PPianist with no handsI love staying in this Sheraton because it's only opposite the airport entrance, connecting to T3 by a 1-minute walk. The vibe is very relaxing, and the room facilities are very comfortable. I love the mattress and the shower, which were well supported and had intense water pressure, respectively. I would love to come back next time, but to be reminded that the breakfast is only provided a la carte with CAD$25. The buffet breakfast are only offered if you book the room on its website.

In primo luogo, abbiamo dovuto aspettare 15 minuti per un check-in con un bambino nelle nostre braccia la notte, perché c'era solo un ricevitore che lavorava anche come cassiere in un negozio all'hotel e ha appena dato la priorità alle persone che lasciavano il negozio invece di quella che avevano fatto. Il pensiero di unire un ricevitore e un cassiere è una buona idea, non mi è mai stato detto. La piscina era un'altra giù. L'abbiamo prenotato per il diapositiva, ma nella piscina abbiamo imparato che la nostra figlia di quasi cinque anni è troppo piccola per il diapositiva. Noi ci siamo offerti di poter andare con lei, ma non era consentito, ci siamo lamentati e letteralmente non si è proposto nulla come soluzione, neanche una scusa. I poster per i diapositivi sono molto fuorvianti e quando la prenotazione non vi era alcuna informazione chiaramente visibile che vi fossero tali restrizioni per il diapositivo, che è così ansioso di pubblicità. In generale, questo è stato il peggiore soggiorno che abbiamo avuto per un po' a causa del servizio incredibilmente scarso.

AAlicia York-BirdA lovely jewel of a hotel right by the Pearson airport. It serves its purpose well; it is primarily for guests
flying in or out of Toronto the following day. No reason not to stay longer, except for price and the fact it's in a highly industrial zone.
The staff are highly professional, the amenities are plentiful, and the hotel itself is spotless and decorated beautifully. The rooms are small though well-appointed, and all anyone needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel restaurant is extremely pricey and seemed like more of a bar than anything else; however there are plentiful nearby restaurant options to either go out to eat or order delivery.
There is a pool and gym, though I was too pooped from a day of travel to just get to the hotel to use them. Front desk will happily arrange an early wake up call to make sure you don't miss your flight!
Would happily stay there again should the occasion arise.

Ci aspettavamo un livello più elevato di ospite, soprattutto in Canada, dove l'amicizia è qualcosa di noto nel paese.
La stanza stessa era buona, ma c'era un odore strano che rendeva il nostro soggiorno meno confortevole.
Anche il wifi sembra avere un problema.
Su una nota positiva, il cibo era eccellente, fresco e ben preparato, e la persona che ci ha salutati durante il pasto era calda e benvenuta. La loro gentilezza era davvero estremamente eccellente e ha contribuito a migliorare la nostra esperienza.

UUtente ospitehad a really pleasant experience overall. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive—staff were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay.
The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.
I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider coming back again.

UUtente ospiteI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

SSlavaI stayed at this hotel for just one night. I chose it expecting it to be a little better than average, but overall it was just okay.
Check-in was friendly and fast. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows, but the sofa in the room was not comfortable at all. The room itself felt small and not very cozy. I would have preferred proper curtains instead of roller blinds.
Noise was a factor—the hotel sits under a flight path. It didn’t bother me much once I was asleep, but sensitive sleepers should keep this in mind. The elevators were also a bit frustrating, as the card tap didn’t always work right away, though eventually it did.
Breakfast was disappointing. The area was extremely crowded, and the food was below average.
In the end, I wouldn’t pay extra for this hotel. It’s very similar to many others in the same category, and the rate feels overpriced for what you actually get.

The hotel offers essential amenities like heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, toiletries, a microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. The spacious double bed and clean room provided a comfortable environment. The quiet atmosphere added to the overall comfort. It would be nice if the hotel provided complimentary water bottles.
A free airport shuttle service is a great perk. Call the hotel upon arrival for pickup and speak to the staff for drop-off for your next flight. You can also conveniently order food through DoorDash or Uber Eats and have it left outside your door.
The reception staff, Taran, was kind enough to allow a slightly late checkout, which was a blessing given our exhaustion. The only downside was the hotel taking a record of my credit card, which they claimed was for their file.
I highly recommend NU Airport Toronto Hotel for travellers seeking a break, rest, and rejuvenation before continuing their journey.
