Hotel 3 stelle a Hat Yai

The aesthetic and vibe of the hotel is first class. The staffs were friendly and always willing to help. Small boutique hotel with few rooms make it bit more cosy and personal. The room was clean, spacious worth the price. There's a cafe right beside the lobby which serve a good coffee.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita, comoda e bellamente mantenuta. Il personale era amichevole, utile e ci ha sempre salutato con un sorriso. La posizione era conveniente, e l'atmosfera generale era rilassante e benvenuta. Raccomando molto questo hotel e sarei sicuramente rimasto qui. Grazie per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole!

La camera era abbastanza pulita. Ma la mia prima esperienza è stata deludente. Ho prenotato 2 camere per 2 notti. La prima camera al check-in puzzava di fumo di sigaretta. Devo cambiare stanza. Anche la seconda camera deve essere cambiata perché i rubinetti del lavandino sono allentati e non possono essere usati correttamente. Anche lo scarico del bagno non funziona. Penso che la manutenzione dell'hotel sia scarsa. Nel complesso, il personale della reception è buono e anche le pulizie sono buone. Posizione vicino al centro commerciale di Hatyai, Greenway e Aseania. Spero che la manutenzione dell'hotel migliori. L'arredamento della camera da letto non è come in foto.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

In generale, la stanza era piacevole. E' pulita e la posizione è grande. Sarebbe stato meglio se avessi chiesto la stanza di fronte al parcheggio, che è più tranquillo. Molte opzioni alimentari lungo la strada principale. 7-11 e mini BigC sono a pochi minuti a piedi. Il mercato Kim Yong è camminabile in 8-10minutes. Grab (ehailing) è anche conveniente se si desidera andare a Central Hatyai o altrove.

La camera era pulita e pronta al check-in. La piscina era pulita e la temperatura era buona. Convenientemente situato molto vicino all'aeroporto. Perfettamente situato lungo la strada da un bel ristorante per cena e un buffet per colazione. Vedere foto del mio pranzo lungo la strada.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a short stay. The facilities were in good condition, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again in the future. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

There is a fitness center and swimming pool in the hotel . Which is good enough for my daily workout.

It's great to know this place, not that far from Lee Garden or Central Festival HatYai.. The house is very large and very clean. The owner is very warm and welcome. There's no car parking , but we can parking in front of the house and an area around the house (3 cars can be fit in and secure, Malaysian travelers can drive your car and parking here then you can call Grab Car or Grab TukTuk it's very convenient, The price is fair and don't wasting time to deal with Hat Yai's Cheater TukTuk but you need to call Grab out of TukTuk'sline ex. Lee Graden )) Good to stay with Big Family there're kid and adults facility .. Very convenient !! Recommend !!!
