AAmbritaThe place is very clean. Super relax. The public baht is clean and very relaxing. There’s a massage chair that I loved.
The staff is welcoming and always available.
Room are clean and comfortable.
The bed is a bit hard, and maybe it’s a bit difficult to open your luggage cause of the tiny space

FFoufousThey send you instead for self-check in which is fine. But when you face issues with your stay then there’s no one you can directly talk to, someone from the dorm took the bed fhat was assigned to me by mistake so I just took another bed instead but the bedsheets had hair on them. I think they need to check their washing machine because the sheets seemed clean and washed so maybe the machine just needs maintenance. It’s good for budget stays with free washing machine to use, kitchen and water dispenser.

LLWX72Excellent location with the Akamine monorail station just beside the hotel. Reception was friendly and took the time to explain to us how to insert the key into the keycard slot in the room to turn on the power, and timing and location of the morning breakfast. However, upon entering the room and checking the beds, we realused that while the bedsheets seemed to be clean, the covers were stained and dirty and appeared to have been just folded back on the beds after the previous guests checked out from the room.

UUtente ospiteFamily trip one night stay to be close to airport and depart next day. The lady checking us in was the best, courteous and very helpful. The gentleman checking us out was great and getting us a fast taxi. The remodeled room had everything we needed 2 good sized beds and even a clothes washer. Quiet for good rest. Table and refrigerator with microwave. No interruptions with Wifi and decently fast. Very close to convenience stores. Plenty of parking available. Very secure.

The staff he is so polite friendly 👍🏽 I was staying for 5days, no one been bother me, nice city view and quite area, opposite of the hotel I can also rental a bicycle, if you want taxi they also have taxi everywhere around the hotel, super super close to airport and Naha tourist area, only 10mins from hotel to airport! I would definitely come back for this hotel!🙂

UUtente anonimoLa posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, al bordo della stazione metropolitana e della stazione di autobus, la gita è molto conveniente.Molti supermercati e negozi convenienti vicini.Gli attrazioni sono anche molto vicine!La stanza è molto pulita e comoda, si può fare lavastoviglie e così via.Il rapporto di prezzo è molto alto, è anche adatto per vivere e soggiornare per molte persone. Dovrà vivere in questo hotel in un momento successivo a Okinawa!

DDutchieOZFor my trip to Okinawa I stayed here for 3 nights. The gentle men at check in was really nice and we switched to English as best he could to help me out which was very nice. The room was good and bathroom as well. It's all you need for your stay. I booked it with breakfast included, which it was, you just have to think about it that this hotel only serves riceballs, miso out of a package and a coffee machihne for breakfast that is it. However there is a 7 eleven down the street where I got my breakfast from which is fine. While there it's a good idea to take a day ticket for the mono rail and just travel that way. I enjoyed it and got to Shuri castle and to a Urasoe Castle which I really enjoyed and it's beautiful. I would definately recommend as it's clean, easy for transport and I enjoyed my stay for sure.

LLWX72Hotel is located beside a busy road which makes getting in and out from the carpark a tad challenging during peak hours. It is also quite a distance from the monorail station, about 15-20 mins' walk. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The apartment was surprisingly large and clean and relatively quiet with a big washing machine and small kitchen. There was some bike revving at the back lane on fri night but otherwise peaceful. Would highly recommend if you drive.

La stanza era più grande del previsto e l'insonorizzazione non era buona. La tosse e il russamento della stanza accanto erano molto evidenti.
Non ci sono tende alle finestre, quindi al mattino c'è troppo luce per dormire😅
Sarebbe più comodo se dietro la porta venissero aggiunti dei ganci.
Il bagno vorrebbe essere pulito di più, ma è comunque accettabile
