Hotel con spa a Pattaya

This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay. When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience. Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost. Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Questo è il mio quinto soggiorno in questo hotel. Si trova sull'autostrada che collega Jomtien Beach a Pattaya Beach. Il personale è cordiale e molto disponibile. La colazione ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il 7-Eleven è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Il terminal degli autobus per l'aeroporto è raggiungibile in 3 minuti di autobus baht.

Questo posto ha davvero un fascino unico. È bellissimo e il design di ispirazione zen dell'edificio rilassa immediatamente la mente. Le camere sono spaziose, la TV funziona perfettamente e il letto è semplicemente paradisiaco. L'ambiente, la colazione e, soprattutto, l'atmosfera sono assolutamente eccezionali. L'unico inconveniente, che per molti versi può anche essere un enorme vantaggio, è che si trova piuttosto lontano dal centro città. Ma questa distanza garantisce pace e tranquillità, e nei dintorni troverete graziosi negozietti, bancarelle di street food e uno scorcio della vera vita quotidiana in Thailandia, lontano dal rumore e dalla folla di Pattaya. Quindi sì, consiglio vivamente questo posto, soprattutto a chiunque sia disposto a rinunciare alla vita notturna per tranquillità e autenticità.

Molto amichevole personale, servizio taxi a 7/11 in qualsiasi momento, buon colazione.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza standard, ma hanno camere libere e la gestione dell'hotel è stata gentile abbastanza per aggiornare la nostra stanza, quindi abbiamo una grande stanza con bagno! È stato fantastico, grazie!

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. This is truly one of the best hotels in Pattaya. Everything here is beautiful: the excellent beachfront location with stunning views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the sense of privacy and calm. But most importantly — it’s the people. The hotel team. When you stay somewhere for such a long time, you really feel it. And here, you get the amazing feeling of being at home. From the very first day until the last, we experienced genuine care, warm smiles, and thoughtful attention. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. Un posto molto bello, ma avevo aspettato di più. Il massaggio e il bagno non sono stati offerti all'interno del resort, ma al bagno che era davanti all'hotel sulla strada principale. Grab tende a cadere all'ingresso del bagno invece dell'hotel. Le camere sono enormi con balcone ma le strutture sono di base. A differenza di alcune delle recensioni del buffet del colazione essere grande, penso che si può saltare e ordinare di prendere. Il suo normale per il prezzo non eccellente. Vengo al bagno ma per rimanere ancora forse non.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby. Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

A bit upset. As I arrived it is not a 5 star hotel. Bedroom balcony don't lock. Lift is scray. Swimming pool you would not jump in. Anyway after forced to stay 1 night. They finally agreed to give us 1 day refund. So we went. Thanks
