Hotel con parcheggio a Ottawa

The location has some certain distance to subway stations, but it only matters if you arrive to or depart from the hotel using transit, as you might need to walk for around 10 minutes in order to get to the hotel. However, most of the attractions (Parliament, ByWard market) are within walkable distance (less than 20 minutes) so it is not a problem for me. The room is extremely spacious with even a kitchen and a printer for this price point, and the room is clean. However, the shower blinds have some gaps which seeps water to the floor wet while showering… The staff is really nice and friendly, and the free breakfast that comes with the room is good enough (I like the sausage and the egg bites). The laundry is 24/7 and comes with complimentary laundry sheets and powder, which is a big plus. However, do note that there is a certain chance that you’ll be assigned to a first floor room, which is essentially the ground floor… One of the entrance (the one next to the parking lot) for ground floor rooms can look a little bit sketchy at night. Since my room is also next to Elgin street where people go to the pubs at night, it can get a little bit noisy, but the bed is far away from the window so it sort of cancelled the disadvantage. It would be better if the front desk asked if a ground floor room was OK before giving the room cards.

Molto bello hotel; come un nuovo hotel. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e con una bella vista. Il colazione era fantastico. I nostri bambini hanno goduto della piscina. Questo hotel sarà la mia prima scelta per il mio prossimo viaggio a Ottawa ❤️

Room cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

Lo spazio della camera è molto buono, il servizio è molto attento e la camera è stata ristrutturata in modo proattivo. L'hotel ha più di 100 anni. Le strutture sono davvero vecchie. I condizionatori sono vecchi e l'isolamento acustico è nella media. La posizione è molto buona. Capitol Hill è proprio accanto.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel per 6 notti, hanno avuto problemi di check-in come la prenotazione è stata fatta attraverso trip.com che è passato attraverso *******. In qualche modo hanno scoperto più tardi. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, e forniva servizi ogni giorno, tranne per un giorno in cui erano sottoscritti. La doccia ha solo metà porta, quindi sii pronta per qualche splash. Si consiglia di portare il vostro corpo lavato (forniscono sapone che è difficile lavare) e shampoo. Le persone che non possono dormire con il rumore nella stanza dovrebbero prendere in considerazione le loro opzioni.L'aria condizionata è super alta (come la macchina da fabbrica) , ci sveglia costantemente di notte, non c'è possibilità di aprire una finestra invece. Le colazioni sono sempre le stesse, non cambiano una sola cosa: uova fritte/cocciute, salsicce, maiale? cuccette, pancake, mele, farina di ovo, pane. La sala da pranzo è sempre stata sovraccaricata, lo spazio dovrebbe essere almeno due volte più grande. A volte siamo venuti e non c'era cibo, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare che qualcuno venisse a portare cibo (non hanno una persona regolarmente). Non posso dire che la nostra esperienza sia stata cattiva, ma non è stata grande nemmeno.

I've stayed at this hotel several times now; I enjoy how clean, quiet, and nicely decorated the suites and the hotel itself are! The bathrooms are beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed, as are the rooms themselves. Very pleased and will stay here again when my travels take me through this area once more.

Nice and clean hotel in Ottawa , friendly staff, only cons would be the amenities and slow wifi

Safety: It’s next to a safe injection shelter, so no matter morning or night — be careful don’t walk alone! People are sitting/walking/wandering around the area which somewhat scared me. Parking: They DO NOT have enough parking, when I was there to check in at around 4, I was told parking was full. I need to park somewhere else. They recommend me to a nearby parking (which looks cringy — and people said cars got broken in last week) My car wasn’t a luxurious car so I was lucky I guess. Breakfast: It can get really crowded during breakfast time. Not enough seating. Food was okay though!

Grande posto per soggiornare bello e pulito non lontano dal centro. Parcheggio privato e camera per 3 persone è grande con una grande cucina. Sicuramente consiglio. Prezzo è anche conveniente.

Mejor elija otro hotel. El barrio en el que está.... El desayuno es una bolsita de papel con un pequeño yogurt, una magdalena y un pequeño tetrabrik de zumo y te vas para tu habitación. En las fotos del hotel se ve una sala para desayunar pero que no funciona. La insonorización de la habitación es nula, se oye a los otros huéspedes. Cerca tienes sitios donde comer y un supermercado.
