Kkemigisha K brendahThe hotel is just strategically positioned, close to the airport and downtown. it is just in the middle. Breakfast is good and there are a variety of options.
The Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, are very spacious and items are replenished daily. Staff are welcoming and very ready to help at any time. The area is quite too though the facility is on a busy street. I would recommend everyone I know to stay at this hotel whenever they visit Ottawa.

UUtente ospiteFast and friendly check in. For those that drive there are indoor and outdoor parking spots at the same cost which is an added bonus.
Breakfast was far more than I expected and they even have little take away baggies you can grab if you plan to be out and about all day. They had juice, cookies, and snacks for your travels.
I was very happy with my stay.

SSIU FUNG CALVINSpacious room with fridge and microwave inside room, with ice machine for quick chill on soft drinks. Facilities are new and in great condition. Good location is another great point for easy access to outlet mall in 15 minutes on road, and just 30 minutes on driving for Ottawa.

YyatsenenokWe stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, they had issues checking us in as the booking was made through trip.com which went through *******. Somehow they figured it out later.
The room was spacious, clean. They provided room services every day except for one day when they were understaffed.
Shower has only half door so be ready for some splashes. I recommend bringing your own body wash (they provide soap which is hard to wash off) and shampoo.
People who can't sleep with noise in the room, should consider their options. Air conditioning is super loud (like factory machine) , it constantly woke us up at night, there is no option to open a window instead.
Breakfasts are always the same, not a single thing changes: fried/boiled eggs, sausages, pork?cutlets, pancakes, apples, oatmeal, bread. The dining room was always overcrowded, the space should be at least twice as big. Sometimes we came and there was no food, so we had to wait for someone to come and bring food (they don't have a person there on a regular basis).
I can't say our experience was bad, but it was not great either.

CcahillgaryThe hotel was convenient to the Ottawa airport and had free shuttle service which was our reason for choosing this hotel We were in town for a family wedding and had a 2 night stay. Room was comfortable and quiet at the end of the corridor (at our request) We were disappointed that $275 per night did not include any kind of breakfast or even a discount coupon for the restaurant inside the hotel so we were glad to be able to have the choice of several restaurants more reasonably priced less than a five minute walk for dinner and 2 breakfasts.

AAlicia York-BirdHo aspettato che Glö mi avrebbe dato più di quanto non mi fosse stato dato, e ho scelto Glö come un ”trattamento” per un paio di giochi, perché era un hotel più nuovo e sembrava essere più saggio del prezzo normale.
Pros: La camera da bagno era molto bella, e i bagni da bagno sono molto puliti. Le camere sono molto pulite. La materassi era molto comoda e la TV era una dimensione decente.
Cons: le camere sono incredibilmente piccole e, mentre sono ben arredate, il piccolo sedile ”divano” era più forma che funzione (cioè più piacevole di quanto fosse comodo). Il personale del front desk sembrava molto nuovo e senza senso su elementi essenziali di ospite, come come lavorare la televisione in camera, e ha anche preso età per una risposta dal front desk su come lavorare la TV e la questione non è nemmeno risolta.
Probabilmente non rimarrò qui, né consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque conosca, poiché ci sono così tanti hotel da scegliere a Kanata che offrono un servizio migliore, più conosciuto e migliore prezzo.

UUtente ospiteService was good. The location is good except for the way you have to enter the parking lot outside of the hotel. The room was big and very clean. Could have definitely been a better seating setup for the breakfast. But it was a good visit and I’ll definitely be back. I’d love to take advantage of the terrace in the summer time.
