NNalaka WarnakulaClean big rooms. Standard marriot hotel room service. Buffet has a good spread but no variation across days. So you might get bored of it after the 2nd or third stay. No dental kit was given due to govt rules, ao bring your own.

UUtente ospiteHo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico qui. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, tutto funzionava perfettamente e non ci sono stati problemi né al check-in né al check-out. È un po' appartato rispetto alla strada principale, ma questo è uno dei suoi punti di forza, perché la distanza dal traffico riduce al minimo il rumore. A un minuto a piedi si trova un minimarket per uno spuntino a tarda notte. Le camere sono dotate di porte USB-A per la ricarica dei dispositivi accanto al letto, quindi non c'è bisogno di portare il proprio caricabatterie ingombrante. Nel complesso, consiglio vivamente questo hotel per il vostro soggiorno a Suwon. Ho soggiornato con dei giovani familiari e, fortunatamente, non c'erano coppie particolarmente affettuose nelle camere a destra o a sinistra. Non servono foto, andate a vederlo di persona.

UUtente anonimoЗамечательный отель. Расположение очень удобное — возле метро, было комфортно добираться до университета. Уборка по запросу каждый день, постельное белье меняли каждую уборку. Порадовал русскоговорящий персонал, что было максимально неожиданно в Южной Корее. Администратор говорил только на корейском, однако с помощью переводчика мы всегда быстро решали наши вопросы. Большое спасибо.

SSparklee14The room was clean with basic amenities. Housekeeping however was almost nonexistent for our 10 day stay. Someone came once in a while to empty the trash bins but the sheets were never swapped out nor the floors ever cleaned. All communication was done via text messages. I called the number on the booking confirmation and got a text almost immediately asking me to text any questions.
My biggest problem I had however was the fact that episode does not have en elevator. I was put on the 4th floor and hauling up my huge check in luggage’s were no joke and hauling back down on check out day nearly broke my back.
All in all, episode stay is located in a quiet alley with a CU located just steps away for store runs.
If you need to take public transportation, the bus stop is close by. If you travel with a lot of baggage, pray that you get a room on the 1st floor.

강강시후La stanza era piuttosto spaziosa e calda e aveva persino una poltrona massaggiante e una vasca da bagno.
È stato un viaggio in solitaria e impulsivo, ma grazie ad esso sono riuscito a riposarmi bene anche dopo aver camminato a lungo. Se dovessi tornare a Suwon la prossima volta, mi piacerebbe soggiornare qui.

SSolo AceI ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

Il letto è bello, comodo e pulito, la camera da letto è anche ma pareti, il pannello e le sedie del letto sono incredibilmente sporche, chiaramente un errore di ottenere pareti e sedie texturate/coperte da vestiti perché le tinture sono quasi impossibili di pulire, La vibrazione complessiva della stanza è sporca anche se è chiaramente pulita (e il pavimento, il letto, la camera da bagno sono puliti).

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too.
We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room. It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.
When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again.
