UUtente anonimoLa camera familiare è grande con 2 letti regina. La stanza è pulita e le strutture fornite sono buone con la macchina per l'acqua, la tazza di tè e il caffè a livello di pavimento.
Tuttavia, non c'è una tenda da doccia, perché il pavimento è molto bagnato dopo ogni doccia. Può essere bello che ci siano più ganci o pendenti forniti in una camera familiare per 4 pax.
Posizione - vicino a molti buoni ristoranti e ristoranti, e posti da bere. CU è proprio l'opposto dell'hotel che è un plus. Per i viaggiatori che non guidano, è un problema per tirare il vostro sacchetto attraverso la pavimentazione ineguale per trovare l'hotel. UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel mi ha sorpreso molto. Prima di tutto, la mia stanza è molto nuova. Il letto e il mobili sono puliti, e la stanza è spaziosa. Il bagno e la doccia sono separati. Secondo, il colazione era molto ricco e tutto era pulito. Tuttavia, ho scelto una stanza di vista della città, il pavimento è basso e non vedo nulla fuori dalla finestra, tranne il parcheggio.
Io e la mia famiglia siamo molto soddisfatti della pulizia e del colazione.

AAndiswaAThe locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

TTsui Chi GigiDue to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip.
It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though).
Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor.
There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve.
All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.

KKarleneSono venuto a questo hotel per un po' più di un anno, e non ho mai avuto problemi finché non hanno iniziato a fare cambiamenti. Capisco la commissione per le attrezzature di base, ma puoi almeno mettere un bar di sapone nel bagno per lavare le mani. Non avevo neanche il bel vestito LG che rinfresca i tuoi vestiti. Non potevo rinfrescare la giacca, e la mattress è anche più difficile. Hanno installato una TV più grande e hanno aggiunto migliori direzioni televisive remote in inglese con un elenco di canali. Ma quello che mi ha fatto è stato durante il check-out. In passato, quando ho avuto un sacco di borse da portare al KTX o al terminale degli autobus, mi hanno sempre aiutato a chiamarmi un taxi. Ho chiesto come lo facevo normalmente, e non solo non mi sono negato, ma mi sono anche sconvolto come se non potesse essere disturbato. Ho cercato di dirgli che andava al KTX, ma ha continuato a dire taxi aeroportuale lungo la strada. A causa della frustrazione e delle limitazioni del tempo, ho lasciato. Non volevo perdere il treno. Certamente difenderò un altro hotel dopo questo. Delusione.

フロントでは、即座に日本語対応してくれてすごく助かった。
部屋は思っていた3倍は良かった。広くてお洒落で綺麗。
今回は3箇所泊まったが、個人的には1番良かったと思う。
YouTubeやNetflixも見れたのでテレビも退屈しなかった。

L'unico aspetto negativo è Non ci sono abbastanza parcheggi. Ma se venite con i mezzi pubblici È comodo per viaggiare e tornare facilmente. Puoi camminare per la zona. Nel complesso, mi piace. La foto nella stanza è come mostrata sulla copertina. È comodo per andare e venire. Guarda l'esterno dell'hotel. Potrebbe sembrare un po' vecchio. Non sembra molto pulito. Ma nella stanza c'è La pulizia è da 5 stelle. Tutto è completo: spazzolino da denti, crema corpo, crema viso sia per uomo che per donna, pettine, asciugacapelli, piastra per capelli. Nella stanza troverete tè e caffè a disposizione. Puoi venire a mani vuote e restare qui. Il letto è morbido, i cuscini sono buoni, le coperte sono calde, l'aria condizionata è fresca, l'acqua scorre, è molto comodo 👍👍👍
