Hotel 3 stelle a Urumqi

So here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

L'hotel vanta un ambiente complessivamente elegante, con un arredamento semplice ma sofisticato, e le aree comuni sono pulite e ordinate. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, con una meticolosa attenzione ai dettagli e una pulizia impeccabile, garantendo un soggiorno rilassante. Il personale è cordiale e gentile, offrendo un servizio attento dal check-in al check-out. L'hotel gode di una posizione privilegiata con comodi collegamenti di trasporto, essendo vicino al museo e all'Ospedale Generale della Regione Militare. Offre un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo e l'esperienza complessiva è stata superba. Un'ottima scelta per il vostro viaggio, altamente raccomandato!

Stavo una notte molto piacevole. Una buona stanza con un letto confortevole. Il condizionamento dell'aria ha funzionato bene. La stazione ferroviaria è meno di 10 minuti per taxi. Molti buoni Uyghur cibo in strada fuori dall'hotel. Il servizio di ricezione era gentile e accogliente.Il prezzo era un po' alto, pensavo.

This is an excellent hotel, good facilities, good service, room was kept very clean, and front desk workers were very helpful even though there English was limited. The hotel is close to the train station, but some distance from the nearest Metro station, and a long way from Urumqi sights of interest like the Grand Bazaar. The breakfast was acceptable, but we expected more from a hotel of otherwise high standards.

This hotel was a perfect stay in every aspect for me as a solo female international traveller. 1. It does accepts international traveller. Kudos to trip.com in helping me to ensure it does accepts foreigner by contacting them (as I came across hoteliers posted untruthful infos which trip.com “ban” them after, when my bookings has to be cancelled) 2. It has airport pickup service 24/7! which made a first timer to XJ feel safe when arrive at 1+am! 3. Reception was helpful and communication between staff/ shifts are smooth. a) Staff directed me to the next door petrol station when I asked if there’s convenient store to buy some water and food. b) Petrol station guard was kind enough to open the gate for me and the convenient store cashier was patient enough to wait for me to choose my necessity. c) Night shift staff did made effort in ensuring my message was passed to morning shift that I needed to extend 1 more day stay and asked them to assist me in that coz online showed fully booked for next day. 4. Hotel was newly built. Room was spanking clean neat and tidy. Soft bedding and duvet, water pressure was nice and free TV channel! 5. Late checkout till 14:00!

這次旅行選擇的酒店很符合我們，不管是酒店的環境衞生還是服務態度各方面都非常的滿意。可以洗衣服燙衣服掛燙機好用，衞生間還是乾濕分離，恆温智能馬桶，大床睡的好舒服，周圍吃飯購物的也特別多很方便，交通也非常的便利，超級推薦，物超所值，性價比超高，選這個酒店就對了。酒店位置很好找，離高鐵站很近步行分幾鍾就能到，門頭的大字也很顯眼，高端大氣上檔次。真心不錯，會給朋友推薦選擇這個熙悦酒店的。

La stanza è molto ampia, la camera da letto è secca e separata, il capanno dell'acqua è caldo, e la finestra è elettrica.Il segnale è un po' pesante.Il primo piano ha lavatrice auto-assistente e lavastoviglie, molto conveniente.La piccola superficie del colazione e il sapore di salsa sono molto buoni 👍 L'atteggiamento del servizio di terrazzo della reception è molto buono 🌹

Love this hotel. We travel by didi to town it cost us 15 to 25Rmb per trip. There are halal restaurants across the street serving reasonable breakfasts and noodles. Its also walking distance from the Urumqi Train Station

Si può dire che questo è stato un hotel di punta con le sue belle tovalette di spessore con logo, lettini, ecc. ora è diventato obsoleti ma è mantenuto pulito e il servizio è buono. Molto personale professionale e la colazione è buona.

Location: 1 2 km walking distance to the international grand bazaar and the Erdiqiao metro station. But there are many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. You can also take the public bus no. 63 to get to the bazaar for 1 Yuan. Amenities: There is a laundry room on level 3 with free detergent but no dryer. If the room is closed, ask help from housekeeping. They dont provide tea bags in room which is weird for China. And no free disposable shaving blade nor tissue except for toilet rolls. Service: this hotel is always full of wedding functions and many guests from other Central Asian countries. The reception is under-maned. So, they will keep your passports for registration which is not correct practice. We insisted that they took photos of our documents instead of keeping them. No other hotel in Xinjiang practices keeping passports, only this hotel. Other points: there is a police station in front. A convenience store and small supermarket right near the entrance. This hotel has 4 floors.
