Truly Deserves 5 Stars – Exceptional Stay at Selat Al Bait Hotel I recently stayed at Selat Al Bait Hotel for 7 nights, and I must say, this hotel deserves 5 stars, even though it’s officially rated 3. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern touches and excellent service. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a smart dial system to control “Do Not Disturb” for room service. Daily housekeeping ensured fresh towels, shampoo, and clean linen whenever needed. The pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the beds were cozy with clean sheets. Windows can be opened for fresh air, and my room overlooked the new Hajj walkway—a lovely view. The hotel has three lifts that always worked, making movement easy and convenient. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. Amenities include a gym, mosque, laundry service, and a decent breakfast. There’s a 24/7 shuttle to the Haram, and the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the bus stop to the new Haram and 20 minutes to the Mataaf from the same stop . You can walk straight road to Haram in around 30-45 mins . Parking available for locals .. Other highlights: free coffee and desserts in the lobby, hot water, a large shower, modern toilets, and all toiletries like shampoo and razors supplied. Daily water bottles were also provided. The hotel is very clean, with no insects or cockroaches, and the surrounding shops are lovely and more affordable than those near the Haram. For taxis to Haram Darul Tawheed, a short ride costs around 15–20 riyals—just make sure to use only marked taxis. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable and convenient. Selat Al Bait offers modern facilities, attentive service, and excellent cleanliness at a great value. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

Molto cattivo collegamento Internet: Nessun internet nelle stanze, si può andare all'angolo specifico del soggiorno per ottenere la connessione WiFi. Un posto spazioso. Il servizio di manutenzione della casa è molto buono. Bus a Haram 24 ore tranne venerdì ( l'ultimo bus sarà alle 8:30 e poi inizia di nuovo a partire dalle 1:30 ) - Ehi, calmati.

Nice Hotel, 10 minutes walk to Masjidil Haram. Many stores for gifts and souvenir arround the hotel and Restaurants Recommended. For the room toilet, basically Good. But due to the shower room to narrow, the water spread to all floor. It is not safety

Il nostro pellegrinaggio era destinato a essere senza saldatura.Scegliendo il vostro hotel, così vicino alla passeggiata corta di Haram, come promesso, sentito la decisione giusta. Per quattro ore di ansia, aspettammo in limbo crampato, la nostra pazienza indossava sottile. Grazie a Dio, la questione è stata finalmente risolta e la nostra seconda stanza è stata concessa sullo stesso piano, pochi passi da qui. Anche se siamo stati grati per la correzione finale, l'esperienza è stata sconvolta e abbiamo notato che, mentre la marcia verso la Haram era convenientemente breve, purtroppo la via stessa era piuttosto sporca, che si detrae dalla santità dell'approccio. Non è stato solo un errore di prenotazione, è stato un fallimento di ospitezza in un momento in cui eravamo più vulnerabili. La vicinanza al Haram è l’avanguardia dell’hotel, ma deve essere conciliata con un servizio impeccabile e un ambiente mantenuto per onorare veramente il viaggio dei vostri ospiti.

The hotel is excellent. While the location is a bit of a downside due to the distance from Haram, we can still walk there easily. However, I recommend using the bus for the return trip to the hotel. The hotel offers a convenient 24-hour shuttle bus service. Our room is fantastic; we have a king-sized bed and a spacious, very clean area with all the necessary amenities. I will definitely return to stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The food was definitely a standout, with delicious options that were well-prepared and satisfying. I really enjoyed the variety offered and the overall quality, making meals one of the better parts of the stay. The room was decent, but nothing extraordinary. It was comfortable enough for a short stay, with clean amenities and a generally pleasant atmosphere. However, the decor felt a bit dated, and I didn’t find it to be as luxurious or cozy as I had hoped. The biggest downside was the price – it felt quite high for what was offered. While the food and room were fine, I expected a little more in terms of value for the cost. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for something decent, but considering the price, it might not be the best option for everyone. I’d rate my experience a 3/5.

Comfortable to stay, around 25 minutes walking to Masjidil Haram, around SR20-30 by taxi. Free shuttle provided but walking is more faster and less waiting time. Near to restaurant, fast foods and convenient shop. If you need to have towel exchange, or housekeeping services, or replenish tea and coffee, you need to make request.

L'hotel è stato prenotato solo 30 minuti prima dell'iscrizione, ed è stato molto conveniente a causa della posizione vicino a Haram, parcheggio Disponibilità e ristoranti vicini. Sono arrivato in ottobre. Arrivato prima di controllare in tempo e non ha dovuto aspettare molto per ottenere una stanza - solo quello che hai bisogno dopo un lungo viaggio. Wi-Fi in foyer è buono, ma lento nella stanza. È circa dieci minuti a Haram, ma ricordati che dopo questo è ancora necessario andare a Ka'bah e può essere caldo e non essere da solo. Inoltre, il personale era amichevole, era pulito e il prezzo era valore per i soldi. Lo consiglierei assolutamente per i viaggiatori solitari o per gli amici.
