CCindyTsangI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

MMister StephenI really enjoyed my stay here so extended it for another day. This hotel has great front desk staff that answer all questions and put me at ease. It has the perfect location for a quick exit, being beside the airport. The restaurant food is delicious. The room I stayed in was clean with airport views. It was quiet and extremely effective at keeping the light out for a great sleep.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo deciso di fare un soggiorno veloce con i nostri gemelli di 3 anni e questo posto era perfetto! La piscina, le camere spaziose con balconi e il caffè Starbucks hanno servito le scale del negozio di hotel in mattinata insieme ai croissant, alberi di cipolle, pasta di oca, ecc. Tutto per un costo aggiuntivo, ma grande per avere quello disponibile!

UUtente ospiteThe room was clean. Have a hard time found out that the room has an iindependent wall mount air-condition. The room emperature control unit on the wall looks beautiful but has nothing to do with setting the room temperature. We were booking for two but the room has only one set of towel for bathing. We had to call room service to get the second set. Besides these small inconvenience the location is perfect for terminal C check in. Instead of taking hotel shuttle We were able to walk to the Delta checkin counter in 10 minutes.

One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast included in the stay. The spread offered a great mix of options, including healthy choices, which was a bonus. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted amazing.
The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it a comfortable space to relax. As a special request, the hotel kindly accommodated our preference for a room on the top floor, which added a nice touch to our stay.
The hotel's location near the airport was also a huge plus, with a convenient shuttle service that made traveling hassle-free. The airport was just a 5-minute ride away, making it an ideal choice for travelers like us.
Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto was great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and airport-friendly stay in the city.”

JJemelSiamo stati molto delusi dal nostro soggiorno recente dal 27 aprile –28. Dopo il check-out di lunedì mattina, il receptionista, Arshiya, non ci ha salutati o mostrato segni di amicizia. Quando ho chiesto alcune domande prima di partire, le sue risposte erano cortese e si sono incontrate come rudeshe non sorrise o non ha fatto alcun sforzo per essere benvenuti.Abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel in tutto il paese, e questa è stata di gran lunga la più fredda ricezione che abbiamo mai vissuto. Ci aspettavamo un livello più elevato di ospite, soprattutto in Canada, dove l'amicizia è qualcosa di noto nel paese.
La stanza stessa era buona, ma c'era un odore strano che rendeva il nostro soggiorno meno confortevole.
Anche il wifi sembra avere un problema.
Su una nota positiva, il cibo era eccellente, fresco e ben preparato, e la persona che ci ha salutati durante il pasto era calda e benvenuta. La loro gentilezza era davvero estremamente eccellente e ha contribuito a migliorare la nostra esperienza.
Raccomanderò di fornire ad Arshiya un'ulteriore formazione di servizio clienti per garantire che possa offrire il livello di ospite che gli ospiti si aspettano e che migliorerà la qualità complessiva del vostro business.

UUtente ospiteI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

The room is clean and comfortable too, especially the pillows are extremely comfortable. The shuttle bus service is very convenient. Perfect hotel to stay near the airport.
