Hotel a Pasig, Filippine

the room is okay, the service is good, staff are friendly. they only don't have drinking water in the room and the towels with sheets are stained. other than that, comfortable stay within a walking distance to 24/7 fast food restaurants and some convenience stores. also one of the biggest malls (sm mall) located within 15 min walk

We last stayed in Privato Ortigas a few months before the pandemic and I’m glad that we were back and even celebrated my mom’s birthday in Privato Hotel Ortigas!!I really liked their minimalistic room with great design. Its simple but it has everything we need. I loved their ever comfy beds that really made me relax and had a good sleep. But what I really loved about the hotel aside from its marvelous amenities like the pool and roof top bar and deck is their excellent customer service. I highly commend Duty Manager MA. CONTESA VICTORIA M CATUAAN for being hand on in making sure that the client’s requests and well being are addressed. Her sensitivity to PWDs needs such as me really deserved my admiration and respect. I also commend and thank front desk pips Alex and Bless who really assisted me in my reservations and made sure that everything was fine even before I arrived. To Divine who even assisted us up in our rooms to ensure that we are comfortable and if we still need anything else. To Aaron who assisted us when we checked in and helped us have our room in the soonest possible time. lastly, to Marvin/Melvin( I’m aways confused with his name sorry) who was patient every time we call front desk for our requests. It was indeed a wonderful experience and its was a wise decision to be back and we will surely be back very soon! Ralph, il direttore, è stato molto utile anche durante i tempi in cui ero ancora in Canada e cercavo di prenotare/rischedermi la prenotazione. Il personale del Front Desk è sempre stato felice e facile da rispondere ogni volta che li chiamero. Sono rimasto lì per 4 notti, ma non posso dire quanto sia stato felice di aver prenotato la mia prenotazione alberghiera con loro. Grazie.

The smell when you step out of the elevator going to the rooms will remind you of wood and antique. 😅 Don’t expect 5 star quality in the amenities because this hotel isn’t new but im still giving 5star for the price i paid for. I stayed in Richmonde Eastwood before so I expected more on the breakfast buffet especially on a Sunday morning. I was a little disappointed there but overall experience is satisfactory. Oh the pillows are too soft for my liking.

Innanzitutto, a causa di Habagat ero preoccupato per il costo del check-in posticipato. Ma l'agente dell'hotel trip.com mi ha informato che era gratuito fino alle 6 del giorno successivo, il che è positivo. A parte questo parcheggio gratuito. Ci sono negozi aperti 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, nelle vicinanze, a 2-3 minuti a piedi. La colazione a buffet è molto buona, meno il tipico buffet ma dato che la camera è meno costosa non è male.

There are not enough words to describe the excellence that this hotel offers its guests! From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcome, specially at the lobby lounge bar special mentioned to Dome he welcomed us with genuine smile he is the one assist on us during that night, He did a good job from suggesting the food and also thier drinks from their bartender Arjo everything is perfect, It was very comfortable and convenient. Perfect for our time for relaxation and with some business in the process. It was at the center of everything. We will definitely return.

Shay e Ino alla reception erano super professionali e piacevoli di interagire con. Tutti, dalla guardia, dall'ingegneria, dalla custodia, ai receptionisti, erano sorprendenti! Sentiva un'esperienza 5-star a causa del loro trattamento a ciascun ospite! L'hotel è molto basso, pulito, ma in una buona posizione! Il servizio è stato fatto per ciò che mancano nelle strutture usuali di altri hotel, ma non mi importa affatto. L'unica questione che avevo era gli altri ospiti sul pavimento che stavo a casa. Non erano preoccupati del suono di soffocare della loro porta quando non era correttamente chiuso (era più volte in mezzo alla notte così probabilmente bevuto). Mi piace anche che siano consapevoli di non usare plastica o piccole bottiglie nelle loro bagni, ma piuttosto un dispensatore attaccato al doccia. Grande sforzo per evitare l'uso singolo di plastica! 💯

We stayed in Astoria Plaza for over a month. We made our reservation well ahead of time and made a deposit (e-transfer) 10% of the total cost of our stay, plus extra cost for the early check-in. Upon checked in about 5:00 a.m., I was surprised when the front desk staff asked us when are we going to settle our account. I said “can’t you see on our reservation that we made a deposit w/c was equivalent to 11 days stay”? We were told that there was no room available yet on the higher floor so in the meantime we were given a room on a lower floor and promised that we will be moved on the higher floor in 2 days. I also asked if we are entitled for a free breakfast that morning, he said No because the cost for early check-in does not include breakfast. Anyway, once we were in our room the phone rang and he said Yes we can have free breakfast at the Astoria Cafe. We found the room on the lower floor was alright so we didn’t bother to be moved on the higher room. We have stayed in Astoria Plaza several times, and we know some staff who have been working there for 10 years or more. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and we asked for replacement but was charged (pesos) to our account. However, the replacement glass was not delivered soon, until the day I talked to the housekeeping guy. I have seen blood or urine stains on the bedsheets. For our long stay in Astoria Plaza, we thought we could get a free transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, we don’t get that benefit so we settled for a grab taxi that was large enough for our 4 luggages and 2 carry-ones. Overall, our over a month stay in Astoria Plaza was pleasant. Our special thanks to Jinky Ching, Mac, Joy, Honey, Diane, Claire, Gella and all the staff in the cafeteria, for looking after us in the morning. 👏 Thank you to the concierge staff, for the free shuttle services to and from MegaMall/Shangrila.👏

Great hotel, friendly bubbly staff! This hotel is located near malls such as the Podium and the SM mall is located 5 minute walk from it. Grab taxis as well as regular taxis are available all the time. There are many banks located a couple minutes walk from the hotel incase you need to withdraw or do currency exchange. Breakfast buffet is great! Everyday new food is served, that way you are not eating the same things everyday. They also serve starbucks coffee in the main lobby Employees are super nice and very helpful, especially the front door guard. Only thing missing is a pool :( otherwise it would be a 5 star rating for amenities. I would definitely come back to the wynwood hotel the next time im in the Philippines!

Il check-in e check-out è molto liscio, il personale è tutti ospite. Il posto è vasto e ama il letto di grandezza re. Colazione, è molto bello, ma sarebbe grande se ci fosse più selezione ma per tutto soddisfatto. La nostra stanza è accanto alla stanza di servizio, quindi sentimo il rumore che la fa correre, come l'acqua, ecc. Quando sono andato nella zona della piscina, c'era un odore di aria (forse tempo di raccolta dei bagagli o qualcosa del genere).
