Hotel 2 stelle a Shenyang

This place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional. There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts. During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful. On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.

The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

La stanza era bella e pulita, la posizione era molto conveniente. La receptionista era incredibilmente gentile e accogliente, era molto disposta ad aiutarmi con le mie indagini sulla zona e mi ha aiutato nel mio arrangimento taxi, considerando che non conoscevo la zona in generale, e il servizio aeroportuale era anche molto efficiente. In primo luogo, la posizione era bella, non c'era scherzo. Il centro commerciale era collegato al condo. E il centro commerciale era collegato anche alla linea di metropolitana. Ma il CA era orribile al secondo piano. In primo luogo, abbiamo chiesto al proprietario attraverso il wechat. Il proprietario vide che stavo aprendo a 16 gradi e la gentile come diceva, non aprire troppo basso, solo a 21, mi ha confuso. Poi ci siamo ripresi a contattare, e una persona è venuta alla nostra unità per cercare di risolverla. Anche se non credo che abbia risolto nulla. Era un duplex, il primo piano aveva un acciaio funzionale normale, ma il secondo piano non poteva sentire una sola cosa. Non mi faccia iniziare quando dopo la doccia, la ventilazione era ****, quindi il secondo piano era caldo. Il bagno era tutto a posto, solo un lingerie consiglia di mettere un gancio o qualcosa del genere, visto che non potevamo appendere nessuna delle nostre tovaglie, vestiti all'interno del bagno. Infine, abbiamo prenotato una stanza per cinque persone, ma c'erano solo due pendenti nel giacca. Come la tovagliola? Come potevamo tutti pendere la tovagliola? Abbiamo finito di comprare pendenti.

Conveniente. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla linea di metropolitana 1 (prendere la partenza C). Se viene dalla stazione ferroviaria di Shenyangbei prende la linea 2 e poi cambia la linea 1. Puoi camminare dal palazzo imperiale di Shenyang dall'hotel. Il personale di servizio è amichevole e bello al check-in. Ho chiesto informazioni e mi hanno fornito informazioni senza esitazione. La stanza dell'hotel è pulita. Lo spazio era solo bello con una rack appropriata per me di mettere il mio grande bagaglio. Per notare la ricezione è separata dal principale edificio della camera d'albergo che è a pochi passi verso il retro dopo l'iscrizione. Il conteggio di check-in ha lavatrice disponibile per la lavaggio. La strada principale di shopping Zhongjie è appena vicino all'hotel. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno.

I stayed on floor 29 th. From the room I can see the beautiful view of the road below . Impressive view of Shenyang both in the morning and at night also. The room has area about 35 square metre approximately. Spacious room and well decorated beautifully. I feel comfortable to stay in the room for a long time . The facility in the room has quality as same as a 4 star hotel. Very big shopping mall ( new opening in year 2026) is very near on first floor to fifth floor . Subway station is on basement floor or B1 floor ( less than 100 meters ) Jinrong Zhongxin subway station ( Financial center metro station , Line 2 , Exit D ) This is the best location in Shenyang city , but I can pay in budget price ( great value for money ) not expensive , but convenient and comfortable. So I wish to stay only here again in the future if I travel Shenyang . From ShenyangBei ( Shenyang North) railway station I walk about 900 meters to the hotel on building C2 ,floor 29 . But you can come to hotel by subway line 2 ( just one stop only ) from ShenyangBei Zhan station to JinRongZhongXin station . Less than 3 minutes by subway ( only 1 stop )

La mia stanza è stata aggiornata in una stazione più grande senza alcun costo aggiuntivo per la seconda notte, anche se avevo appena prenotato la serata di quando stavo per soggiornare.

La posizione era eccellente, proprio accanto alla stazione di metropolitana del Centro finanziario e a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di ShenYang Nord. È anche facile andare in uno dei più grandi mercati mattinali se si segue semplicemente la mappa GaoDe. Sono andato anche al museo più vicino, perché le strade sono facili da camminare. Molto consigliare questo posto per la posizione e il prezzo a prezzi accessibili. Ci sono molti ristoranti, mini-mart, negozi di frutta proprio sotto la casa. È anche un centro commerciale a piedi. Ci è anche un piccolo giardino vicino se non si può davvero fare senza giardino. Ci sono 3 ristoranti a hall a 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. La stanza che ho trovato era spaziosa e ben progettata, e i pilastri sono costruiti in uno specchio corporeo completo che mi ha sorpreso. La stanza ha tutto quello che mi serve per il mio soggiorno di settimana. Internet non era abbastanza stabile per le chiamate video. Portare alcuni pezzi d'orecchio per la qualità delle pareti sono davvero sottili. Il servizio del proprietario era professionale e molto rapido, cosa che è cruciale in questa linea di business. Gli appartamenti di questo proprietario sembrano essere molto più in domanda. (Ho rinunciato ad un altro appartamento da un altro proprietario e sono venuto qui invece. L'altro proprietario in un altro blocco era una dellusione totale. Per questo sono felice di aver trovato un tale proprietario professionale.) In generale, non può chiedere di più con questo appartamento a questo tasso. Certamente oltre la mia aspettativa. 👍

Good location, near to Shenyang Imperial palace and other attractions. Easy to reach by subway🚇, Huaiyuanmen station is the nearest station but you need to navigate to get to this hotel. It is located on the inner road next to other apartments. Once you come out of Huaiyuanmen station, Exit B, U-turn and you will see the main gate to Imperial Palace.Walk across the street into the main gate, keeping to your left. This is the inner road...walk along the road for 200m or so, you'll see a BBQ restaurant in your right and a gated parking area next to it. The hotel is just beside this restaurant. It's easy to travel around using public buses too. The young pretty lady reception at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. We stayed here for three nights. But our key card was deactivated on the second day which I don't understand why. The bearded guy, probably the boss activated the card for us after we came downstairs again. Then the next issue was when we opened our room door we were shocked to see that the room was not made up at all, although we had hung the signage at the door before we left in the morning.We came back in the evening, tired after one whole day of touring around Shenyang to find a room not made up and no replenishment of water and basic amenities. We had to go downstairs again to lodge the complaint and he was rather defensive, saying that I should have requested for making up the room at the front desk, in which I asked him what's the use of the signage card for. Thereafter, he took some time to replace the towels, bottled water and other basic toiletries. In another review by another guest, this bearded guy was mentioned as a humorous man. However, I was taken aback by his comments including mentioning that we drink so much water when we requested for two extra bottles of water. FYI, we have been given lots of drinking water all the while when we stayed in China hotels. This is the 10th hotel that we are staying at during our 20-days trip to North Eastern China. The only negative remark is the cleaning service in this hotel is unsatisfactory. Although, the next day the room was supposed to be cleaned, I had to pick up the hair and rubbish that was blocking the water outlet and also some food droppings on the carpet. We're grateful that the hotel management upgraded the room for us. It would have been perfect if they looked into improving their cleaning services and responses to hotel guests.
