Hotel 3 stelle a Mississauga

L'aeroporto non è lontano e una navetta gratuita vi riporta in hotel; il tragitto dura circa 10-15 minuti. Il personale della reception dell'hotel è molto professionale ed efficiente! Ho apprezzato particolarmente il bar self-service nella hall, dove è possibile prepararsi caffè o acqua calda, e c'era un'ampia scelta di bustine di tè! Avere acqua calda è una vera benedizione per chi viaggia dalla Cina!

We were hosted by a vey nice reception lady. She was smart and helpful. McDonald and a gas station store were next to the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay.

L'hotel è pulito e spazioso. Il letto è morbido e mi ci sono sprofondato. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che abbiano un angolo cottura con microonde e macchina per il caffè. Il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto era disponibile, ho persino richiesto la sveglia e l'ho ricevuta in tempo! Tuttavia, non sono riuscito a regolare l'aria condizionata per riscaldare, ed era molto rumorosa. L'indirizzo email e le opzioni di pagamento sul sito sono errati e fuorvianti. Consiglio di aggiornare le informazioni (indirizzo email e tipo di carte accettate).

The location is somewhat removed, but it is accessible to the highway and there are bus stops nearby. The facility itself more than met my expectations. There was a pipe that burst in the lobby during my stay, but it didn’t affect my impression of the hotel or its facilities. We were all notified in advance of the disruption to the water. Check-in and check-out were seamless.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

Soggiornate qui solo perché avete un volo di prima mattina da Toronto, quindi non aspettatevi troppo. La camera era discreta, ma niente di speciale, i mobili erano un po' vecchi e usurati. La posizione è buona, proprio accanto all'aeroporto, e c'è un servizio navetta gratuito attivo 24 ore su 24. Al piano terra c'è un grande bar e ristorante con un menù semplice, ma non effettuano consegne in camera, bisogna andare a prendere il cibo.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night. I chose it expecting it to be a little better than average, but overall it was just okay. Check-in was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, but the sofa in the room was not comfortable at all. The room itself felt small and not very cozy. I would have preferred proper curtains instead of roller blinds. Noise was a factor—the hotel sits under a flight path. It didn’t bother me much once I was asleep, but sensitive sleepers should keep this in mind. The elevators were also a bit frustrating, as the card tap didn’t always work right away, though eventually it did. Breakfast was disappointing. The area was extremely crowded, and the food was below average. In the end, I wouldn’t pay extra for this hotel. It’s very similar to many others in the same category, and the rate feels overpriced for what you actually get.

A causa del maltempo, il mio volo originale è stato cancellato, quindi ho prenotato questo hotel all'ultimo minuto. Offrono un servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto, il punto di raccolta è ben segnalato, l'autista mi ha aiutato proattivamente con i bagagli e il check-in è stato rapido. Abbiamo organizzato la partenza dall'hotel per l'aeroporto intorno alle 3 del mattino seguente. La reception ha persino chiamato in camera in anticipo per ricordarmi della partenza. La camera aveva un frigorifero e un forno a microonde, il che è stato molto comodo. Ero troppo stanco per scattare foto e non c'erano spazzolino da denti, dentifricio o pantofole.

Tutto era a posto, un ascensore non funzionava, e il secondo è stato necessario usare la chiave della stanza per attivare. Questo era molto fastidioso, e mi consiglierei di sbarazzarmi di questo requisito.

Great hotel if you have a layover at YYZ! They offer shuttle service to the airport, complementary coffee and breakfast! Had a great 5 hours of sleep before my next flight! Only downside was waiting for the shuttle bus for about 30minutes before it picked us up from the airport (I could have gotten more sleep). The hotel is a bit far from the airport compared to others so always account for extra time!
