UUtente anonimoLa camera era abbastanza pulita. Ma la mia prima esperienza è stata deludente. Ho prenotato 2 camere per 2 notti. La prima camera al check-in puzzava di fumo di sigaretta. Devo cambiare stanza. Anche la seconda camera deve essere cambiata perché i rubinetti del lavandino sono allentati e non possono essere usati correttamente. Anche lo scarico del bagno non funziona. Penso che la manutenzione dell'hotel sia scarsa. Nel complesso, il personale della reception è buono e anche le pulizie sono buone. Posizione vicino al centro commerciale di Hatyai, Greenway e Aseania.
Spero che la manutenzione dell'hotel migliori.
L'arredamento della camera da letto non è come in foto.

NNFaaaaaaaaHGreat Service and Convenient Location, but Some Minor Issues
This was our second stay at this hotel, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We arrived late, but the staff welcomed us with big smiles and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room, including the bathroom, was clean and well-maintained.
One of the things we appreciated was the convenience of the location. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which is very handy. The hotel is also quite close to the ASEAN Night Market and Central Hat Yai, making it easy to explore the area.
Although the hotel doesn't provide dedicated parking, there were a few parking spaces available in front of the hotel and along the back alley. However, it can get quite full at night due to the bar next door. We still managed to find parking during our stay, but at times you may need to walk a little.
Downsides:
The biggest issue is the bar located right next to the hotel. It gets quite loud after 10 PM, and we could clearly hear the music in our room. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be a problem.
The water drainage in the bathroom was poor on the first night, causing the bathroom to flood after a shower. It improved slightly on the second night, but the water still pooled before eventually draining.
We booked a twin room, and one of the beds was quite wobbly—it shook every time someone moved. The other bed was fine, though.
Despite these issues, the friendly service and convenient location made our stay enjoyable. If the noise and minor maintenance issues don’t bother you, this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay in Hat Yai.

YYURA HASANHo soggiornato all'Hotel Aeroport di Tachang e l'ho trovato molto conveniente, soprattutto perché si trova vicino all'aeroporto. È una grande opzione se avete bisogno di un posto per rimanere prima di prendere un volo presto il giorno successivo.
Un altro svantaggio è che non c'è ascensore, quindi gli ospiti devono usare le scale per accedere alle stanze, che possono essere sfioranti per gli anziani o per coloro che hanno problemi di mobilità.
In generale, è ancora una scelta pratica per un breve soggiorno vicino all’aeroporto, ma tenendo conto delle limitate strutture e delle preoccupazioni in materia di accessibilità.

LlaosnewhorizonA functional clean well kept and serviced hotel. Breakfast available at a reasonable price and a mix of Asian and western food. The pool is always a pleasure. Well maintained pool. The gym has a good selection of equipment and in good condition. The staff polite and helpful. The lift bell could be turned off it is annoying especially for people sleeping beside the lift. The location suits people with transport. I used grab extensively to visit town and the clock tower market.

UUtente ospiteI checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place.
Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place.
I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels.
On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either.
My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents.
Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.
