Questo hotel era assolutamente perfetto! Io e mia figlia l'abbiamo prenotato per vedere Louis Tomlinson all'Utilita. La posizione era ideale: a 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 5-10 minuti dall'arena. La zona offre anche una vivace vita notturna, quindi siamo riuscite a trovare un bel locale proprio di fronte per mangiare e bere qualcosa. Anche la camera era bellissima! Avevamo due letti matrimoniali, quindi abbiamo dormito benissimo dopo il concerto! Ci torneremo sicuramente se dovessimo tornare a Birmingham!

Hotel was in great location for conference at millennium point. Easy access to city but nicely located in slightly quieter spot in Aston university campus. Room was nice and even could have a range of pillows . Bathroom nice , with good fluffy towels . I did think the products were likely watered down and the loo roll was the brown scratchy sort . I was on the second floor and only real complaint was that from 7am the main door slams, it’s like one of those sound cannons waking you up. Maybe a quiet shut be an easy fix. Otherwise the staff are all really polite and helpful. Free swim/ gym pass for the university pool is a real nice touch. All in all excellent . But a soft close on that door would be amazing .

Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant ****** on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the ****** was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

The location was great, but unfortunately, the hotel room was not. There was no air conditioning, and the room was quite hot, especially during the summer. The front desk explained that the hotel uses a natural air-cooling system, but unfortunately, it did not help much. The toilet was also separated from the actual shower room by a different door, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, one of the staff members in charge of the breakfast area (Male wearing a suit that checks the breakfast list) was rude and very unwelcoming to guests. This experience made us think twice about whether we would want to come back again. Overall, while the location was great, there are several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly the room temperature and the customer service.

Il 5° piano, ma non è una grande vista, perché è cosi costruito quel lato dell'hotel. Aria condizionata alta e squilla. Tuttavia, grande camera per un gemella, buona dimensione bagno, grande doccia, lana pulita e camera, comodi letti, buona illuminazione e buone opzioni di colazione. - Bargain!

Rimango qui una volta all'anno, non lontano dal NEC di Birmingham. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta quanto vicino all'autostrada, ma si sente come se si trova in campagna così tranquillo e rilassante. È probabile che potesse fare con un po' di TLC, perché alcuni dei mobili della mia stanza sembravano un po' stanchi ma ancora molto puliti. Sono stato a questo hotel molte volte negli anni e ho usato la piscina una volta che è l'unico posto a fianco. Non mi avrei mai usato di nuovo, non come l'esperienza di relax dell'hotel che mi aspettavo, come era molto occupato. Sembra che sia data priorità al pubblico pagatore per gli ospiti dell'hotel e la sala di cambio era disgustosa con i tovaglioli usati messo in alto sul pavimento. Il personale si trovava in giro a ridere con i suoi compagni e doveva interrompere per chiedere dove ottenere i tovaglioli, quindi doveva chiedere ad un altro membro del pubblico come aprire i serbatoi.

Camere spaziali: le camere sono molto grandi, offrendo spazio per sconfezionare e rilassarsi. Grande attrezzatura: La stanza è dotata di fantastiche attrezzature, in particolare lavastoviglie, forno e microonde, che hanno reso il soggiorno molto conveniente. Situazione fantastica: Perfettamente situato con numerosi ristoranti, attrazioni e collegamenti di trasporto pubblico sul cancello, più numerosi negozi di comodità vicino. Personale straordinario: l'intera squadra era sorprendente, dalla ricezione accolta al personale di servizio in camera. Condizionamento dell'aria: avere un CA corretto è stato un enorme bonus e un risparmio di vita durante i giorni caldi. Miglioramento delle esigenze Lavatrice: il bagno è incredibilmente crampito. È così piccolo che devi sfogliare intorno per gestire la chiusura della porta. Inconfortabile Bed Setup: Invece di un vero letto matrimoniale, l’hotel ha spinto due letti singoli insieme, creando un vuoto nudo, che si è rivelato molto inconfortabile. Manutenzione della casa: abbiamo ricevuto la pulizia della stanza solo una volta durante l'intero soggiorno 11-day. Anche considerando che è un aparthotel, la mancanza di servizio giornaliero o più frequente della stanza è stato deludente per un viaggio di questa lunghezza. Nessuna lavatrice in camera: nonostante la cottura, non c'era lavatrice all'interno della stanza, che avrebbe avuto un aiuto molto lungo per un soggiorno.

Very clean, bed somewhat un comfortable and not a real double, dated decor and bathroom. Great location next to New Street Station.
