This is an add-on booking. Truly pleasant service throughout the stay, front desk was able to accommodate slightly earlier check-in on the day of my arrival. Room is absolutely clean, spacious and comfortable, housekeeping staff were enthusiastic. Daily turn down service for the evening. Amenities like the pool, fitness centre, sauna and steam rooms were excellent too. Breakfast was a spread which included some Filipino items on the menu. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Tutto era bello, ma l'annuncio sulla expediia mi ha detto che avrei accesso alla palestra, ma quando sono arrivato lì, il personale mi ha detto che solo i noleggianti avevano accesso. Così mi sono un po' deluso. Non capisco perché un giardino sia incluso nel annuncio se gli ospiti pagano gli ospiti o i turisti non possono usarlo.

I booked a Deluxe Suite at the Makati Shangri La and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately despite the website stating that a DVD player was in the suite there was none as they had apparently upgraded the TV and the new TV did not have a DVD connection and the new TV controls were a nightmare as they do not have a numerical button to change stations. The first night I was unable to change from CNN and the bedroom TV was stuck in menu mode so the next day the technician came to explain the controls and had to call in a colleague to re-programme the TV after which some channels worked but many channels showed an error message that the cable was not plugged in correctly to the set top box so they could not be accessed. Unlike other Horizon Club lounges this hotel did not have a chardonnay for the cocktail hour but a prosecco, viognier and pinot gris none of which I normally enjoy but the shiraz and cabernet sauvignon were acceptable. Likewise the canapes were sp**** and only paired with the white wine and not the red (which a lot of lounges are guilty of). There was a small selection of cocktails available. The lounge staff were very friendly and helpful even on the busy nights bar the first night when I was left waiting for a while to replenish my wine glass.

Had to stay overnight as Cebu airlines had flight delays causing me to miss my connecting flight. The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are nice and spacious. Everything else seems disappointing. Service both at the counter and especially in the restaurant is very very poor. There were at-least 7 staff members standing talking and not doing much whilst I am the only person sat in the restaurant, I had to get my own menu and was ignored. I ordered waffles and waited 40 minutes while being the only person in the restaurant that had ordered food. When the food arrived it was nice but not worth the wait or being ignored for the duration of the wait. I asked one woman how long my food would be as I’d been waiting a while and she didn’t respond just nodded and spoke to another staff member about it and continued on without communicating or saying anything to me I hate sounding like a Karen but it’s just frustrating to have staff in such a nice establishment be so incapable. The only staff who were friendly and efficient were the doormen who were helpful and kind.

Il miglior hotel a buon mercato - abbiamo già soggiornato tre volte e abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno ogni volta! Ho provato a controllare altre proprietà a buon mercato, ma è diverso con Coro. Si può dire che siamo benvenuti e non c'è discriminazione contro gli animali domestici. Coro Hotel non si disapprova quando si tratta di servizio. Da l'esperienza di check-in all'esperienza di check-out, è sempre senza saldatura!

La posizione dell'hotel è strategica in quanto è vicino a quasi tutto; ci sono molti ristoranti e bar intorno. Il servizio è eccellente, dal check-in al check-out, e il personale è davvero gentile, disponibile e cordiale. La stanza è pulita e non ha alcun odore strano. I servizi e la camera sono piuttosto obsoleti, soprattutto la TV, ma nel complesso il mio soggiorno è stato eccellente. Lo consiglierò sicuramente La camera ha anche un ferro da stiro, una stufa, ecc. La colazione è ottima!

Hotel is clean and functional. For the price paid very happy with the amenities and everything on offer. Got an upgrade to a quiet room. Very happy with that. Can still hear cries from babies at the other room but luckily not bothersome and we still had good night sleep over the 2 nights we stayed with this hotel. Location is close to makati, a short grab ride to green belt area.

5 stelle!!! Il personale è amichevole e molto accogliente. Buffet per colazione è buono, ci è piaciuto! Mi hanno anche dato un aggiornamento gratuito perché abbiamo bisogno di 1 letto regina invece di avere 2 letti singoli. Una piscina cristallina chiara, il jacuzzi è così bello!! Il personale del Front Desk che mi ha aiutato a controllare l'ingresso e la guardia kuya sa piscina sono così gentile, ho dimenticato il suo nome ma siamo andati alla piscina circa 8:00.

