We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Keep up the excellent service and more power Privato Hotel Ortigas!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🏢🛌🏊♂️🛀🇵🇭👍🏼

Stavo qui al lavoro e mi piaceva la stanza che ho trovato, con una vista meravigliosa e chiara sulla città. Le camere sono ben attrezzate e pulite (pensava che il custode dimenticasse di pulire la mia camera un giorno); la posizione sagge è grande con camminare a distanza dai ristoranti e dai centri (che sono più di un abbondante in questo quartiere). Il personale era utile e amichevole, anche se il controllo e il controllo erano lunghi con tutto il loro lavoro di carta e processo di amministrazione a volte fatto manualmente. Il colazione - ok. Più sul lato di carne di oggetti che diventano pesanti per la mattina. Il giardino è grande. Se rimarrà qui, si', è un bel posto e un'area tranquilla con una distanza non troppo lontana dall'ufficio.

The experience was nothing short of fantastic. We were immediately greeted right at the front drive, when we passed the concierge, and even by the housekeeping staff at the hallways. Check-in and checkout was a breeze, thanks to Ellyza and the team. The room was super clean and the amenities are complete. They even prepared fruits for us and towel art arrangements on our bedroom as a gesture for us newlyweds. It was super sweet, kudos to the staff. I'm actually torn with what the highlight of my visit was between the Water Spa or the breakfast buffet the next morning. My wife and I were already patrons of the Ace Water Spa since 2018 and we make sure we visit at least twice a year; it's always been consistently amazing. On the other hand, the buffet breakfast was unexpectedly insane. The selection was almost as good as a normal lunch buffet. There was fried chicken, there was an awesome mango-chutney fish fillet, and the soup was a creamy chicken soup that has the same texture as chowder. We had an amazing time and the staff even did a little song&dance for my birthday. All in all, that was a solid 5/5, will definitely return.

SST2024We really enjoyed our stay here, our room was spacious, clean and very affordable price. The food was nice too, the staff are nice and friendly specially Sir Mon, he really make sure that we are comfortable and we've got everything we need during our stay, plus it is close to Mega mall in which my daughter and my niece had a great time ice skating. We definitely coming back here! I do highly recommend.

We booked a 3BR, and although the layout is not your typical 3BR suite, the other room that’s separate is perfect in terms of privacy. Our unit is immaculately clean. It smells good too! Everyone’s very attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back. Special thanks to front desk, bell service, housekeeping, breakfast peeps, security, and of course to Marvin and Glenn! You guys are so awesome!! Thanks for the late check-out! See you again soon!

We made our reservation well ahead of time and made a deposit (e-transfer) 10% of the total cost of our stay, plus extra cost for the early check-in. Upon checked in about 5:00 a.m., I was surprised when the front desk staff asked us when are we going to settle our account. I said “can’t you see on our reservation that we made a deposit w/c was equivalent to 11 days stay”? We were told that there was no room available yet on the higher floor so in the meantime we were given a room on a lower floor and promised that we will be moved on the higher floor in 2 days. I also asked if we are entitled for a free breakfast that morning, he said No because the cost for early check-in does not include breakfast. Anyway, once we were in our room the phone rang and he said Yes we can have free breakfast at the Astoria Cafe. We found the room on the lower floor was alright so we didn’t bother to be moved on the higher room. We have stayed in Astoria Plaza several times, and we know some staff who have been working there for 10 years or more. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and we asked for replacement but was charged (pesos) to our account. However, the replacement glass was not delivered soon, until the day I talked to the housekeeping guy. I have seen blood or urine stains on the bedsheets. For our long stay in Astoria Plaza, we thought we could get a free transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, we don’t get that benefit so we settled for a grab taxi that was large enough for our 4 luggages and 2 carry-ones. Overall, our over a month stay in Astoria Plaza was pleasant. Our special thanks to Jinky Ching, Mac, Joy, Honey, Diane, Claire, Gella and all the staff in the cafeteria, for looking after us in the morning. 👏 Thank you to the concierge staff, for the free shuttle services to and from MegaMall/Shangrila.👏

