El hotel está muy bien situado. Las instalaciones son nuevas, es muy limpio, todo está cuidado, y las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien decoradas. Volvería a escoger este mismo hotel. El desayuno muy bueno.

Amazing hotel in the Jewish Quarter. Staff here are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of options and it stocked well. The room we had was spacious and ideal for us. A top hotel in a fantastic location. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay here again.

Nylig renovert og fint hotell med perfekt beliggenhet mellom Kaizimers og gamlebyen.
Ekstremt harde senger, har reist veldig mye, men dette er den hardeste sengen vi noen gang har sovet i. Spurte i resepsjonen om kanskje overmadrassen manglet, men de påsto at det var samme senger på alle rom. (har video av at jeg står i sengen uten at jeg synker ned i sengen)
Ekstremt varierende varme på vannet i dusjen. Veksler mellom at du bokstavelig talt brenner deg og at du fryser. Reiste heldighvis uten barn, men dette hadde vært direkte farlig hvis barn hadde dusjet.

Fantastic place! I messed up my dates through hotel and purchased the non-refundable option. Emailed the hotel and the switched it to the correct dates without any issues or extra charges. Beautiful room and a breakfast buffet that will have something for you. Would return again

The hotel is about 20-25 minutes of walking from the main train station and is located in a small side street, which means finding it when you have luggage bags can be challenging. Fortunately, you just need to find it once. Then its location becomes an advantage. Just a couple of blocks away, there are lots of restaurants. The Wawel Royal Castle and the south end of the Old Town are only 15 minutes of walking away. If you like Jewish history, some old synagogues and a museum are nearby. Schindler's Factory is about a 30-minute walk away. The Vistula River, with its paths for jogging and a leisure walk, is only minutes away.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable.
