Hotel 2 stelle a Suzhou

Ho prenotato una camera per il viaggio dei miei figli e la stanza era esattamente come nelle foto: pulita e ordinata. La posizione all'interno della città vecchia è comodissima. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e attento, fornendoci una mappa con un itinerario di visita ben dettagliato che ci ha fatto risparmiare un sacco di tempo. Al momento del check-out ci ha anche offerto dei dolcetti, è stato davvero premuroso. Eccellente!

Un hotel eccellente, che merita pienamente la valutazione massima su tutti i parametri su trip.com. La pulizia è di prim'ordine, in particolare la biancheria da letto, i cuscini e il materasso sono di ottima qualità, non ho mai dormito così bene in vita mia, meglio che a casa. Personale molto attento e disponibile ovunque. È stato molto comodo poter lasciare i bagagli fino alla sera dell'ultimo giorno e c'era un bagno pubblico accanto all'ascensore. La posizione nel centro storico è ideale, tutto è nelle vicinanze, negozi, bar, trasporti, attrazioni sono a 10 minuti di distanza. a piedi. Non volevo andarmene. Mi è piaciuta molto l'organizzazione di tutto al piano inferiore, nella hall: una zona relax e d'attesa, una zona buffet - tè gratuito di 2 tipi, caffè, una bibita, un tavolo con prese elettriche per lavorare se necessario. Lavanderia con tutto il necessario: detersivi, ferro da stiro, stazione a vapore, ecc. Nella hall c'è anche uno stand con suggerimenti per le escursioni, ma se ho capito bene, sono in cinese. Tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno nella stanza: acqua gratuita, set per il tè, pantofole, sapone, asciugamani e tutto il resto venivano rinnovati e riforniti quotidianamente. La pressione dell'acqua è molto buona. Mi è piaciuta anche l'insonorizzazione della camera, nonostante fosse l'ultima in fondo al corridoio. Non ho usato l'aria condizionata, non posso dire nulla, dato che ero lì all'inizio di novembre, il clima e la temperatura erano molto confortevoli sia fuori che dentro l'hotel. Era possibile comunicare con il personale della reception in inglese. C'è un ascensore. L'unica cosa a cui i viaggiatori provenienti da altri paesi dovrebbero prestare attenzione è che le prese sono cinesi, io avevo il mio adattatore con me, quindi non ci sono stati problemi, forse c'è un adattatore su richiesta alla reception, non posso dirlo con certezza, dato che non l'ho chiesto io stesso, ma se ce n'è uno alla reception, allora sarebbe fantastico, perché l'assenza di una di queste piccole cose può rovinare l'intero viaggio, e per un hotel acquistare anche 1 adattatore per camera non è una grande spesa. Nel complesso, ho lasciato l'hotel come se fosse casa mia, tutto era davvero molto bello, nonostante io sia piuttosto critica su tutto. PERFETTO! GRAZIE PER L'ECCELLENTE LAVORO di tutti coloro che hanno contribuito a creare un posto così accogliente e confortevole in cui vivere. GRANDE!!!!!! L'unica cosa che l'hotel dovrebbe migliorare, il che è fondamentale per i viaggiatori stranieri, è aggiornare il nome dell'hotel su Google Maps, nell'app Maps.me e in altre app. L'hotel ha ancora il vecchio nome Hanting Express, il che può trarre in inganno quando si prenota l'hotel e poi lo si verifica cercandolo sulle mappe e in diverse applicazioni. Ho allegato uno screenshot della mappa con il vecchio nome. Ciononostante, l'hotel merita il punteggio più alto su tutti i parametri.

