramente rimarrebbe ancora!!
