UUtente anonimoLa camera familiare è grande con 2 letti regina. La stanza è pulita e le strutture fornite sono buone con la macchina per l'acqua, la tazza di tè e il caffè a livello di pavimento.
Tuttavia, non c'è una tenda da doccia, perché il pavimento è molto bagnato dopo ogni doccia. Può essere bello che ci siano più ganci o pendenti forniti in una camera familiare per 4 pax.
Posizione - vicino a molti buoni ristoranti e ristoranti, e posti da bere. CU è proprio l'opposto dell'hotel che è un plus. Per i viaggiatori che non guidano, è un problema per tirare il vostro sacchetto attraverso la pavimentazione ineguale per trovare l'hotel. Abbiamo chiesto di lasciare il bagaglio alla ricezione che era obbligatorio prima e dopo il check-in e check-out.

SSparklee14The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions.
My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back.
All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs.
If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

UUtente ospiteKim , Dain(김다인) who is front receptionist was very kind . She made us very comfortable during staying there. She's a excellent receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very nice man. We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony.

강강시후La stanza era piuttosto spaziosa e calda e aveva persino una poltrona massaggiante e una vasca da bagno.
È stato un viaggio in solitaria e impulsivo, ma grazie ad esso sono riuscito a riposarmi bene anche dopo aver camminato a lungo. Se dovessi tornare a Suwon la prossima volta, mi piacerebbe soggiornare qui.

UUtente ospiteI arrived way before check-in time and, without question, the owner gave me a key for a room that was already prepared. Very kind of him. Room was well equipped. I never heard any noise all night. Great value for the price.
Not being able to speak Korean I found it a bit hard to find but largely because the English translation of the name in Trip.com was different from what was actually on the hotels signs! Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.

SSolo AceI ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

연박 2일중 한분은 엄청 친절 한분은 엄청 불친절해요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
침구류는 푹신하고 좋구요 물도 3개들어있어요 굿 👍🏻

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too.
We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room. It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.
When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again.