Questo hotel, relativamente piccolo e indipendente, si distingue tra i tanti di Guanqian Street per i suoi prezzi accessibili. La posizione è ottima: a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana di Leqiao, a meno di 20 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Suzhou e vicino alle principali attrazioni turistiche, raggiungibile in taxi. Guanqian Street e Pingjiang Road sono raggiungibili a piedi e al piano terra si trovano numerosi ristoranti. Di notte non è un luogo inquietante. Il servizio alla reception è stato eccellente: ci hanno aiutato con i bagagli e ci hanno offerto asciugamani caldi all'arrivo. La camera che ho prenotato era molto spaziosa; il letto era largo circa due metri e aveva cuscini comodi, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. La pulizia era buona; non ho riscontrato alcun problema. La disposizione della camera era un po' particolare, con tavolo e sedie stipati in un piccolo angolo. I principali inconvenienti erano il lavandino piuttosto poco profondo e soggetto a schizzi, e il rubinetto che sembrava perdere, causando l'accumulo di acqua sul piano; la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia non era particolarmente forte, il che potrebbe risultare insufficiente in inverno. La prima sera era un sabato ed era un po' rumoroso perché qualcuno metteva musica da discoteca fino a tardi; la seconda sera era più tranquillo. Nel complesso, è un'opzione con un prezzo ragionevole.

Very good apartment in one of the skyscrapers in the Suzhou Industrial Park district. Despite our request to live on the higher floor with a lake view, we lived in the apartment on the 27th (from 47) floor with the city view. Probably, they just don't have lake-view apartments. However, there is another skyscraper in front of our building. Though, the room was perfect! Very clean, with home shoes, slippers, bath and face towels, teeth kits, kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle). However, there was no cookware or dishware. We also needed an iron (as was promised in the room description), but the administrator brought us a steamer (which is even better) a few hours after the request. There are many convenient stores around, where you can buy even cooked food. In general, we recommend this place to everyone! Несмотря на нашу просьбу заселить нас максимально высоко с видом на озеро, нам досталась комната на 27 (из 47) этаже с видом на город. Возможно, у них просто нет комнат повыше с видом на озеро. Однако, прямо перед этим небосрёбом находится другой со стороны как раз озера. И всё равно, сама комната оказалась просто превосходной! Очень чистая, с домашними тапочками, душевыми сланцами, банными и лицевыми полотенцами, зубным набором, кухней (холодильник, микроволновка, чайник). Однако, не было ни посуды для приготовления, ни столовой посуды. Когда нам понадобился утюг (а он был обещан в описании номера), мы попросили администратора, и тот принёс отпариватель (что даже удобнее) через несколько часов. Вокруг здания много небольших магазинчиков, в том числе с готовой едой. В общем и целом, мы рекомендуем это место для всех путешественников!

La casa è situata nel centro della città antica di Suzhou, in una strada pittoresca e silenziosa. La casa è molto bella, i mobili sono eleganti, ci sono anche un bagno intelligente e oggetti disponibili. Purtroppo non c'erano asciugamani, ma carta. Non c'era nessun desktop, anche se specificato nella descrizione della proprietà. Siamo arrivati al 13 (ora del desktop front 8-19) ma nessuno c'era e non abbiamo ricevuto nulla sul chat trip.com. Quando abbiamo chiamato la proprietà, ci hanno risposto solo in cinese e poi ci hanno inviato un codice weChat Qr. Ci hanno scritto solo in cinese, anche se li stavamo scrivendo in inglese. Fortunatamente weChat ha un servizio di traduzione, altrimenti sarebbe stato impossibile per noi capire cosa fare. Poi hanno dato informazioni su come raggiungere la proprietà (anche se ci fosse già stata) e ci hanno dato un codice di accesso che non potevamo usare, perché non sapevamo la cosa più importante: il numero della stanza. Inoltre, il codice di accesso è cambiato ogni volta che usciamo (dicono che è un problema con le persone non cinesi) e era piuttosto fastidioso scriverli tutto il tempo su di noi chat. La stanza è molto buona!

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione e molto pulito. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. È particolarmente consigliato perché le camere sono particolarmente pulite, soprattutto i bagni. Ho appena letto nella sezione commenti che alcune opzioni per la colazione includono noodles, ma quando sono andato lì quel giorno, c'erano bastoncini di pasta fritta e porridge. Ma non aspettarti che sia gentile a questo prezzo, ignoralo e basta.

