Provando di nuovo la mia mano a viaggiare a livello internazionale, ho deciso di usare questo hotel come il mio terreno di stivaggio. Il desk front stampa i miei documenti di vaccinazione gratuitamente o gratuitamente, e la stanza era grande e molto pulita. Il bar era messo con persone interessanti e il servizio era buono, ma il hamburger era solo mediocre. La navetta era efficiente. Buono valore complessivo!

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby

On April 23rd, 2022, my partner and I arrived at the Holiday Inn – Mississauga/Toronto West – 100 Brittania Rd East. We came to the hotel at 1pm for early check in thinking that the pool was open (as per the call agent who took my reservation), only to find out that the pool was not open, and it was “closed for maintenance”. This was not disclosed earlier when I booked the reservation, there was no mention of the pool being closed. I was very excited to use the pool as it was my birthday weekend, and it was my plan to use this amenity as soon as I arrived. I asked for them to amend the reservation to a cheaper price, however they said that the reservation had already been amended to include the new price (without a functioning pool). Regardless, my partner and I arrived to our room (Room 211) and after using the toilet, we find out that the toilet does not work. I called the front desk to notify them of this, and we agreed to switch rooms. We received a new room (Room 212), directly across from our previous room, and to no surprise, this toilet did not work either. The entire ordeal was discussed with the front desk and I asked if we should move hotels as they did not have any functioning toilets. The front desk clerk stated that “this was very unusual” and that they will have someone come look at it right away. While the custodian was fixing the toilet in the new room (Room 212), my partner had realized that he left his vape pen in the first room (211). He asked the housekeeper if he could go into the room to retrieve it, the lady said they did not find anything in the room we just left (this all happened within 30 minutes of leaving the first room). Altogether, the toilet was poorly fixed, as the same issue kept happening all night in room 212. Later on that night, we were told that the 2nd floor had recently been renovated, as there were pencil marks still on the walls. Futhermore, around 3pm that day, I decided to take a shower. As I got out of the shower, I dried myself with a towel, only to find it was stained with someone else’s makeup (what looked like eyeliner from both eyes). *See pictures below* It was clear that the towel was not cleaned and bleached properly as the make up had been stained onto the white towel (GROSS). We decided there was no point of addressing this with the front desk (as the lady was also disgruntled over the phone) and we just decided to go on with the night and make a mental note to never come back to the holiday Inn EVER AGAIN! But wait… IT GETS BETTER!!! On Sunday, April 24th, the next morning, as we were cleaning up to check out of the hotel, we went to check on our friends in various other rooms. At approximately 10:50am, my friends and I were all in the elevator going to meet up in my room (Room 212) only to find out that our key cards were no longer working. La peggiore esperienza, le sale sporche. Mi sentivo insultato. Immagina questo. Sono tornato a 130 a.m. con mia moglie dal nostro NY, la chiave non funzionava, quindi sono andato al divano frontale. Hanno lasciato un biglietto sul divano frontale dicendo che sarebbero tornati alle 5:00. Non c'era nessuna anima per aiutare. Cercavo di chiamare altri migliori hotel occidentali vicino alla zona per aiutarci a raggiungere il manager, ma anche loro non potevano aiutare. Anche chiamato servizio clienti non potevano raggiungere nessuno. Mi hanno consigliato di chiamare la polizia perché la mia roba è chiusa nella stanza. Ho esitato a coz che non volevo creare una scena e disturbare gli altri ospiti. Finito sul divano. Non c'era nessun bagno intorno, quindi dovevamo ingerirla. Non abbiamo dormito e abbiamo aspettato quasi 4 ore. Il carpette davanti al desk front ha bug cracking. Eravamo spaventati che potrebbe entrare nelle nostre cose d portarlo a casa. Ho preso le foto della nota che hanno lasciato, comprese le foto della nostra sporca lavanderia. Infine, quando il desk front apparve non ha dato una spiegazione significativa. Che cosa di gigli se l'hotel lascia i loro ospiti? E se c'è un'emergenza? Quindi quando sono arrivato ba k alla stanza indovinare cosa? La bagagine che abbiamo lasciato era ancora lì e il letto non è fissato. Abbiamo pagato per 4 notti e il bagaglio che avevamo dal primo giorno non è mai stato gettato e la stanza non è servita. Oh, un'altra cosa, il buco di pepe era scomparso dalla porta, hanno messo una cassetta e hanno messo quello che sembra un foglio di carta tessuto per coprire il buco. Questa è la peggiore esperienza che ho avuto. Di solito non mi lamento, ma questa mi ha spinto i confini e la pazienza e ha trasformato una vacanza in un incubo.