This is an older hotel in Makati close to Burgos St. Right in the center of everything Furniture is old and no room safes or any ectra spliffs. But the room was clean and nicely made up by house keeping. Staff is super friendly. Wifi worked great when I was there. You can't beat that price considering the location in the downtown area of Makati

Quando sono arrivato all'hotel ho bisogno di aspettare un'ora e 30 minuti, comunque ho prenotato prima del tempo e attraverso l'online. Trip.com non poteva nemmeno aiutarmi, dato che sono incinta e mi aspettavano di cancellare la prenotazione e verranno appena dopo 24 ore. Molto amichevole personale. Clean!Un raro hotel a Manila, dove non ci sono anatre. Ottima posizione: a 25 minuti a piedi e si trova nel centro di BGC. La designazione originale della stanza.Ma il bagno manca di un bacino.Devi rasarti e pulire i denti sul bagno. Un altro piccolo minus: 1500 peso deposit è richiesto per il regolamento. Ho imparato a tardi. E ho perso molto tempo per trovare un ATM, il più vicino ATM normale era 15 minuti a piedi.

🌟🌟🌟Questo hotel è il ramo migliore finora in cui siamo stati in alcuni hotel RedDoorz quest'anno. Servizi completi (armadio, forno a microonde, frigorifero, bollitore, utensili, articoli da toeletta) personale cordiale e la mia richiesta come una camera con balcone è stata fornita oltre ad essere perfettamente pulita. L'unica piccola preoccupazione che abbiamo avuto è stata la posizione all'inizio, se non conosci la zona e hai pensato che fosse vicino a BGC non lo fosse, il taxi ci ha lasciato abbastanza lontano a causa della costruzione della strada. Ma poi abbiamo scoperto che c'è un pendolarismo da Guadalupe MRT all'autostrada J.P. Rizal che prende la jeepney diretta a Pateros. Non siamo in grado di accedere ai film di Netflix tramite smartTV poiché c'è un limite all'account e anche la doccia calda è troppo calda e il flusso d'acqua è basso. Ma dopotutto, è un'esperienza fantastica 👏👏👏 consigliata quindi alle coppie che desiderano solo una fuga veloce e tranquilla dalla routine domestica o in generale ai turisti/ospiti che desiderano tariffe ragionevoli e vantaggi confortevoli. grazie🤝🙌🏼👐

The Havitat Boutique Hotel is located in some narrow side streets and is a new hotel. The staff are friendly and the security did an exceptional job as the security guard even came out to the cab with an umbrella as I pulled up when it was raining, so I didn't get wet getting out of the cab. Excellent service from the security. The rooms are fairly small and they have hey small fridge freezer, a desk and chair, a live pot plant in the corner, tea and coffee making facilities and they provide some bottled water and slippers but there is no safe in the room. Unfortunately the bed is a double bed and it is quite hard and uncomfortable and they only provide 2 pillows. There is a large smart LCD TV with NO channels, however it does have Netflix and is linked to the internet so you can watch YouTube and a number of other apps. The bathroom is very small and there is poor lighting over the bathroom sink and there is no soap provided for the bathroom sink! The workmanship at the hotel is poor quality and the wash basin faucet is loose and flops all over the place. The shower has very poor water pressure so you don't even feel like you had a shower when you get out and the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The lighting in the room was rather odd the way it was set up. There are no switches to turn off the lights over the bed and over the TV near the bed, theyr're up near the front door which is inconvenient and a poor deisgn error. There were no spare power points by the bed or desk so you had to unplug the light so you could plug in a charger for your phone. The housekeeping is terrible, substandard and unacceptable and they did not make up my room once throughout my entire stay  Overall the rooms are fairly poorly designed with a lack of thought in their design process. It's ok for a couple of nights stay but I would not recommend the hotel as there are better hotels at a cheaper price and that have much facilities and far better bathroom and showers. The elevator was not working throughout my entire stay which meant you have to drag your bags up 6 flights of stairs. This might be a new hotel but the beds are uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi is slow and poor quality, and the housekeeping is woeful, it just fails in so many areas. There is no double glazing on the windows and you get woken up by the constant racket of roosters crowing and carrying on from 4:30 in the morning onwards. Then from early morning till evening there's the continuous racket of thousands of schoolchildren yelling cheering and carrying on from the school across the road so there is no peace & quiet in your room and it's hard to get more than a few hours sleep. The hotel is overpriced for what you get and I would not recommend this hotel. It's location is uninviting, its terrible wifi and poor housekeeping make this a very poor option. There are far better hotels for the same price or cheaper.

Stando nella camera 803 questa stanza non ha finestre e la mia camera amica che è 802 non ha nemmeno .Le camere sono piccole e il piano bagno viene affluito dopo l'uso .Siate consapevoli che questo posto è un motel . Una cosa buona su questo posto è accanto alla strada principale e ci sono molti negozi di cibo dietro di esso .
