Hotel 3 stelle a Chicago

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, a cinque o sei minuti a piedi dal centro espositivo. C'è un ristorante italiano sottostante, c'è un negozio conveniente dall'altra parte della strada.Non lontano dalla Città cinese, ci sono passati circa 15 minuti.E'molto positivo che l'hotel possa parcheggiare per il parcheggio. E'molto conveniente. La stanza non è molto grande, ma in generale è ancora molto buona.

Il mio soggiorno al Moxy Chicago è stato fantastico! Da quando siamo entrati, l'atmosfera era vivace, moderna e accogliente. La stanza era pensatamente progettata, ogni centimetro dello spazio è stato utilizzato in modo efficiente senza sacrificare comfort o stile. Una delle mie parti preferite era passare tempo sul patio esterno, dove si poteva rilassarsi, godere del bellissimo tempo e chattare. Il lobby era pieno di vita con un grande DJ che creava una vibrazione divertente, e ho apprezzato che la selezione di snack e bevande includeva opzioni di qualità invece di semplicemente un tipico cibo di merda. Ci sono stati anche accolti con favore con bevande complimentari, che sono stati un bel toccamento; per tutta la nostra permanenza, ci siamo sempre sentiti al sicuro, e ogni membro del personale con cui abbiamo interagito era amichevole, attento e veramente utile. Mi piaceva anche che le aree e i giochi non erano solo per decorazione, ma erano di fatto divertiti dagli ospiti, rendendo l'hotel sentirsi sociale e invitante. E' chiaro che il Moxi era progettato per riunire le persone, mentre forniva ancora un confortevole posto per rilassarsi. Questo soggiorno mi ha completamente vinto. Il mio prossimo soggiorno alberghiere sarà certamente in una proprietà Moxy. Non posso aspettare di sperimentare un'altra posizione, e consiglierei molto Moxy Chicago a chiunque cerca di un divertimento, stile e memorabile soggiorno nella città!

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica ! Grande stanza con linea di cucina! Il letto è molto comodo. Personale è mega amichevole e pronto a aiutare ! Colazione con buona selezione e deliziosa Ha avuto un soggiorno perfetto

Hotel was pretty good. A few little annoyances, but these were made up for by the great location; right on the river with incredible views from the windows. It’s a bit of a mission to get to the rooms (up one elevator through the restaurant to another set of lifts and up again). Despite the 3 elevators from the ground floor up to the 15th reception, they took ages. It’s as if only one of the worked and it’s a direct lift! The breakfast buffet was pretty standard with run-of-the-mill offerings - it’s quite a walk to the tables from the buffet area so you get you steps in. Room was pretty good - though it was a good 6-7 minutes for the hot water to run through to the shower. I arrived back one evening to discover the hadn’t made up my room, which was no big deal. What would they have done really other than make the bed. I also had a good 10 minute wait to get by bags which were being held for crud day. It seems only the bellman has a key and he was off attending other guests. All in all it was a good stay and the location alone was worth it.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona. È sul sentiero della Cina di Chicago. Sono entrambi i lati della Cina. Tutti i ristoranti cinesi sono circondati da negozi di comodità. È Starbuck sottostante. Ci sono anche diverse banche circondate. È un sentiero dal sito della metropolitana (linea rossa), È anche molto conveniente andare in centro città 🚶. La reception dell'hotel ha sempre avuto un servizio clienti cinese al mattino e alla sera. Ogni piano ha acqua potabile fredda e pubblica, molto consigliabile.

La hall è al secondo piano, il check-in è stato semplicissimo, non c'è stato bisogno di vedere il passaporto... mi hanno dato solo la chiave e siamo partiti. Siamo rimasti per 4 notti, ma non è stata fatta la pulizia... Ho dovuto chiedere un asciugamano extra perché eravamo in 4 in una stanza e ne hanno forniti solo per 2. Siamo rimasti senza sapone il giorno dopo e abbiamo dovuto prenderlo nella hall, ma nessuno è venuto a metterlo... quindi l'abbiamo messo in un angolo... non sul muro. La posizione era buona, facile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici, se non si è troppo sensibili è a pochi passi dal Magnificent Mile... La palestra era ok, il servizio lavanderia costa 3 dollari a lavaggio... e bisogna installare un'app per pagare... e non si può caricare l'importo esatto, quindi se si fa un singolo lavaggio si usa la carta di credito, si pagano 3,25 dollari, ma si paga solo per quello che si usa... Apple Pay o il pagamento tramite tap non funzionano... quindi portate con voi la vostra carta di credito. Un'altra cosa, se usi l'app, ti farà sapere se il bucato è pronto... ma alcune persone non scendono ancora a togliersi i vestiti e devono chiedere alla reception di toglierli e metterli nell'apposito stendibiancheria. La colazione non era niente di speciale. Se ti svegli tardi, ci sono già molte persone ed è difficile trovare un tavolo, e il rifornimento non è molto veloce... Solo una manciata di varietà di cibo. Caffè e tè sono disponibili tutto il giorno, purché non siano ancora finiti.

The location was great. It is walking distance to downtown and sightseeing areas to see in Chicago. Room was spacious, and breakfast buffet was good. The elevator and hallway carpet floor is a bit rundown and needs more cleaning. Their staff are helpful. Overall, our stay was good.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights and three days in late December 2025. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The heating system in my room was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. During my entire stay, there was no housekeeping service or towel replacement, which was very inconvenient. The building also feels quite old; even the elevator rattled whenever it moved. Breakfast was included, but the selection was limited and the overall quality was poor. On multiple mornings, there were no refills when items ran out, and even when I arrived around 8:00 a.m., most of the food was already gone. It honestly felt like a “breakfast war zone.” I hope your hotel takes these issues seriously and improves the guest experience moving forward.

La posizione è grande passeggiabile in tanti posti. La stanza è pulita e accogliente. Hotel ha anche fornito una macchina di vendita che’’ adoro cos’ io non voglio andare fuori per qualche snack nel freddo tempo

However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
