Hotel 3 stelle a Ulan Bator

Inizierò semplicemente dicendo che lo consiglio completamente! L'ho prenotato due volte durante il mio soggiorno in Mongolia. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono così dolci e gentili. L'ostello è brand nuovo e incredibilmente pulito. C'è una microonde, frigo, lavastoviglie e asciugacapelli, utensili e un distributore d'acqua calda/ fredda. Il posto sembra proprio le foto. Come viaggiatore di una donna sola, mi sentivo incredibilmente sicuro qui. La posizione era anche grande! Ci vuole 30 minuti a piedi per arrivare alla piazza Sukhbaatar e ci sono molti ristoranti, caffè/baccheria e negozi di negozi sulla strada. Non c'è AC, ma sono abbastanza sicuro che il proprietario può fornire un fan. Si è fatto caldo all'interno della stanza, ma non ho mai sentito così caldo che mi è servito il fan perché avevamo aperto le finestre. Mi sarei assolutamente prenotato qui di nuovo se tornassi in Mongolia.

The landlord is incredibly accommodating and speaks English well. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and can recommend hot places to visit in Ulaanbaatar. His hospitality makes the stay even better. The hotel is very close to the big local market, making it convenient to explore, buy essentials, or enjoy local food. The area feels lively yet safe. This hotel is perfect for travelers who want comfort, culture, and convenience all in one place. It’s a home away from home — warm, welcoming, and truly Mongolian.

Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza fantastica in questo hotel. La camera era spaziosa e pulita. Il letto era grande e molto comodo, abbiamo davvero riposato bene. La camera ha tutto il necessario, come grucce, spazio per riporre i propri effetti personali, un frigorifero e acqua e tè gratuiti. Abbiamo utilizzato il loro servizio di lavanderia e i nostri vestiti erano puliti e morbidi. Il servizio è fantastico, ci hanno aiutato a prenotare un taxi per l'aeroporto, hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande e hanno sempre cercato di aiutarci. La posizione è comoda, si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi i principali luoghi turistici e ristoranti. Colazione molto gustosa, anche se non è un buffet enorme, ho trovato che ci fossero comunque poche opzioni e opzioni salutari, anche per persone come noi che di solito non fanno colazione salata. Ho adorato il loro porridge e i muffin per la notte. Se dovessi tornare a UB, soggiornerò di nuovo in questo hotel.

The Ultimate Host: The biggest highlight of our stay was the resort owner, who is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and speaks fluent English. Having a host you can communicate with easily in the wilderness is a game-changer. There is absolutely no need to join a rigid group tour; the owner quickly arranged a private driver for us (at our own expense) to visit nearby attractions like Turtle Rock and the Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex. It allowed us to customize our own itinerary and enjoy total freedom. The Vibe & Accommodation: The resort is beautifully designed with a sleek, modern wooden main building. We stayed in a Duplex Dome, which offered incredible space and a skylight for stargazing. The biggest luxury was the private, clean bathroom with excellent hot water and separate wet/dry areas—a rare find that completely redefines the typical Mongolian camping experience! The resort sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by majestic rock formations and roaming horses, giving it a dreamy, ”Little Switzerland” feel. Top-Notch Amenities (All Free!): Unlike other remote camps, this place keeps you entertained. Inside the main building, there is a designated Ping Pong room, a billiards table, and Karaoke rooms—all completely free to use! Outside, they have basketball court, volleyball court, a colorful children's playground, and BBQ pits. Incredible Food: The dining here blew us away. The included breakfast was fresh and relaxing. However, I highly recommend ordering their ala carte dinner. They serve a fantastic mix of Western and traditional Mongolian dishes. We ordered the grilled meat skewers with fries, a massive chicken Caesar salad, a comforting hot vegetable and meat stew, and traditional Mongolian Huushuur (deep-fried meat pastries) and Buuz (steamed dumplings). Everything was incredibly flavorful and hearty! Horseback Riding Nearby: There is a professional horse ranch run by a neighbor just 100 meters away. It costs 30,000 MNT per hour, which is very reasonable. Tip: If it's your first time riding, I highly recommend hiring a coach to guide you for safety. Verdict: 10/10. An unforgettable stay with amazing hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat!

I stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable and there was a small minibar in the fridge, which was convenient. However, during my entire stay, no one came to clean the room, and the towels were never replaced, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very basic — only eggs, sausages, bread, and tea, with no other options. The location is also not very good and not convenient for walking around. Overall, the room itself was fine, but the service and location need improvement.

Room: The hotel needs to clean the room thoroughly, not just the bathroom but also the carpeted area, and fix the base board moldings as well as the loose heater radiator which supposed to be anchored down to the wall. Although the room is carpeted wall to wall, I can see bare floor on the edges and the corners. Location: Not good, but at the same time not bad either. All attractions are within $3~$4 away which is more than I paid in other ~stan countries nearby. May be it is a Mongoljan thing, but for me it wasn't easy to hire taxi cab unless I am willing to pay the extra tips. The front staffs: Very friendly and eager to provide help. Not all of them speaks English, but it is not a problem since they translator app is widely available. Furnitures in the room: Very old, and there are wears and tears every part of the furniture. I don't know the other rooms, but the room I was given was too small for the furnitures to be placed in first place. Overall: I wouldn't stay here again. The over all conditions of the hotel was not even close to the pictures shown in the trip.com app. If you select this hotel based on the pictures, you would be very disappointed if you are given the room I stayed in. Avoid Room 602 anyway you can.

Il primo giorno non ho avuto colazione perché il cuoco era smerigliato e mi è stato chiesto di aspettare. Il giorno dopo mi è stato anche detto di aspettare. Finalmente ho avuto una tazza di zuppa. Questo è tutto. Anche non ho avuto una spugna. C'era forca plastica in una stanza. Non mi piace questo tipo di zuppa mongoliana. L'hotel è vecchio, molte cose sono rotte. In generale - adatto per soggiornare. Ora stanno facendo una strada non lontano dall'hotel, per questo ci sono i gioielli di traffico tutto il giorno e tutta la notte. Mi ci sono voluto circa 80-90 minuti per arrivare dalla piazza centrale all'hotel (è circa 9 km)