Questa accogliente pensione, in un'ottima posizione, è uno dei posti più belli in cui ho soggiornato durante i due mesi trascorsi in Cina. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e si prendono cura della struttura in modo impeccabile. Le camere sono pulitissime. Il balcone direttamente sull'acqua è stato un punto a suo favore. Prendere il tè del mattino lì, accompagnato da uno spuntino, è un modo meraviglioso per iniziare la giornata. Il Wi-Fi funziona benissimo. I letti sono comodissimi! Si trova proprio nel centro dell'antica città di Tongli, un luogo davvero affascinante con tantissime opportunità per scattare foto. Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Suzhou, prendete la linea 4 della metropolitana fino al capolinea. Uscite dall'uscita 9 o 10 e troverete l'autobus elettrico ART che vi porterà direttamente alla porta nord di Tongli. È gratuito! Il viaggio dura circa un'ora in totale, ma è davvero piacevole soggiornare a Tongli.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing. The location was convenient, with easy access to Suzhou Railway Station and popular attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was good value for money, and I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Suzhou.

I arrived in pouring rain. I thought I could walk to my hotel but it was impossible in the downpour. I didn’t want to bother any hotel owner.   I didn’t and still don’t  have an eSIM that can make local  call but thanks to Trip.com, there is a link that I could call the owner for free.  I didn’t advise the owners my arrival time so they were off running errands.  I called the owner to pick me up and thankfully he answered. He was busy but gracious enough to turn around and picked me up. It knew Zhouhuang requires a ticket but I didn’t know that no cars, nor motorcycles, nor bicycles are allowed. Without him I would have arrived the hotel easily.  I always like to meet the owners instead of employees . They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They are honest people who dedicate their  blood and sweat to their business. The owner even offered to walk me to the bus stop  to Suzhou which was my next destination.  This  operates two hotels with 9 in one and 6 in the other. The one that I stayed in with 9 rooms is in a  lively and busy area . Just outside the hotel is a restaurant and there are plenty of places to eat. Inside the hotel is a peaceful oasis where you won’t hear any noise. The location is the best. The other hotel is in a quieter neighborhood a few minutes away. Each of the 15 rooms has it’s own personality, is different and has its distinctive decoration. The owners said they decorated them themselves. I love the decoration and especially the lighting.  After you reserve a room, be sure to contact the owner for the exact address in case you want to arrive on your own. I think it is best to request the owner to take you there because he/she will lead you to the ticket booth to buy tickets. There are a number of bridges so heavy big luggages can be a bit of a challenge .  If you arrive after 5 pm, you can enter free of charge as no one is there to check your ticket. . But once you are inside, and if you choose to leave the area after 8 or 9 am until 5 pm, you have to pay to come back in. You can buy a one day or in my case 3 days pass.  Do check with the owner for up to date information.  The room was quite clean. There were hot water all the time. There were other guests during my stay but they were not noisy at all. I barely heard them. I slept very well during my 3 nights there.  Zhouhuang is really beautiful. There are many canals, bridges, boat rides, good food of all kinds. I had some of the best meals there. In fact , I ate in the same restaurant that serves dumpling twice. One night I had grill (BBQ) meat just outside the entrance for 4 yuans. .  There is decent size supermarket just outside the turnstile and not too far away is a much bigger supermarket. It was there where I bought half a Peking duck for only 32 yuans . The seller sliced the meat and separated the meat from  the bones. The bones he fried so it was crunchy.  It was delicious. There is a theater that offers performances. The night view is great. If you step out your room, you will be overwhelmed in a good sense by the exciting surroundings.  This hotel definitely is one of the best that I have ever stayed in. Look at the beautiful pictures and find one that you like.  I stayed only 3 nights and one of those days I went to Tongli. In my opinion, one should spend at least 2 to 3 full days in  Zhouhuang (and especially this hotel ) savor the ambience. I don’t think Tongli is worth the time because it was twice as expensive and there are not that many canals and boat rides. It is much quieter and has fewer things to see. . The worst is that the sightseeing places require you to show your ticket. After 2 places, I lost mine ticket and I  couldn’t get in the rest of the places. It is unnecessary to require proof of entrance because you can’t enter the area without a ticket.
