Hotel 2 stelle a Shenyang

La posizione dell'hotel è in mezzo alla strada, molto calda intorno, ma non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi dell'ambiente dell'hotel. L'hotel è molto tranquillo. Il traffico intorno è molto conveniente. È molto vicino alla stazione metropolitana. Il palazzo di Yang Yang e la vecchia residenza Zhang Jiang possono camminare e andare molto vicino. L'atteggiamento del cameriere dell'hotel è anche molto gentile. È necessario che questa visita a Hanting sia una scelta molto intelligente.

This place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay in a serviced condominium rather than a traditional hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and proactive. She contacted us before our stay and sent videos showing how to get to the place, which made everything much easier. She even came down to the lobby to meet us. She didn’t smile much that day, possibly because she was tired, but she was still attentive and professional. There’s a very famous night market right below the building, where you can try all kinds of local Sheyang snacks and, honestly, food from all over China thanks to the variety of vendors. In the morning, there’s also a morning market on the same street where you can get simple Chinese breakfasts. During our stay, the four of us washed quite a few clothes, and the hangers and drying rack in the room weren’t enough. After contacting reception, he came very quickly and brought us a much larger drying rack, which was extremely helpful. On our last day, our train was at 10 p.m., and we didn’t want to carry our luggage around all day. We checked out early at around 10 a.m., and the reception kindly told us to leave our luggage in the room. We just needed to message them when we returned, and they would bring the bags down to us. It was a very sweet and thoughtful arrangement.

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto di Liu Xiang, molto adatto per il volo, e l'atteggiamento di servizio del negozio è molto buono, molto entusiasta, la posizione dell'hotel è sul lato della strada, accanto a una stazione di carica. Un consiglio è che il lavaggio del viso è troppo lento per scaricare l'acqua, che può essere fuori uso.

First of all, the location was superb, no joke there. The mall was connecting to the condo. And the mall was also connected to the metro line. However, the AC was horrible on the second floor. At first, we asked the owner through wechat. The owner saw I was opening at 16 degree and kinda like rudely said, don't open too low, just put it at 21. I was confused af ngl. Then, we contacted again, and a person came to our unit to try and fix it. Though I don't think he fixed anything. It was a duplex, the first floor had normal functional ac, but the second floor could not feel a single thing. Don't get me started when after u shower, the air ventilation was ****. So the second floor was hot af. The toilet was alright, just a lil advise to put a hook or something, cuz we could not hang any of our towel, clothes inside the bathroom. Finally, we booked a 5 people room, but there were only like two hangers in the closet. Like bruh? How could all of us hang our towel? We ended up buying hangers.

The room is big, new and clean and very comfortable lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, we love the views from our room window. What is most outstanding is the amount of helps the owner has provided to us during our stay:- 1. On the first day, we misplaced our international plug which means we cannot charge our phone, the owner helped to make purchases on our behalf and the plugs was delivered within an hour. 2. On the last day when we checked out, we dropped a watch when we boarded a taxi, however we only realised after 30 minutes, although we all knew it's very unlikely it will still be near the boarding area, we texted the owner again for help, and albeit skeptical that the watch will still be laying around, he helped to go personally to confirm that no watch is there. The service we received from this hotel is outstanding, we will definitely come back if we visit Shenyang again!!!

La vista dalla finestra era ottima, l'ambiente molto piacevole. C'è un'area per stendere i panni, una lavatrice e persino il detersivo. Hanno pensato anche a fornire struccante e dischetti di cotone, pantofole da bagno e usa e getta, asciugamani e teli da bagno monouso. Persino per la vasca da bagno c'è un rivestimento di plastica monouso, anche se la vasca è così lunga che il rivestimento sembra un po' piccolo. La cosa più importante è che il bagno era pulitissimo! Il materasso non è né troppo morbido né troppo duro, molto riposante, e il cuscino è avvolgente. Ci hanno anche fornito acqua minerale Nongfu Spring.

I stayed on floor 29 th. From the room I can see the beautiful view of the road below . Impressive view of Shenyang both in the morning and at night also. The room has area about 35 square metre approximately. Spacious room and well decorated beautifully. I feel comfortable to stay in the room for a long time . The facility in the room has quality as same as a 4 star hotel. Very big shopping mall ( new opening in year 2026) is very near on first floor to fifth floor . Subway station is on basement floor or B1 floor ( less than 100 meters ) Jinrong Zhongxin subway station ( Financial center metro station , Line 2 , Exit D ) This is the best location in Shenyang city , but I can pay in budget price ( great value for money ) not expensive , but convenient and comfortable. So I wish to stay only here again in the future if I travel Shenyang . From ShenyangBei ( Shenyang North) railway station I walk about 900 meters to the hotel on building C2 ,floor 29 . But you can come to hotel by subway line 2 ( just one stop only ) from ShenyangBei Zhan station to JinRongZhongXin station . Less than 3 minutes by subway ( only 1 stop )

La mia stanza è stata aggiornata in una stazione più grande senza alcun costo aggiuntivo per la seconda notte, anche se avevo appena prenotato la serata di quando stavo per soggiornare.

La posizione era eccellente, proprio accanto alla stazione di metropolitana del Centro finanziario e a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di ShenYang Nord. È anche facile andare in uno dei più grandi mercati mattinali se si segue semplicemente la mappa GaoDe. Sono andato anche al museo più vicino, perché le strade sono facili da camminare. Molto consigliare questo posto per la posizione e il prezzo a prezzi accessibili. Ci sono molti ristoranti, mini-mart, negozi di frutta proprio sotto la casa. È anche un centro commerciale a piedi. Ci è anche un piccolo giardino vicino se non si può davvero fare senza giardino. Ci sono 3 ristoranti a hall a 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. La stanza che ho trovato era spaziosa e ben progettata, e i pilastri sono costruiti in uno specchio corporeo completo che mi ha sorpreso. La stanza ha tutto quello che mi serve per il mio soggiorno di settimana. Internet non era abbastanza stabile per le chiamate video. Portare alcuni pezzi d'orecchio per la qualità delle pareti sono davvero sottili. Il servizio del proprietario era professionale e molto rapido, cosa che è cruciale in questa linea di business. Gli appartamenti di questo proprietario sembrano essere molto più in domanda. (Ho rinunciato ad un altro appartamento da un altro proprietario e sono venuto qui invece. L'altro proprietario in un altro blocco era una dellusione totale. Per questo sono felice di aver trovato un tale proprietario professionale.) In generale, non può chiedere di più con questo appartamento a questo tasso. Certamente oltre la mia aspettativa. 👍
