Hotel 2 stelle a Pattaya

I really enjoyed my stay here. 1. Rooms are clean and convenient compare to other hotels on this beach 2. They provide free transfers to and out of the pier. I didn’t know they can pick up you from the pier (maybe you should inform them before arriving) but they no problem can transfer you anytime to pier after check out. 3. I changed hotel to check different services and asked to store my small back on 1-2 days, because after I got booking here again. And they got no questions and stored it for free 🙏🥰 4. They provide towels and beach seats free for quests. Personal all around and my staff were save with them plus they have toilet near by. So convenient. If you now staying at hotel for can pay for seats: small chairs 100 batt, big ones 200 batt. Plus additional towels (idk how much) But we will planning to hang out at this location during our stay in different hotels on the beach because there are less people around 🙌 5. We are family of vegetarians and the host kindly agreed to chance our breakfast menu and I’m so thankful. Thank you Tawaen Beach hotel for making my stay at this beach very very comfortable. I will definitely come back again 💞

It was my first stay at this hotel. I decided to book based on the photos on their page. I asked for a room with a balcony but initially got a room without a window. The room was full of dust, the AC wasn't working and TV screen was fully covered in dust, the remote didn't have batteries. Not to mention there was no mini fridge nor trash bin. In toilet there was no soap, shampoo, toilet paper, nor a small towel for the feet. Upon my request we got a different room. This room was much better. Although it had dust behind the bed and one bed light and one outlet wasn't working and there was no TV remote, this room had a window next to the bed and in the toilet, a mini fridge, AC was working as well as the remote. A few things were still lacking like a small towel and a trash bin. The liquid soap and shampoo together with toilet paper we got upon my request because it wasn't in the room when we entered. Even though I booked for two nights I decided to stay one night. There was noise from Big C around 7-8PM from some kind of outdoor aerobic exercise. Also to mention the positive things. The girl at the reception was polite and helpful. Although I don't know why she didn't give us the second room first, she managed to make our stay pleasant. The location is close to Big C and the bus station. There is a baht bus waiting a few minutes to take you to the beach. Since we stayed for one night only, I asked for a refund for the second night which the staff approved. It seems that there's no housekeeping. The rooms are dusty and many amenities are missing. The price and location is good and I'm sure with regular maintenance this would be a good hotel to stay. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will come to this place again if they don't improve the service. L'hotel è buono, era pulito, aria condizionata e TV (c'è TV intelligente) nuovo, wi-fi nella stanza è normale, un posto per fumare è, nella stanza c'è anche un pozzo di tè e un frigorifero, due bottiglie d'acqua e caffè sono da dare al giorno, In generale tutto è eccellente, il prezzo è anche piacevole.

L'hotel non è un granché. Servizi: solo due asciugamani, niente asciugamani per viso o piedi. Non c'è la tenda nella doccia, quindi tutto il pavimento è bagnato. Il rubinetto è così allentato che sta per rompersi. La cosa peggiore è l'insonorizzazione: non c'è. Ci sono grandi fessure sotto le porte e le pareti sono sottili. Ci siamo svegliati alle 4 del mattino perché sono arrivati ​​degli americani e delle ragazze del posto. Tutti e quattro o cinque urlavamo (non sto esagerando). Alla reception ci hanno consigliato di aspettare (a quanto pare di aspettare e ascoltare fino a ****************). Ma al secondo tentativo ci hanno sentito e ci hanno aiutato a creare un ambiente tranquillo in hotel. Grazie per questo. Il prezzo, però, è ragionevole. Per una sola notte va bene.

La posizione è perfetta per i miei viaggi. Prenoto e soggiorno sempre qui. Le strutture sono molto vecchie e usurate, ma essendo uno che dorme principalmente, sono soddisfatto. Il personale pulisce la camera ogni giorno e mi accoglie con un sorriso, il che mi fa iniziare la giornata di buon umore. Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno di 15 giorni e ora alloggio in una camera diversa.

La piscina sembra vecchia, ma pulita. La velocità WiFi non è buona, ma non è 12 mb. La camera è grande ma sembra vecchia, la camera è pulita. Sono stato sempre abbastanza bene, ma all'ultimo giorno NON hanno ridato indietro i 1000 baht del deposito. Io ero partito la sera prima alle 18, avevo lasciato la ricevuta e tutto il resto alla mia ragazza, era lei che faceva il check out la mattina dopo, mostra la ricevuta... e loro che fanno? Dicono a lei, che i soldi del deposito li avevo già incassati io la sera prima. Falso, solo bugie. Dopo aver telefonato a me ci ritorna, e per la seconda volta, mentono ancora, con tutto che aveva lei la ricevuta.

L'hotel ci ha controllati in tempo e non permette l'iscrizione precoce. Questo è tutto ok e noi comprendiamo. L'affitto di moto con l'hotel è più economico di quello che gli negozi offrono al Pier. Sono riuscito a noleggiare per 300 baht mentre l'offerta al pier era da 400 a 500 baht.

I prezzi sono ragionevoli e tutti i dipendenti che lavorano in un'atmosfera confortevole sono cordiali. Gli ospiti sono sempre allegri e cordiali. Altamente raccomandato se venite a Pattaya! Anche la spiaggia di Pattaya è raggiungibile a piedi, quindi la posizione è ottima.
