Hotel 3 stelle a Ipoh

Siamo stati all'Ipoh Bali Hotel per 4 giorni e 3 notti per il nostro luna di miele, e siamo davvero così grati di aver scelto una luna di miele locale invece di volare all'estero. Da quando ci siamo recati, Raidah era incredibilmente caldo, utile e amichevole, e ci ha anche recati al termine del nostro soggiorno. La sua ospitezia ci ha davvero resi benvenuti e curati durante il viaggio. Tutti i membri del personale che abbiamo incontrato durante il nostro soggiorno erano gentili e benvenuti. Ogni volta che andammo in passato, ci sono stati accolti con sorriso, che hanno reso l'atmosfera così calda e confortevole. Abbiamo anche avuto massaggi durante il nostro soggiorno, e i massaggi erano sorprendenti. Il servizio si sentiva sinceramente come un'esperienza 5-star, professionale, rilassante, e esattamente quello che ci serviva dopo il matrimonio. Una menzione speciale per la squadra di colazione, soprattutto per May, che era così gentile e attento. Ci piaceva tanto che ordinavamo due volte le stesse piatti durante il nostro soggiorno, il porridge di pollo balinese e il set di riso balinese (non ricordo il nome esatto, ma era così buono!). La stanza stessa era spaziosa con bellissimi tetti alti, dando così un'atmosfera così accogliente, ispirata a Bali.Una delle nostre parti preferite era il suono dell'acqua che fluisce dal balcone di notte. Il bagno era anche molto spazioso e ha portato un bel bagno, che ha reso l'intera luna di miele ancora più speciale. In tutta onestà, l'hotel ci ha sentito come un'esperienza di resort 5-star, quindi siamo stati sorpresi di scoprire che è ufficialmente classificato 3 stelle. Il servizio, l'atmosfera e l'esperienza complessiva supera le nostre aspettative. In generale, questo è stato il perfetto soggiorno di luna di miele per noi e in futuro ritorneremo certamente.

In generale, il soggiorno era piacevole, ma l’esperienza di check-in era deludente. Siamo arrivati a Stallionz alle 6:00 e abbiamo notato che la coda per l’ingresso era molto lunga, con molto poco movimento. Dopo aver aspettato circa 30 minuti, ci è stato detto che le camere non erano ancora pronte per l’ingresso. La squadra di front desk non poteva nemmeno confermare quando le camere sarebbero state disponibili, perché ci erano ancora più di 100 camere da pulire. Per questo non avevamo scelta, ma di continuare ad aspettare. Infine, aspettavamo più di due ore prima di arrivare finalmente alle nostre camere, anche perché più di dieci clienti in front di noi avevano lasciato per cena, poiché non è stato dato il tempo di check-in confermato. Abbiamo anche sentito che alcuni clienti erano stati in attesa da prima delle 3:00, il che significa che hanno aspettato circa 4-5 ore. 😱 Questo è stato deludente, soprattutto dopo un lungo viaggio. La camera era pulita e pulita, amavamo la piscina e il pavimento del giardino, e ci sono stati molti bellissimi luoghi per le foto intorno alla proprietà. Le strutture erano anche molto complete. L'unico piccolo svantaggio è che non c'è un distributore d'acqua calda/ fredda disponibile, anche se l'acqua minerale è stata fornita nella stanza. 😊 In generale, ci sono state offerte le camere e le strutture, ma il processo di check-in ha assolutamente bisogno di un miglioramento.

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

The hotel room was nice but have to improve the tv channels selection. I have been staying in this hotel few times and I feel they have not improved the tv channels. Mostly is Malay language and only one English Channel. We come from different countries and you need to cater for us too. Moving forward you can also upgrade to smart tv so that we can use our Netflix account to login in too. Staffs were very nice and room was nice and cozy.

L'arredamento, le decorazioni e gli spazi comuni e delle camere sono artistici. Sarete invogliati a scattare un sacco di foto. La posizione è a circa 15 minuti a piedi o meno di 5 minuti di auto dal centro storico. Ci sono 2 kopitiam nelle vicinanze che vendono delizioso cibo locale e un buon caffè bianco di Ipoh. Potete fare una buona colazione lì per iniziare la giornata. Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e sempre sorridente. Ho soggiornato in hotel a dicembre 2025.

Find a fantastic standalone vacation home; There is a small zoo· 🦌🦜🐒🐓； There is a small library and reception room 📖； There is purified water and a small kitchen； You can also ask the front desk Indonesian girl for feed to feed small animals. The standalone building we stayed in has two bedrooms and one living room. The family lives comfortably together. The boss can communicate fluently in both Chinese and English. Communicate via WhatsApp before check-in, fortunately send invitation letter. I had a wonderful stay at Regalodge Hotel Ipoh. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location is convenient, with many popular attractions and food spots nearby. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of choices. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I would gladly stay here again when visiting Ipoh.

Vale il prezzo che paghi! Grande posizione, proprio accanto all'autostrada. Tutto è pulito, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene, la camera è bella. È solo che il piccolo frigo non funziona e la pressione dell'acqua è molto lenta. Ma non m'importa davvero. Il servizio di fronte era anche bello. Riconsidererò di rimanere in questo hotel per un breve soggiorno.

L'appartamento è enorme e molto conveniente. All'interno di tutte le aree di cena e shopping. Molto parcheggio e il livello superiore è molto tranquillo. L'appartamento è pulito con check-in è stato facile.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it
