JJihyunI had issues with the room’s air quality and lack of adequate temperature control during my recent stay. The room was only equipped with a heating system in winter, making the air feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Unfortunately, there was no fan or air conditioning available to help with the situation. Additionally, the room service was subpar, with meals arriving cold and dry.

Only downside is that there isn’t a nice view from the window, but that’s to be expected in that area..

UUtente ospiteEverything from the hotel is great including; staff, housekeeping, wifi, water system, location. I just find it hard to squeeze liquid out of soap, shampoo bottle tho😅
One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!

LLynneI had a very good rest! Even in the middle of heavy snowfall, the room was very warm. I really like warm rooms in winter. I would love to stay here again! It's a little far away from the bus terminal and from the train station, but it was possible to get to these places via the bus services. I loved the nearby walls/fort.

UUtente ospiteFantastic service, focused on the customer experience. Elevator parking was on point, and my car was delivered promptly.
Small incident was taken car of by staff immigration with great care. The staff, was able to contact my insurance company. They understood my situation as I don't speak much Korean and they were able to understand English and exactly what I need done. The front desk team did a great job.
I can not thank you enough for care and promptness of service provided.

SSolo AceFinivo presto e mi dispiacevo di aspettare che la mia stanza fosse pronta, ma la mia stanza era pronta e potevo entrare. Tutto era molto pulito, e il servizio era di prima qualità. Era piuttosto facile andare in giro e non troppo male se dovessi prendere un taxi. La zona non era rumorosa. Ci sono stati molti posti da mangiare, tra cui un negozio di sandwich sano intorno all'angolo. Vorrei poter ricordare il nome, ma gli ingredienti erano freschi, e c'era l'inglese disponibile, quindi non immagino. Il posto è come una salada, ma per i sandwich, ma ho avuto un buon soggiorno e sarei sicuramente rimasto lì.

SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
