Hotel con colazione a Pasig

L'Hotel Wynwood è stato un'ottima esperienza nel considerare il prezzo. Il personale era molto gentile, gentile e gentile. L'iscrizione era veloce e tranquilla, e la posizione era grande. L'hotel è a pochi passi da Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza e Robinsons Galleria, che era molto conveniente. Prima di prenotare, ho visto molte recensioni che dicevano che il colazione era eccellente, quindi le mie aspettative erano molto elevate. Anche se non superava le mie aspettative, non ero deluso. Il Wi-Fi era molto veloce e affidabile. La torcia era anche buona. Anche se era la stagione natale e l'hotel sembrava occupato, era molto tranquillo all'interno della stanza. Ci sono due ascensori, ma solo uno funzionava durante il mio soggiorno, che era un po' scomodo, soprattutto durante la stagione delle vacanze. Un altro problema per me era la temperatura dell'acqua di doccia, perché continuava a cambiare da caldo a freddo, rendendo difficile docciare confortevolmente. In generale, considerando il prezzo, le strutture, le condizioni della stanza, penso che il soggiorno fosse valsa la pena, e sono stato soddisfatto del mio soggiorno.

Good location in Ortigas City. Hotel room is big and good for family gatherings, hence only 2 elevators are working and hallway is too hot while waiting for the elevator. Overall, this is a worth stay.

Front Desk, restaurant, room service staff are all smiling and polite. I would see some staff from Housekeeping and Engineering as well who would greet you when they see you. People indeed are the gem of the hotel. Only thing that bothered me is that no one serviced our room. I am unsure why, although it’s a back-to-back stay but nobody went in or knocked to check if we need make-up room service, or at least to throw the rubbish. Generally it was still a great stay and I would definitely return.

Gli ascensori non hanno rilevatori di carte su entrambi i lati; la disposizione è confusa. La gente della sicurezza è carina, ma fa troppo raffreddare le mie cose e la disposizione di entrata/uscita è anche confusa. Non ci sono strutture, solo un palestra è disponibile per attività ricreative. In generale, soggiorno medio con molte possibilità di miglioramento.

It's probably normal that there is no guard at the main entrance of the hotel, well im not sure. When we arrived, late checked in. They checked our booking confirmation where my name and my partner's name were, they asked for ID I gave it and I asked if they both needed our IDs they said no. So for a long time while I was filling out the form they asked me a lot of questions where I booked, they said they couldn't find it. I worked at a travel agency and talked to the people at the hotel's front desk so at least I know how the reservation works. They were looking for our booking under my name they said they couldn't find it. I myself said, check my partner's name. They didn't even think that maybe our booking wasn't in my name. Then they said yes, that's it. What's more annoying is that we were in the room resting, they would call just to ask if we were in the room then when we called the front desk for assistance we called thrice no one answered. And their air conditioner was right next to the bed, we slept as if there was a shower, the bed was wet and the air conditioner was dripping. There was only a small amount of soap, no shampoo at all. The blanket was thin. We only stayed for almost 13 hours.

I have been to this property multiple times since 2022 and the receptionists are all friendly. First time to book in trip.com for the stay for my friends.

Ang bagal ng service ng food. Kahit order ng ice imaabot parin ng ilan oras. but yun room is okay. maganda and malinis. staff is also friendly too. lalo si kuya sa front desk na hinanapqn kami ng maayos na room.😊
