Hotel 3 stelle a Birmingham

This hotel is very well located for the train station and NEC. It is currently undergoing refurbishment but only during the day. The breakfast was good, has an onsite restaurant which was fine for a one night stay. The room was large and clean with a good shower and the TV worked. Tracey one of the staff members was great too, very welcoming and helpful.

Buona posizione per visitare NEC, ma lontano dal centro di Birmingham. Bene per il parcheggio, prendi il codice di sconto dalla ricezione. Devi pagare per il parcheggio all'inizio del soggiorno. La macchina di pagamento è nella sala d'ingresso. Il riscaldamento/aria condizionata sul muro nella stanza era rumoroso. Il pranzo era molto basilare. La stanza ha un tavolo di ferro e di ferro. Personale piacevole e utile. La proprietà era pulita e la stanza era pulita.

La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, lasciando pochissimo spazio per altre attività. Tuttavia, è difficile trovare una camera che possa ospitare quattro persone a questo prezzo. I servizi erano buoni, la posizione era ottima e la colazione era inclusa. La reception è stata molto gentile e ci hanno depositato i bagagli gratuitamente durante il nostro soggiorno. Lo consiglio vivamente.

We enjoyed are stay , breakfast was included and had a lot of choice and was delicious, also I want to say a massive thank you to Leanne !!!! This lady is such a great person , she really went above and beyond for myself and my Aunti, my Aunti is disabled and had left her crutch on our train from Preston , on arrival we asked if there was anywhere we could buy a replacement but the shop was closed due to it being Sunday , this lady went to her house after her shift and gave us her late husbands walking still to lend for our stay!!  I just want to let this hotel chain know what an amazing and beautiful person they have as an employee.  Thank you once again Leanne .  And we will definitely be back in future .

Il 5° piano, ma non è una grande vista, perché è cosi costruito quel lato dell'hotel. Aria condizionata alta e squilla. Tuttavia, grande camera per un gemella, buona dimensione bagno, grande doccia, lana pulita e camera, comodi letti, buona illuminazione e buone opzioni di colazione. - Bargain!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti l'appartamento è bello, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla nuova strada di Birmingham. Tuttavia, essere preparati per le colline, asciugamani puliti e lettini, TV di base con un lettore DVD, sinceramente mi piace questo posto e sicuramente sarò di nuovo, facile controllo in e facile controllo fuori, tè, caffè e latte tutti pronti, lavatrice e lavatrice con tutte le strutture di cucina abituali 10/10

first room we got was dirty and had what i think was burnt bacon on the floor and some stains on the bed, along with a fish type smell so we got swapped, second room was great though, no window in either room but did have air conditioning so can’t complain. The lifts are not very great very unsettling so we opted for the stairs instead, but the stairwell in some areas was riddled with damp and mould so quite a hazard. entrance is in an alleyway which was really uncomfortable to get in, but based right in the centre which is exactly as we wanted. we staff at the reception was great the lady who swapped us was amazing, and another man there on the second day we informed him of a problem with the lift and he was lovely and kind, would recommend for maybe a one night stay or someone where just to sleep, not a hotel you’d want to stay in for a day. note though that it does inform you on the FAQs that there is no room service during your stay unless you request it before 10am, so no fresh towels each day, which wasn’t a problem for us but may be for some others. photos attached are regarding the first room

Questo è un hotel in generale molto bello. Il servizio era molto gentile e amichevole. L'hotel era molto pulito. Le camere erano ben decorate e pulite. Ma ci sono stati alcuni problemi: 1. la sera il parcheggio era pieno, potrebbe essere stato da visitatori al pub, o il pubblico che lo usava. 2. le porte sono molto forte auto-chiuse, che hanno portato a molte porte che si sono chiuse alle 6:00 mentre alcuni ospiti se ne andavano.

5 stars. Exceptionally clean room, outstanding staff and an unbeatable location. Everything you need is within walking distance and the surrounding shops and amenities make it the perfect spot. Friendly people throughout and an altogether excellent stay. Highly recommended.
