The Capitol Hotel Downtown, Ascend Hotel Collection

Grazie ragazzi!

Vicinissimo a Broadway.

Estremamente rumoroso, proprio a bordo strada.

Best customer service! Very nice and helpful!

Booked through Trip.com a king standard room. When we checked in they gave us a double queen. Did not realize until after check in. Spoke to Gwen at front desk and she contacted manager Terry. Terry moved us to the King and Alisa got us all set up. So accommodating. Staff was always friendly. Bartender Justin referred us to a Blues club which was spot on. The bar at the hotel had music that was very good. Close to everything but not in the thick of things so quiet.

clean hotel, excellent location

Paying for proximity. Bed was hard. Water pressure in shower was drizzly. Elevator was broke.

The room was very damp and the end result was my partner became very congested and difficulty breathing. Staff very friendly. Valet service exceptional. Breakfast good and staff excellent.

Pictures fool you into thinking it's a beautiful place to stay until you get there you go from hotel to motel real quick walls were really thin I was next to the cleaning closet so I herd wheel carts all day best thing about this place was the bar Alissa was the best and made the place fun
