La stanza è spazzatura, il prezzo è economico, ma le strutture sono vecchie, la tavola è sporca, le dieci di notte possono essere rimaste, e per quanto tempo è necessario aumentare le spese di soggiorno.

Sono andato lì perché dovevo andare a Suwon, ma il capo ha migliorato la stanza e si è mantenuto molto comodo :-)

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel mi ha sorpreso molto. Prima di tutto, la mia stanza è molto nuova. Il letto e il mobili sono puliti, e la stanza è spaziosa. Il bagno e la doccia sono separati. Secondo, il colazione era molto ricco e tutto era pulito. Tuttavia, ho scelto una stanza di vista della città, il pavimento è basso e non vedo nulla fuori dalla finestra, tranne il parcheggio.
Io e la mia famiglia siamo molto soddisfatti della pulizia e del colazione.

Jjoedre웬만하면 리뷰 잘안쓰는데 체크인시 얼굴 넙대대길고 키큰 여자때매 남긴다. 이런외모 묘사도 본인이 이름을 안밝혀서 이렇게 표현함. 그렇다고 가슴쪽 명함이름도 잘안보여서. 이름이 먼가요? 3번 물었는데 말하지도 않는다.손님을 무시하는 태도. 룸2개 내가 직접 결제하고 손님을 체크인 시키는데
여권은 지가 받아놓고 룸이 두개니까 양쪽에서 체크인해주겟다고 해놓고 여자손님여권을 지가 가지고 있으면서 옆쪽카운터로 보낸버린다. 지가 가지고 있으면 손님은 이쪽에서 체크인 도와드리겠다고 해야되는거 아닌가?
국적을 미리 판단한 남자직원은 바로 중국어로 대응하는데 본인이 영어만 할줄 아나 손님은 알아듣지도 못하는데 영어로 주구장창 떠들어만 대고 ... 차라리 명찰에 가능외국어 국기를 명찰을 붙여놓고 상대를 시키던가. 아니면 내가 한국인인데 바로옆에 붙어있는데도 나에게 설명하면 될걸.. 근데 굳이 피곤해 죽겠는데 들을만함 설명도 없다. wifi비번없는거 굳히 설명안해도 다 알테고 룸키커버에 적어놓으면 다 알아서 할걸... 5층 몇시 체크아웃정도면 충분하고 조식시간정도면 되지..
그렇게 영어하고싶으시면 영어 웅변대회를 나가시던지... 한국어하면될걸 어이가 없드라. 체크인 시 센스없게 여권들고있는거부터 거슬렸는데 서비스업 마인드가 글러먹어거 표정관리도 안되고 물어바도 대답도 안하고. 우리직원이였으면 해고할 수준. 신입도 그직원보다는 잘할듯.
차번호도 세번을 말해야 알아듣고 귀가 어두우면 차라리 차번호를 써달라고 하던지... 일부로 못알아듣는거처럼 이상한 숫자 읉어대질않나... 그나마 중간관리자 담당자 아니였으면 폭팔했을지도 모른다. 여긴 니가 서비스받는곳이 아니고 손님에게 서비스를 제공하는 곳이다. 유두리 센스 모두 최악. 영어로 말하는거 좋아하니 서양인만 상대하는쪽에 고정으로 놔두길 진심. 서비스 직군에 맞지않은 성향같은에 빨리 다른길 찾아 떠나는것도 방법일듯.
수원에 그나마 좋은호텔이라 백화점 붙어있고 내 집이 가까워서 데리구 왔구만 그 여직원때매 이후 다시 잡아야하나 싶다.
조식은 중국만 못하지만 먹을만했다.
같은주에 광저우 메리어트에 2박했는데 그곳과 비교해 시설 조식 서비스마인드 한국이 한수 아래다.
그냥 호구 한국인 등쳐먹는 가격으로 지역독점적 지위를 누리고 있는 포지션이다.
참고로 광저우 백운구 메리어트 조식포함 15만원.
수원 변방에 있으면서 2배 비쌈.

AAmni AmiraRecommended hotel to stay in suwon!! CU mart is just in front of the hotel. Walk about 500m to nearest bus station, took the bus and went to starfield mall (30mins). Room is spacious, big tv, hair dryer, refrigerator, toiletries, kettle, welcome tea & biscuit. Definitely will come again!

AAlicanོLa stanza è un po'piccola, ma è abbastanza.Molto pulita.La posizione è buona, la Grande Starbucks è sotto, fuori a mezzanotte, ci sono diversi piccoli bar per mangiare, bere birra, e 24 ore 7/11.La reception parlerà un buon inglese.Andare di nuovo a marzo, deve ancora vivere qui.

AAndiswaAThe locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

UUtente ospiteFantastic service, focused on the customer experience. Elevator parking was on point, and my car was delivered promptly.
Small incident was taken car of by staff immigration with great care. The staff, was able to contact my insurance company. They understood my situation as I don't speak much Korean and they were able to understand English and exactly what I need done. The front desk team did a great job.
I can not thank you enough for care and promptness of service provided.

The safe did not work.
The room was dark, there wasn't enough light.
The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up.
The towels are really old.
I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

KKarleneSono venuto a questo hotel per un po' più di un anno, e non ho mai avuto problemi finché non hanno iniziato a fare cambiamenti. Capisco la commissione per le attrezzature di base, ma puoi almeno mettere un bar di sapone nel bagno per lavare le mani. Non avevo neanche il bel vestito LG che rinfresca i tuoi vestiti. Non potevo rinfrescare la giacca, e la mattress è anche più difficile. Hanno installato una TV più grande e hanno aggiunto migliori direzioni televisive remote in inglese con un elenco di canali. Ma quello che mi ha fatto è stato durante il check-out. In passato, quando ho avuto un sacco di borse da portare al KTX o al terminale degli autobus, mi hanno sempre aiutato a chiamarmi un taxi. Ho chiesto come lo facevo normalmente, e non solo non mi sono negato, ma mi sono anche sconvolto come se non potesse essere disturbato. Ho cercato di dirgli che andava al KTX, ma ha continuato a dire taxi aeroportuale lungo la strada. A causa della frustrazione e delle limitazioni del tempo, ho lasciato. Non volevo perdere il treno. Certamente difenderò un altro hotel dopo questo. Delusione.

BBergenThis hotel was walking distance to Suwon station and spacious. The shower temperature and pressure was great! They replenished bottled water and coffee everyday. They TV had Netflix. The only downside was I couldn’t adjust the thermostat, but there was a window I could open.
