Hotel con parcheggio a Mississauga

L'aeroporto non è lontano e una navetta gratuita vi riporta in hotel; il tragitto dura circa 10-15 minuti. Il personale della reception dell'hotel è molto professionale ed efficiente! Ho apprezzato particolarmente il bar self-service nella hall, dove è possibile prepararsi caffè o acqua calda, e c'era un'ampia scelta di bustine di tè! Avere acqua calda è una vera benedizione per chi viaggia dalla Cina!

I love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

Le camere sono state pulite e organizzate, e le persone che lavoravano li erano molto gentili e aiutavano con qualsiasi problema. La piscina e la sala pesante erano deludenti, ma se si va lì solo per l'hotel o per il cibo, è buono. La colazione ha avuto molte varietà di buoni servizi.

La stanza era confortevole, ma l'hotel era un posto per noi. In primo luogo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti per un check-in con un bambino nelle nostre braccia la notte, perché c'era solo un ricevitore che lavorava anche come cassiere in un negozio all'hotel e ha appena dato la priorità alle persone che lasciavano il negozio invece di quella che avevano fatto. Il pensiero di unire un ricevitore e un cassiere è una buona idea, non mi è mai stato detto. La piscina era un'altra giù. L'abbiamo prenotato per il diapositiva, ma nella piscina abbiamo imparato che la nostra figlia di quasi cinque anni è troppo piccola per il diapositiva. Noi ci siamo offerti di poter andare con lei, ma non era consentito, ci siamo lamentati e letteralmente non si è proposto nulla come soluzione, neanche una scusa. I poster per i diapositivi sono molto fuorvianti e quando la prenotazione non vi era alcuna informazione chiaramente visibile che vi fossero tali restrizioni per il diapositivo, che è così ansioso di pubblicità. In generale, questo è stato il peggiore soggiorno che abbiamo avuto per un po' a causa del servizio incredibilmente scarso.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

Well-located in the cluster of hotels that are next to the airport. The airport shuttle arrived within 15 minutes of waiting at the terminal (no need to commute out of the airport), though as always I believe all these hotels should manage their shuttle services a bit better especially because so many of the hotel names are similar and yet they require different shuttles. The room was pretty standard with a bathtub shower, sink and long counter-top, closet, TV, coffee making amenities, desk chair, and long desk-like counter under the TV where I could easily place my items on. The room was comfortable, the temperature of the heater/AC could be controlled by you, and the bed was large and comfortable. I will make note that there is a lot of light since you can see part of the airport's lights which are always on, and the curtain covers most but not all of this light. Breakfast had a good spread and variety, including: bagels, mini croissants, muffins, boiled & scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, toast, potatoes, baked beans, cream cheese, jams, peanut butter, yoghurt, milk, cereal, and a waffle-making machine. For drinks, there was juice as well as stations for hot water with tea options in bags and 3 types of hot coffee roast at the ready. The food was quite good and filling for the continuation of my trip, plus the small pastries made it easy to take along with me. My personal concerns are the fact all the dishes are single-use paper and the cutlery is single-use plastic, which I feel is a lot of waste they generate everyday, but a lot of hotels are like this in this area (probably because people take a pack with them on their trips).

Siamo stati molto delusi dal nostro soggiorno recente dal 27 aprile –28. Dopo il check-out di lunedì mattina, il receptionista, Arshiya, non ci ha salutati o mostrato segni di amicizia. Quando ho chiesto alcune domande prima di partire, le sue risposte erano cortese e si sono incontrate come rudeshe non sorrise o non ha fatto alcun sforzo per essere benvenuti.Abbiamo soggiornato in molti hotel in tutto il paese, e questa è stata di gran lunga la più fredda ricezione che abbiamo mai vissuto. Ci aspettavamo un livello più elevato di ospite, soprattutto in Canada, dove l'amicizia è qualcosa di noto nel paese. La stanza stessa era buona, ma c'era un odore strano che rendeva il nostro soggiorno meno confortevole. Anche il wifi sembra avere un problema. Su una nota positiva, il cibo era eccellente, fresco e ben preparato, e la persona che ci ha salutati durante il pasto era calda e benvenuta. La loro gentilezza era davvero estremamente eccellente e ha contribuito a migliorare la nostra esperienza. Raccomanderò di fornire ad Arshiya un'ulteriore formazione di servizio clienti per garantire che possa offrire il livello di ospite che gli ospiti si aspettano e che migliorerà la qualità complessiva del vostro business.

Soggiornate qui solo perché avete un volo di prima mattina da Toronto, quindi non aspettatevi troppo. La camera era discreta, ma niente di speciale, i mobili erano un po' vecchi e usurati. La posizione è buona, proprio accanto all'aeroporto, e c'è un servizio navetta gratuito attivo 24 ore su 24. Al piano terra c'è un grande bar e ristorante con un menù semplice, ma non effettuano consegne in camera, bisogna andare a prendere il cibo.

Our stay was very nice, quiet and relaxing, staff were very helpful, reliable shuttle service the rooms was clean to satisfaction, only thing could do with a kettle for hot water as am not a coffee person, apart from that, lovely I would definitely booked again. Thank you Tracey

Buon hotel, personale utile, bel ristorante. Ho prenotato una stanza di jacuzzi, ma il jet era rotto. Hanno offerto sconti e hanno dato qualche soldo indietro per la compensazione. Sono felice per la loro considerazione e servizio.
