Hotel 3 stelle a Hat Yai

Small hotel in a convenient location with restaurants nearby and a nice café inside. Parking is limited. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was not very soundproof, so we could hear emergency vehicles from the nearby hospital at night. The pool is small, better for kids, and not very clean. Overall, good value for the price.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Il servizio è buono, amichevole e utile, e ci sono solo 1 ascensore e 8 di noi possono essere adattati a shopping. La camera è buona; letto robusto e confortevole. Grande TV e ha Netflix! Tuttavia non c'è una scatola sicura, nessun cappello e nessuna spazzatura. Quindi avrete bisogno di una bottiglia per ottenere dal distributore d'acqua (Hot& ccld) giù. Il bagno è pulito e il sapone è una base vegetale con un buon profumo. La cosa triste è che non c'è una cortina di doccia o partizione così il bagno sempre diventa bagnato. La posizione è buona, leggermente lontana dall'area piena che ci rende facile andare e andare via. Abbiamo avuto un servizio molto buono, Rit, affidabile. Ci ha portato 8 posti, aspettare solo circa 5-10min. Ci sono posti di cibo limitati 5-10min lontano, un buon negozio di profumo e posti di cibo a snack vicino. Le mattine, il caffè e i biscotti di pineapple veramente piccanti sono offerti in zona di caffè al livello 1. Lo spazio è medio dimensione e comodo. È sempre pulito!

Grande servizio e posizione conveniente, ma alcune questioni minori Il nostro secondo soggiorno in questo hotel, e in generale abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza, siamo arrivati tardi, ma il personale ci ha accolti con grandi sorrisi e ha reso il processo di check-in fluido ed efficiente. La stanza, compresa la vasca, era pulita e ben mantenuta. Una delle cose che apprezzavamo è la comodità della posizione. C'è un 7-Eleven proprio intorno all'angolo, che è molto conveniente. L'hotel è anche molto vicino al mercato notturno ASEAN e Central Hat Yai, rendendo facile esplorare la zona. L'hotel non offre parcheggio speciale, ma ha pochi posti di parcheggio in fronte all'hotel e lungo la strada posteriore. Tuttavia, può essere abbastanza pieno di notte a causa del bar vicino alla porta. Abbiamo ancora trovato un parcheggio durante il nostro soggiorno, ma a volte è possibile che tu debba camminare un po'. In basso: Il problema più grande è il bar situato vicino all'hotel. È molto alto dopo le 10 e potremmo sentire la musica in camera nostra. Se sei un sonno leggero o sensibile al rumore, questo potrebbe essere un problema. La drenaggio dell’acqua nel bagno era scarsa la prima notte, causando l’inondazione dopo una doccia; la seconda notte migliorò leggermente, ma l’acqua si accumulò prima che si sdraiasse. Abbiamo prenotato una camera gemella, e una delle letti era molto ubriaco, e ogni volta che qualcuno si muove, l'altra letto era buona. Nonostante queste questioni, il servizio amichevole e la posizione conveniente hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Se le questioni di manutenzione e rumore non vi disturbano, questo hotel è una scelta decente per un breve soggiorno a Hat Yai.

Si trova a circa un chilometro dall'aeroporto, ma chiamare un taxi Grab costa quasi 100 baht, il che è accettabile e comodo. Nella zona ci sono ristoranti, centri massaggi e caffetterie, il che è ottimo. L'alloggio è confortevole, spazioso e pulito.

The price is reasonable, location everything ok But the hotel room wall sound proof is worse , in the room , we can hear clearly what people talking in the corridor. Especially midnight if people walking and talking, it is too noisy to fall asleep.

L'ostello era decente. Molto freddo anche se è una capsula chiusa. Capsula molto piccola, meglio per coloro che viaggiano con solo un sacchetto (recomandato). Ho avuto 2 sacchetti (1 bagaglio 1 sacchetto di ginnastica) e lo spazio è abbastanza pieno di cose haha. I bagni non sono forniti, eccetto per il tovagliolo. Il tovagliolo è spesso, quindi è difficile asciugare nello spazio aereo. È consigliabile portare un tovagliolo proprio, che è sottile e facile da asciugare. Porta anche la maniglia (consigliata) se hai bisogno di pendere i vestiti perché non lo forniscono molto. Più punto: la posizione è nel centro (giardino vuoto) e ogni posto è a piedi distanza (kim yong, piazza di giardino vuoto, 7E, HatYai Junction, Amazon caffè). Ci sono anche un sacco di massaggi lungo l'albero ostello. Se siete qui per cantkran, sicuramente si bagna il momento che si parte dall'albero haha. Molto conveniente posto e servizio clienti amichevole!!

La stanza è davvero spaziosa. Parcheggio limitato ma sono disponibili anche parcheggi esterni all'hotel. A pochi passi da Chen Long Boat Noodle e Lee Garden. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche due 7 undici.