UUtente ospiteShay e Ino alla reception erano super professionali e piacevoli di interagire con. Tutti, dalla guardia, dall'ingegneria, dalla custodia, ai receptionisti, erano sorprendenti! Sentiva un'esperienza 5-star a causa del loro trattamento a ciascun ospite! L'hotel è molto basso, pulito, ma in una buona posizione! Il servizio è stato fatto per ciò che mancano nelle strutture usuali di altri hotel, ma non mi importa affatto. L'unica questione che avevo era gli altri ospiti sul pavimento che stavo a casa. Non erano preoccupati del suono di soffocare della loro porta quando non era correttamente chiuso (era più volte in mezzo alla notte così probabilmente bevuto). Mi piace anche che siano consapevoli di non usare plastica o piccole bottiglie nelle loro bagni, ma piuttosto un dispensatore attaccato al doccia. Grande sforzo per evitare l'uso singolo di plastica! 💯

MMac0514Kudos to Jen, we arrived at the hotel at past 11am and just asking if we can leave our luggage and bags coz i know its still early for check in, but to my surprise the receptionist went above and beyond and checked if the room is available for early check in coz she said we may have come far from province and she didnt bill us for early check in. Id like you to see how my nieces and sister really enjoyed even if its just overnight stay👏🙏💕 Breakfast was superb as always♥️

UUtente ospiteWe booked this as this is the last triple room that we can have at a short notice and since we are going to Megamall and SM East Ortigas. The hotel is very close, minutes walk to Podium and Megamall. We booked the studio room that has 3 single beds to accommodate me, my bf and my mom. it comes with free breakfast and access to pool. The buffet breakfast is at the 33rd floor, same floor as the pool and not to expect much, limited choices but it was good. There is no creamer for Coffee, only milk. I didn't like the bread and the fruit choices are limited. But overall, it was ok, average buffet. I think it's not really a hotel but a serviced apartment. It doesn't have in room dining, no kitchen to accommodate you except during breakfast buffet. There is free water and some toiletries but slippers are available upon request. We also had to call the reception to request for stirrer (not available) or spoon since they have free coffee in the room, which took sometime before they delivered. The aircon is okay, there is a veranda but you cannot open the access to it. Anyway, view is not so nice there so it's ok. We took time to dip in the pool after breakfast. It was ok, shower not ok though and since it was raining, I was kinda hesitant to go in, unsure if water is clean (it's an outdoor pool). in short, we didn't stay long and decided to just watch TV in our room. btw, make sure you are not dripping in the elevator or there will be extra charge. There is also surcharge for drinks and food beyond normal consumption. Location wise, yes it's good but there's a lot of room for improvement here.

OOreo20Anche se abbiamo avuto un po' di problema con il processo di check-in (1. l'amministratore non poteva trovare la nostra prenotazione inizialmente; 2. ci è stato detto di presentare ID di vaccinazione anche se non è stato indicato nella prenotazione che è un requisito. Io avevo il mio, ma il mio partner non aveva le sue.), Sir Kevin (ospite) era gentile abbastanza per aiutarci a fondo durante il nostro soggiorno. L'unità aveva i prodotti da cucina decente che usavamo da quando ci siamo fermati per due notti. Sembrava che il posto non fosse stato completamente pulito prima del nostro soggiorno, perché ci fosse ancora qualche spazzatura non raccolta dentro il serbatoio, il burro restante nel frigorifero (probabilmente dall’ospite precedente). Spero solo che fossero vecchie tinture e non dall'ospite precedente perché sarebbe davvero fuori. A parte questo, la posizione era a posto. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, era completamente rubato. Spero solo che la pulizia generale dell'unità sarebbe migliorata.