I enjoyed the two nights I spent at this hotel. Shuttle bus service to and from the hotel for free. Breakfast was also included in my room price. There's everything you could need in the room and on the property. Food, a Pub, a fitness room, and there's also a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. Staffs were super nice. All I can say is I had a quiet stay despite being so close to the airport ( about a 4-minute drive, 13 minutes walk) and seeing and hearing the planes take off🥰😀. I will stay here again. I would recommend Quality Inn By Choice.

La piscina è chiusa, porta la piscina con la sala da bagno, il primo piano non può essere usato per la fabbricazione di ghiaccio, l'acqua e il cibo sono onorati, ma la sala fitness ha un'acqua potabile, non so se c'è filtro, lavanderia e autobus gratuito (non obbligatorio), principalmente perché il parcheggio è un hotel selezionato solo 15 cucchiaini al giorno. Non c'è cibo vicino, nessuna macchina può chiamare la vendita o mangiare cibo a microonde dell'hotel. Ogni camera ha un microonde e frigorifero vuoto, quindi non c'è un armadio (come se non ci fosse un hotel in America con armadio unico). L'hotel ha 7-9 per fornire colazione alla sera. L'accento del conducente in India è molto pesante. T3 Prendi l'hotel ora nella scatola 39. Il 41 ha un'altra auto 970 Holiday Inn. Non fare errori. Il conducente non verrà dopo la chiamata. È 5599 ambler. Volare l'autobus all'aeroporto per prenotare in anticipo, 20 minuti per un corso, 6-10 circa, due luci gialla saltate sull'auto, un motore, e uno dimenticato.

This hotel is in the middle of downtown Mississauga, and at the corner of main intersection. It is close to Square One shopping mall and highway exit. Please extend the drop off parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. It was a little bit difficult and uncomfortable to park and exit out of it when there are more than two cars coming to the hotel lobby. Hurontario Street and Burhamthorpe Rd are under construction now. It was not easy to drive around the hotel.

L'hotel è datato ... grande affare. Il tappeto della strada è inchiostro e filato. Quindi cosa? Il lobby è piccolo e non presume ... qualunque cosa. La nostra camera era piccola ma pulita, il letto era comodo, e il bagno di base e funzionale. In effetti, l'unità di riscaldamento/raffreddamento datata si è ribaltata come un modello T e l'ascensore era fuori ordine quando siamo arrivati ... ma il personale MORE che si è riparato per le carenze dell'edificio. Abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento rispettoso, sorriso amichevole, servizio cortese e consapevole e pochi tocchi sopra e oltre. Anche il nostro pilota di navetta aeroportuale è stato fantastico! Grazie per aver andato il miglio extra per i vostri clienti di ParkSleepFly esaurito tardi di notte. La prossima volta che passiamo la notte vicino a Pearson, torneremo a casa.

Siamo stati benissimo qui! Le camere erano super pulite, il servizio era molto cordiale e la camera era fornita di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ottima doccia, letto comodo. Un sacco di piccoli tocchi, come cialde extra di caffè, lozioni e salviette struccanti, ecc. Il ristorante non era aperto a causa del covid, ma abbiamo comprato bevande e snack alla reception. Torneremo sicuramente qui la prossima volta che passeremo per Pearson.

In generale, abbiamo prenotato due camere, uno senza cortina di bagno, l'altro era già occupato e ci hanno dovuto cambiare. La colazione lo servivano in borsa, biscotti, acqua, un pane, (forse per misure sanitarie o igiene a causa di Covid) avevamo molto senza ospitare in un hotel, che la verità se ci ha preso per sorpresa questo modo di offrire la colazione. Veniamo due famiglie, stanche del viaggio e con piccoli dettagli come questi, uno vede molto male tutto. Non so se tornasse, il personale amabile dentro di quello che è giusto e le camere sembravano pulite.

