Hotel a Spring Lake, Stati Uniti d'America

This is one of the finest hotels I have visited in over 40 years of travel. EVERYTHING about this fine establishment including Security, Staff and accommodations as perfect. Although is was 16 miles from my business activity, it was well worth the drive, and the next time I return to Fayetteville (January 2021, this is where myself and my staff will stay. The front desk staff at check in and check out and the breakfast preparer were top of the line, and this visit was a redemption of the Choice Family after my incident at another Choice Hotel in Fayetteville Dec 6th.

Country Inn & Suites in Fayetteville is by all mean a small slice of paradise. The rooms are maintained to a high standard and quiet. The staff are especially nice and eager to help and understanding, looking to fix any issues one might have, as someone who travelled internationally they were respectful and helped me. Linda is an especially lovely employee. The hotels location is within walking distance of many restaurants with a wide variety of styles that anyone might want, or by simply going next door there is a cheap and good waffle house. It has been a wondeful experience and I'm glad to be a member of the Radisson family.

L'atteggiamento del servizio è buono. La stanza è molto pulita e grande. Le strutture pubbliche hanno un bevanda a caffè, tavolo da colpo e palla da ginnastica. La colazione dell'hotel è anche molto deliziosa per il giorno normale è 6.-9. La vacanza è 7.-10

Arrivammo all'hotel in prima serata. Ci siamo salutati da Amaya e Taya, che erano molto piacevoli e amichevoli. La nostra stanza non era ancora pronta, quindi abbiamo detto che andremmo a fare qualche errore e li abbiamo chiesti di farci sapere non appena era pronta. Meno di un'ora dopo il mio telefono mi ha chiamato e l'hotel ci ha chiamato per farci sapere che la nostra stanza era pronta e potevamo controllare. Dopo avermi appeso, ho ricevuto anche un testo e un messaggio sull'app Bonvoy.. Questo è stato impressionante! Abbiamo fatto un giro in camera e devo dire che era immacolato! Abbiamo soggiornato in un numero molto limitato di hotel l'anno scorso, ma questo è di gran lunga L'hotel più pulito che abbiamo soggiornato. Il lobby, l'albergo, la piscina e tutte le parti dell'hotel che abbiamo entrato erano le stesse. L'hotel è anche vicino a tutto (vendita, teatro cinema, ristoranti e Ft. Bragg) ma in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo avuto un paio di piccoli piccoli trucchetti con cose che non funzionavano correttamente nella stanza, ma ho parlato con Mylyn quando abbiamo controllato e mi ha assicurato che avrebbe controllato i punti che ho menzionato!

Era un posto pulito con un bel letto e la gente era molto gentile
