Hotel con spa a Makati

La stanza era spaziale. L'ospitalità è meravigliosa. L'ho trovata anche a un buon tasso! La posizione è convenientemente situata a GreenBelt, quindi non avrete FOMO per shopping e cena.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole, di ben 4 notti. Ho apprezzato molto la piscina e la posizione dell'hotel è comodissima, vicinissima ai centri commerciali Glorietta, Greenbelt e Landmark. Il servizio di pulizia era ottimo e il personale della reception (grazie Cyrus) è stato gentile e molto disponibile nel fornirmi informazioni. L'unico neo è che l'hotel è un po' datato, come si può notare da alcuni pannelli e scrivanie in legno. Inoltre, gli interruttori della luce a volte creavano un po' di confusione e la moquette avrebbe bisogno di essere sostituita presto. Tuttavia, la doccia era calda e con un getto potente e la camera nel complesso era molto funzionale, con MOLTO spazio per riporre le cose. Tutti i servizi, come la piscina, la palestra e i ristoranti, sembravano ottimi e la hall è bellissima. Consiglierei questo hotel ai miei amici e non credo che cercherò un'altra sistemazione a meno che un concorrente non offra una promozione eccezionale. A mio parere, è un ottimo hotel.

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Molto buon hotel. L'unica colpa è la terribile doccia. La testa della doccia è così alta l'acqua è fredda al momento che arriva a voi e senza schermo metà la camera di bagno finirà bagnata, che ha causato una brutta caduta alle gambe della porta

My second time visit in Manila and second time stay with Lub D, it offers great location to visitors who wants to stay around Makati. Just beside the famous Burgos Street, lot of bars, pubs, 7 eleven, outdoor dining areas. It has large reception on second floor with some fun activities, high speed internet, lounge for hostel guests. Really loved their friendly environment. Gonna stay here again if i’m coming to Philippines for 3rd times.

It was our second time staying at this property, and the check-in process went smoothly. The front desk staff were also very helpful and accommodating. The room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning. The AC seemed to need a deep cleaning because it no longer cooled the room properly (it was hot inside) The curtains also had rusty stains caused by a leak coming from the AC. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay. This hotel is honestly our number one go-to hotel in Makati because of its great location, affordable rooms, and pet-friendly policy. We’ll definitely rebook again! Chewie-approved of course.

Great little hotel in a great location Service is top notch The entrance of the hotel is old and the smell of the lobby is bad I believe bc is old . The staff are always doing a major effort and they’re cleaning all the time . You cannot feel that smell in your room but you can hear when people are loud from your room .

La posizione non è delle migliori e l'hotel ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione generale. Anche se c'è una finestra in una stanza, non c'è luce naturale :(( Ma il personale dell'hotel è stato accogliente e disponibile

So comfy to stay at, staffs are great from reception down to maintenance team. The property is near to malls, pharmacies, supermarket and etc.. will comeback soonest!!!! Love this place very much 😘 😘😘😘

Ho viaggiato un po' e mi sento come se avessi una buona gestione. Questo hotel ha il nome Best Western, quindi mi aspettavo un certo livello. L'hotel è stato molto più alto, il lobby ha mostrato finiture di fine alta e questo è stato probabilmente un hotel a 200+ camere quando è stato costruito. Ho notato che al piano 9, 3 camere insieme erano state inondate e non riparate, l'odore di materiali danneggiati era piuttosto forte (le parti inferiori delle porte erano gravemente danneggiate e le tovaglie erano indebolite). La mia stanza in un piano diverso era buona, ma ho avuto molti amici in camera mia e le foglie erano grigie da molte lavanderie e infine, la zona è il lato sottile di Makati (Manila) e non è il migliore. Ok, questa è la lista di cons, ora per il pro, il prezzo era molto ragionevole, il personale era buono in qualsiasi interazione ho avuto e se si vuole il lato semotico, la posizione ....è eccellente. Ci sono molti bar vicino e molti ristoranti molto buoni, tra cui direttamente intorno alla strada, la stazione di riempimento, un ritorno agli anni '50 ci tipo Diner. Molto divertimento e cibo è molto buono. Vorrei ricordare che la palestra è molto buona e l'ho usata, ma sembra che la palestra Airton abbia scaricato il refrigerante, quindi non funziona. Mi è stato detto che molte delle camere sono state vendute come condotti, quindi ho trovato l'hotel tranquillo, buone attrazioni per un buon prezzo, ma è stanco. In generale, apprezzo questo hotel a tre stelle alto perché si ottiene qualcosa di più per un prezzo ragionevole, quindi è un negoziato e non è la slum che altri hotel economici spesso sono. Sì, mi fermerò di nuovo.
