Amazing servizio, il personale è così amichevole e accogliente. La posizione è anche conveniente. Certamente rimarrà!

SSHAHRUL ISHAI stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly.
The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable.
For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

UUtente ospiteFor the price, I think it is a reasonable option. However objectively:
1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking. The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about. To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.
2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews. However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.
3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both. They only cleaned 1. I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.
4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.
5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.
6. The staff were helpful and friendly. Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).
7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible. It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.
All in all, it was a decent stay. Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.

NNSAZ1903Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally friendly. However, I tried calling room dining but couldn’t get through — hope that can be improved. Overall, a nice stay and would consider coming again.

Il vetro sul posto di notte è stato rotto.
Il flusso di doccia era irregolare.
Gli altri visitatori erano tranquilli la notte.
Hanno dimenticato di mettere una tazza accanto alla caldaia ....
È possibile ottenere acqua libera sul pavimento dal dispensatore.

Dopo un lungo viaggio ho scelto l'Hotel Ritz Garden Ipoh per un breve riposo. L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale vicino alla città di Ipoh e alle attrazioni del patrimonio. L'iscrizione mattina presto era pulita e il personale ha aiutato a guidare il parcheggio al retro dell'edificio.
Il lobby è bello, e il parcheggio gratuito è fornito tramite un ponte celeste interno. La stanza era pulita senza odore sgradevole. Sebbene non ci fosse una finestra e la resistenza al suono era media, l'illuminazione, il condizionamento d'aria e il letto erano abbastanza confortevoli per un buon riposo. L'acqua calda e l'acqua potabile sono state fornite per il caffè, insieme a tutti i bagni di base.
L'hotel non offre colazione, ma sono disponibili strutture come una piscina e una palestra. Karaoke non ha disturbato il soggiorno. In generale, una buona opzione di valore-per-money per i viaggiatori di bilancio o per soggiorni brevi a Ipoh.

UUtente ospiteDopo l’ispezione, mi sono portato nella prima stanza del terzo piano. La pompa d’acqua che poteva essere sopra era molto alta e rumoresa. E’ troppo alta per dormire. Ho chiesto al personale di controllare e cambiare la stanza per me. Fortunatamente, c'è una vacanza che posso passare.
Non c'è ascensore, quindi non consiglio a chiunque abbia un bagaglio grande.
