Che resort! Wow! Anche se non perfetto... i servizi, le camere, le ville e il servizio clienti... tutto il personale, semplicemente fantastico 👏 Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cura e l'attenzione che ci hanno riservato in ogni fase del nostro soggiorno. Anche la villa con due camere da letto è fantastica ed è stato molto gentile il responsabile della reception a permetterci di vedere la villa con tre camere da letto per il nostro prossimo soggiorno. Una piccola cosa... il cibo nei ristoranti con mezza pensione avrebbe bisogno di un po' più di scelta, così come la colazione. Tutto era un po' troppo piccante o asiatico. In ogni caso, torneremo!

Exceptional Return Stay – Personalized Service Beyond Expectations! This was my return visit to the hotel, and I must say I am as impressed as I was the first time. The consistency in quality and service is truly remarkable. I would like to highlight the exceptional service I received regarding my special requests for this stay. I had requested a complimentary birthday cake and a pre-booked Pavilion, both of which were handled perfectly and honestly exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the following team members: Khun Pakakan (Reservation Office) & Khun Somporn: Thank you for the seamless coordination and for securing the Pavilion booking for me. The communication via email was prompt and professional. Khun Kaw (Front Office): It was a pleasure to be checked in by Khun Kaw again! The service was outstanding. She provided a very clear explanation of the facilities and all the exclusive privileges with a warm, genuine smile. Having a familiar face provide such high-level service made the welcome feel very special. For the breakfast, I noticed a significant variety of Indian cuisine during my stay. While it was more prominent than usual, it was completely understandable as there seemed to be an Indian group in-house at the time. The quality remained good nonetheless. Overall, it was another wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for attentive service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

This hotel is very nice, but it needs better maintenance. Rooms are formidable, huge, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool is big and full of palms and trees. The staffs were very friendly and helpful!! There's a small gym, although in a poor maintenance, but with AC. The breakfast was excellent, every day new dishes and lots of varieties!!! Location is not so good, far from every place! I was walking towards to the coast 20 minutes, from where I could catch public transport to downtown for just 10B.

We stayed at this hotel for more than 30 days — in fact, over a month — and we can confidently say that we are leaving with the warmest and most wonderful memories. From the security staff who always greet you with a smile, to the pool attendants who check in every morning and evening to ask how your day has been. A special thank you to the Club Lounge team — the level of service they provide is truly exceptional. There is always a light, friendly atmosphere, with humour and sincere attention. You don’t feel like just a guest — you feel like a friend. Each morning you greet the staff, chat with them, and gradually guests begin to connect with each other too. It creates a very special and warm environment. This hotel is perfect for a calm, adult-oriented holiday. It is not a place for loud parties or busy entertainment — it is for those who truly want to relax and recharge. That is exactly what makes it so unique and valuable. We would also like to highlight how professionally and discreetly the entire team works. This is especially noticeable during events: sunbeds are quickly removed and returned, spaces are prepared and restored almost invisibly, without any noise or inconvenience for guests. In the evening there is an event — in the morning everything is perfectly clean again, as if nothing happened. A very special thank you to our beloved Nunnapat Wongpipit (Lyn), Executive Assistant Manager. She is a true example of inspiring leadership. Thanks to her, you can feel how united and positive the whole team is. She is always in touch with guests and genuinely tries to make their stay even more enjoyable. This was not our first stay here — and it certainly won’t be our last. We return because this is exactly the kind of отдых we are looking for. Avevo un bel tempo qui. L'accento per me era certamente l'absolutamente stupenda piscinait! Mi piaceva anche la varietà di massaggi disponibili al resort.

Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Sea View Cape Dara Pattaya is one of the hotels I truly enjoyed staying at. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered a stunning sea view that made the stay very relaxing. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully prepared and complete. The service was excellent from every department. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive from the valet parking team, reception staff, and throughout the hotel. The beachfront restaurant had an amazing atmosphere, especially during the evening. The food was delicious, and the wine selection was very well curated and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back again.

Il Royal Cleef Beach Terrace è un'esperienza di lusso che non delude. Durante il Festival Songkran ho prenotato una camera vista mare al 29° piano per meno di 2.000 baht. Paghi anche la colazione, quindi il valore CP è molto alto! Anche se la stanza è ovviamente più vecchia, il letto è facile per dormire, non è vero? Il materasso è molto morbido. C'è una vasca da bagno nel bagno, ma è fastidioso stare nella vasca per fare il bagno. La colazione è buona con una varietà di scelte, tra cui uova fritte e zuppa di spaghetti di riso appena cucinati. C'è una sala massaggi e 7-11 accanto al piano inferiore, il che è molto conveniente! Il punto chiave è che la vista sul mare è super bella!

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Arriving in the early morning after a long international flight, we were met with outstanding hospitality from the very first step into the lobby. Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest. The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day. We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us. Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.

Nel complesso mi piace la mia stanza nell'edificio B, stanza 314. Una stanza grande per chi viaggia da solo, con due letti e l'aria condizionata funziona bene. La posizione è vicino al centro commerciale Terminal 21, dalla spiaggia ci sono 40 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Se soggiornate qui e volete andare da qualche parte vicino al centro di Pattaya, vi consiglio di non prendere un mosai (una motocicletta singola che vi portano a pagare caro). Dovete avere un'app BOLT, perché è più economica, non l'ho mai saputo fino al mio terzo giorno in hotel. Ho preso un mosai per Soi Buakhao solo che mi è costato 80 baht, mentre prenotando su BOLT costa solo 30 baht.
