"Staff attitude ranges from good to rude and very bad. Hotel is so very eager to get rid of dwellers, even though its more than 1 hour from check out time. Housekeeper kept knocking and asking who’s inside even though I had replied I’m inside. Even tried to open the door. Luckily, I latched it. After, I came out of the toilet to open the door, she asked whether I just checked in. I told her I had extended another day and showed her my booking. She said she couldn’t read. No apologies. Even the male reception staff, when asking him questions, he didn’t even bother to answer or look at me, as if I am invisible.
Was deceived into thinking there’s a glass partition, separating the bowl and shower area. After washing all my-clothes found out there’s no drier and outdoor space to dry clothes. So I could not cancel my booking.

Una notte è stata fissata. Dopo il soggiorno, sono state rinnovate subito due notti. L'hotel è molto situato, non molto lontano da Big Banza e Tiananu Street, e il viaggio è anche conveniente. Nella porta dell'hotel c'è un negozio 24 ore di comodità commerciale. Il più consigliato è che il parcheggio dell'hotel ha un nuovo ristorante chiamato Assiqiao. Il carne di maiale è molto più del cioccolato di Tiananu Street.

UUtente ospite最近入住的這家酒店真的太棒了，從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了無微不至的關懷。酒店的地理位置絕佳，周邊交通十分便利，無論是前往熱門景點還是周邊的餐飲購物區域，都輕鬆自如。大堂寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約又不失大氣，給人一種舒適、温馨的感覺。
房間乾淨整潔，佈置得温馨舒適，床鋪柔軟又有彈性，睡起來特別舒服，一天的疲憊感瞬間消散。設施也非常齊全，從基本的洗漱用品到現代化的電器設備，應有盡有，滿足了我所有的需求。而且房間的隔音效果很好，沒有受到任何噪音的干擾，讓我能靜心休息。
酒店的服務人員態度超級好。從辦理入住手續時的熱情接待，到入住期間的周到服務，都讓人感受到賓至如歸。他們總是能及時響應我的需求，無論是提供額外的毛巾，還是解答關於當地的問題，都做得非常出色。
酒店的餐飲更是一大亮點。早餐種類豐富多樣，有新鮮的水果、美味的糕點、熱氣騰騰的粥類等，每一樣都很可口。總之，這是一家非常值得推薦的酒店，如果有機會再次來到這個城市，我還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏入住。

SSuray.ChSo here is an English review. I stayed on this hotel over 3 weeks, and I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel was good location for my work purposes, surrounded with a lot of fancy restaurants . The hotel and rooms itself was very clean and neat. There is a small gym here, I used it frequently. If you don’t like Chinese style breakfast, there is also Western style options, even with cutlery 😁The main thing here is employees , very friendly and helpful. We could communicate with the microsoft translators. The all receptionist were helping with the logistics in general, supporting good stay and helped to navigate around here, suggested to visit beautiful locations around, suggested good restaurants, helped with online shopping, etc. The cleaning lady, (I am sorry I forgot your name) we talked almost every day, and she would ask about my needs, did laundry; the security guards were curious about my life here, and we had always good chat together, the kitchen service workers were helpful for adapt to new food and explaining things about it. In general, I had very positive experiences and memories. If I come back again I will stay here and recommend everyone also stay here.

EEgide HakorimanaDurante il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Green Tree, ho trovato l'esperienza perfetta in generale. Il servizio fornito dal personale dell'hotel è stato lodevole, con amichevole e attento assistenza durante la mia visita. Tuttavia, ho incontrato una barriera linguistica a volte, che potrebbe complicare le richieste di comunicazione e di servizio. Nonostante questa sfida occasionale, le strutture dell'hotel sono state tutte meravigliose, offrendo alloggi confortevoli e comode strutture. Inoltre, ho goduto del cibo fornito dal ristorante dell’hotel, che ha offerto delle opzioni deliziose per soddisfare il mio palazzo. AaimeswongFinished a 8 day tour around Urumqi and decided to stay a few days in Urumqi and chose this hotel and I'm so glad I did. Location wise not too close to the main city centre but taxis are cheap, 50 RMB and around half hour by car to the Grand Bazaar. Or if you are adventurous you can try the clean and efficient Urumqi buses and metro to get there for just 6 RMB. I practically went everywhere on public transport from this hotel. Also walkable, around 15 minutes to a big Wanda mall, with restaurants also close by and a few convenience stores downstairs if you don't want to wonder away too far. Only 20 minutes to the airport by car, they have a free pickup and/or drop off but need to contact them a day prior to book a spot.
Room wise, super new and clean as you can see from the photos. Fast wifi and free laundry washer and dryer but dryer takes forever. With the dry Xinjiang weather clothes dry overnight so not a real issue. Staff can't really speak English but they are all super nice, from all those in the front desk, the cleaners and even the security guard. Just use a translation app and they all are so willing to help. Had a great 4 nights stay and when I visit Urumqi again I will definitely book this hotel again!

Servizio: il personale del servizio di colazione è buono, il colazione non è molto ricco.Ma è soddisfatto, c'è un ascensore, camminare per il piano e scendere un po'piu' veloce.

KKevan KeeganLa camera è molto bella e la piccola lobby molto semplice, molto amichevole ed efficiente, anche se non è affascinante da un posto esterno.
L'hotel è situato a meno di dieci minuti dalla stazione di metropolitana e a un fermo da Grand Bazaar, dove c'è così tanto da vedere, fare e mangiare.
Purtroppo il metro non va ancora alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità di Urumqi (ho arrivato da Turpan) anche se la stazione segnala che la stazione non è ancora aperta, ma è stato molto facile raggiungere l'aeroporto con il metro in 45 minuti.
Ho trovato che il modo migliore per arrivare all'eccellente Museo di Xinjiang è prendere il metro quattro fermate alla piazza Nanhu, e dopo aver goduto il Parco del Lago Nanhu, ottenere un taxi / Didi al Museo.