Among the options around YYZ this place doesn't stand out, but with normal airport Courtyard expectations I enjoyed my stay here. Staff here was great, and the pantry had a good selection. My room was decent and had outdoor access, although missing a microwave which I found quite unacceptable considering they sell microwave dinners at the pantry (guess who brought home a Kraft Dinner...). It was a longer drive from YYZ but shuttles were on time - the vehicles were much smaller than I expected so I'm not sure how easy it is to get a seat/luggage space in the morning, but I left in the afternoon so I didn't have to worry about it. As an airport hotel, I wouldn't recommend it if your stay is shorter as you will spend a lot of your connection time in transit, but if you have, say, a day here like myself, why not? It does get the job done well (minus the Kraft Dinner obviously).

La cosa migliore che andrebbe per questo particolare giardino di casa Marriott è le letti, e il personale qui, per la maggior parte, non è ben formato. Potrebbe essere il risultato della retroscia di Covid degli ultimi due anni, come ha colpito quasi ogni altro settore dei servizi, le donne dietro il contenitore di cibo sembrano superflue e hanno quel viso di farfalla. Una giovane donna pensava che bevessi vodka, gin e tonico... Ma c'era una giovane donna molto piacevole che, al turno di mattina, ci accostava per un errore che aveva fatto. Se rimani qui, chiedi una stanza di numero strano, perché questi guardano un bel parco selvaggio, verde e lussuoso.

Stai in questo hotel per 4-nights nel giugno 2022. La suite era pulita e spaziosa. La cucina aveva tutto quello che volevi (utensili, tazze, panini, frigo di dimensioni piene, 2 bruciatori, lavastoviglie, sapone da pranzo e asciugamani di carta), tranne per un caldo. Il condizionamento dell'aria è controllato a distanza e funziona bene. Il letto era comodo, le foglie erano morbide e ci sono ciechi di nero che erano grandi. La mia sola denuncia sarebbe la pressione del doccia. Al quinto piano, la pressione dell'acqua era quasi inesistente, che era davvero deludente. La palestra era piccola, ma aveva pesi liberi e poche macchine cardio. Parcheggio era gratuito e senza problemi. L'hotel è situato proprio fuori l'autostrada QEW (sorpresa, nessuna inquinamento acustico) arrivare al centro di Toronto facilmente.

A lady with a double chin who greets people at the front in between eating a family size bag of chips is absolutely awful. I was in such a hurry to leave that I generally would get her name, but I had to hold my breath the entire time I was in there. After driving for 5 hours, I desperately needed to stop and rest so I decided to stay the night at Admiral Inn. The lady I mentioned above was pleasant at first despite sticky fingers and coughing without covering her mouth - and again, I was very tired. I signed a form to stay. $170 on a Tuesday for a place that the elevator takes a full 60 seconds for the door to close and absolutely filthy carpets. I say to myself, as long as the room is clean, it’s fine. I had to go to the bathroom so I did that first and while there was not a shine an the toilet paper had not been replaced, there was nothing visibly wrong. I went to the bed next to have a rest and saw hair all over the sheets and pillows. It was made up, but sheets not changed. Disgusting! I promptly went to front desk to let her know and I was uncomfortable to get another room or sheet change as I had seen enough. I was there for a total of 6 minutes including the 2 minutes to get up and down on the elevator. She said because I was there for more than 5 minutes I need to pay the rate. She then says she’ll have a look. 10 minutes later she comes back to say I used the washroom so I can’t get the reservation cancelled. No mention of the hair which I sure she took the time to take off the sheets to avoid any further scrutiny. She said if I leave now then I can pay a day rate. For 5 minutes lol. I needed to get out of there before I got COVID or worse so I told her to do what she needs to, I will cancel the charge with my credit card and file a complaint. She then said “you used the bathroom!” Okay honey, and I’m sorry I did as who knows what was on that toilet seat! I should be the one upset about that. Disgusting place and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs. Thankfully I paid nothing as my credit card company approved the chargeback. Better luck next time at swindling someone, double chinned lady! Perhaps using the gym in between the one customer you get a day would be ideal.

La stanza è pulita e pulita, la reception è molto bello, c'è una navetta. Ho prenotato la navetta 6:00 il giorno dopo. Ho chiesto la colazione alla reception e 6:00, ma la reception mi ha fatto colazione pochi minuti prima. Il conducente della navetta è molto puntuale e attende in anticipo. La canna e il caffè del saloon possono farmi passare un po'di tempo sgradevole.
