"We received a free upgrade from the kind hotel concierge lady upon checking in, we were so surprised and pleased by this upgrade. From city view to partial haram view, it was amazing masha Allah! The room was so big! The musollah was gorgeous despite the unexpected size, as I thought it would be bigger. I love the set up of the restaurant buffet, so during breakfast it feels cozy and homey but I wish there would be more variety of food like the other jabal omar hotels that we have stayed before. It could be due to their sustainability efforts so that could contribute to less food waste, I guess? As for the location wise, walking down was easy to the haram however going back by walking up the hill after completion of umrah was quite painful. We would appreciate if the hotel provide a thorough video explanation of the shuttle bus access during check ins. But other than that, we managed to figure out the shuttle bus service and indeed they are very fast *************! We were given late check out as requested ************* so we can maximise our prayers in the masjid as we have a late night flight. Do take note that uber taxis does not pick up from the hotel except for Careem. Hopefully they will open up a mall within the Address Hotel itself so that it will be easy to find lunch and dinner for our meals. We ordered dinner through room service for our first night and despite the food came an hour later, the portion size and the taste was so scrumptious and yummy! Definitely worth more to pay for the room service rather than paying for the meals at the buffet restaurant!"

"Hôtel situé à 20 minutes du Haram en bus. Un système de navette est en place avec un bus qui vous dépose et ramène à chaque prière. Les horaires ne sont pas toujours respectés et le bus est très souvent surchargé, cela rend l'expérience assez éprouvante. Par ailleurs je regrette le manque de communication de l'hôtel sur le fonctionnement de la navette. Mis à part une affiche sur le comptoir de l'accueil, aucune mention ou explication n'a été faite lors du check-in par l'employé. Il a fallu que je me débrouille seul pour comprendre le fonctionnement, le lieu de dépose...etc j'ai trouvé cela fort désagréable. La chambre était propre mais manquait cruellement d'équipement, aucun ustensile de cuisine juste une simple bouilloire. La literie est très ferme, ne conviendra pas à tout le monde. Durant mon séjour, l'eau chaude n'a quasiment jamais fonctionné ce qui est fort dommageable. L'hôtel est à proximité d'un grand axe routier très bruyant, ma chambre était située côté route et le bruit était assez dérangeant notamment la nuit avec les klaxons incessants des voitures, l'isolation phonique est assez faible. En résumé, le rapport qualité-prix est correct, cela se fera forcément au prix de certaines concessions."

"Lots of refurbishment since the last time we were here in 2016. Previously it was good and now it is excellent ! Most important is its location which is near the clock tower entrance. You dont need to walk far to the mosque unlike Fairmont for eg."
